Called our AAA and used our perk for towing so that was good ! Advised Gales Towing would be the company to sent out. Immediately received a notification from Gales, update on when they would arrive. Arrived to our home to tow our work truck out of garage …this was not a normal tow as the truck is tucked to the side of garage a very tight situation to get out. Kyle did great had the right pads to gently pull truck away from wall, use wench and hooked it up and took it out to the mechanic Friendly, professional and yet a good sense of humor and made this not good day a little better

I had a blowout on Hwy18 and pulled over on the shoulder. Called AAA and Gale's Towing sent Jesse out. He was there in no time. It was 29° outside and I felt bad because he was out in it and I was sitting in the truck staying warm. He is a very nice and respectful guy. The only thing that really bothered me a lot was that people didn't even slow down when passing us on the hwy while he was hooking up my car. They just flew on past not even thinking about Jesse's safety.
