First time here for an Oil change/ Tire rotation and the service was excellent and quick. Oh and the price was reasonable too.

They did what we expected and not pushy at all. We have a lot of work to be done on our truck. they prioritized what should be done first. I will be taking the truck back for the services it needs. I already trust these guys and it was our first time to use them. I think I have found a mechanic for all of our cars.

Really friendly place! They communicate with you throughout the entire process, and even offer a free shuttle service. Prices were reasonable and they didn’t try to upcharge or pressure me into getting anything I didn’t want, overall a great experience. Highly recommend!

My right front turn signal went out while I was driving, so I took it to Tyler's. They couldn't help me immediately so I made an appointment for the following morning. After I brought in the car, they drove me to Davidson's to have breakfast while I was waiting and picked me up afterwards. They did an excellent job at a reasonable cost. The service was great.

I visited for a Hyundai power steering damper replacement and had a very positive first experience. The price was considered reasonable. They offered a ride, communicated clearly and promptly, and kept me informed about the repair process, including recommendations for future maintenance.

Very thorough and committed to getting everything perfect. Worked with me to accommodate the multiple appointments needed to get the job done. They make appointments for diagnostic work where they will get to work on your car that day, not 1-3 days like the dealership. They also have a free shuttle service to and from the shop within a five mile radius which is great

This was a very different experience with car repair. Nothing felt anti consumer like it often does. I will definitely be taking my vehicles here for everything from now on.

I had a check engine light come on recently and first went to the Jeep dealer in Wilsonville. They told me it would take at least 72 hours just to diagnose the issue and another day to repair it — not ideal since I need my car for work. I called Tyler’s Auto (just a mile from my house) and they immediately got me in the same day. They even offered a free shuttle to take me home after dropping off my Jeep. Within three hours, they called with a diagnosis (broken purge valve), and another three hours later, the issue was completely fixed. They sent the shuttle back to pick me up, and everything was seamless. The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and the price they quoted was very reasonable — no surprise add-ons or upsells. They clearly care about their customers and getting the job done right. I’ll definitely be coming back here for all my future Jeep maintenance and repairs.

The team at Tyler's were extremely helpful and great to work with. They kept me updated with status of the repairs which was very helpful. There was a lot wrong with the vehicle and they addressed all the issues plus other things I had wanted done as well. The work was completed in a very timely manner. I appreciate the work they did to get my rig back up and running. Sounding like the day I purchased it! I highly recommend Tyler's Automotive!

They have treated my family well for years. I love that they always tell you what absolutely needs to be done or can wait. I was recommended to not get my transmission completely redone and to return my car, so they are not pushy at all. Tyler's did a good job explaining their reasonings and offered to help explain my issues with the car dealership.

I've gone to Tyler's Automotive a few times now and can speak to their top notch service from start to finish. Making an appointment is easy, the text reminders are appreciated, and the kind & knowledgeable folks at the front desk (like Mark & Aaron) are helpful and explain everything in detail so there aren't major surprises. Obviously things can come up once the car is inspected from top to bottom, but everything is communicated throughout the process and I felt comfortable asking follow-up questions. The multi-point inspection includes a live link with a checklist of all the car parts (with a "passed", "non-urgent", and "urgent" rating). If something needs attention, there's a note explaining why, along with a recommendation. I appreciate the transparency and it's like you're right next to them in the garage! I recommend this repair shop and definitely plan on returning for my next service.

Couldn’t recommend them more. My family has gone to them for years apparently and I had no idea. I took my truck over for a full work up and they charged me less than what they quoted because it didn’t take them as much time as they thought. It’s so hard to find a trustworthy, honest mechanic. They made me feel heard and didnt talk down to me in any way.

Took my Expedition in for some work. Ended up being almost three times the original quote. Got I back and it started running rough again. I was told the parts needed to be”wear in.” After spending 6k to not get it fixed, I took it back and they tried to upsell me on a treatment that “might fix it.” Ended up taking it to a different mechanic to get it actually fixed. Waste of money over all. I would rather have my 6k back.

I’m so glad I took my Honda to Tyler’s Automotive! I had a vibration issue in my car that I tried to get fixed elsewhere, but was met with high prices and questionable service. The team at Tyler’s Garage took care of me and my car so well. I was able to schedule the diagnostic service 24 hours ahead. By midday, they sent me my diagnostic, gave me clear broken down costs, and answered my questions. They didn’t push me toward a decision, just presented the facts. By the end of the day, my car was fixed and ready. My car is driving like a dream! I knew as soon as I pulled away that it was fixed and I’m so grateful!

Great job fixing what we needed. Done very quickly at a great price with good communication. There was a long list of things that need to be done on my vehicle but we were able to shrink the list down to the most important things to continue to safely drive our car. Awesome service through and through! I walked in for an oil change on my daughter’s car. Mark was extremely helpful from the start and kept me updated with my car’s progress. I definitely enjoyed the electronic inspection provided to me. 5 star for service, customer greeting, available lift home, timeliness of updates, and vehicle cleanliness upon pick up.

Aaron was great!! I'd called to get a quote and was able to get right in (within the hr!) to have my headlight fixed. They were also the most competitive quote of 3 local shops. They went above and beyond and completed a full inspection for free and had my car ready for me in an hr! I'll definitely be back! I appreciated the chocolate bar and coupon for my next service too!

Great experience at Tyler Automotive. They had a technician ride with me so I could explain what was going on. He asked great questions & I could tell he was engaged in figuring this out. Back at the shop, he had it diagnosed within an hour. (Side note- Two other places had seen my car multiple times and did not know what was wrong with it.)Parts were ordered & my car was fixed several days later. It’s been several months now & my car is still running great.

I wish I would've found this place sooner! They were very professional and courteous in every exchange we had. They did a very thorough inspection, they were very clear on what my vehicle needed and why and reasonably priced. They fixed things on my car that haven't worked since I bought it (used)! I literally could not be more pleased. I trust my car again thanks to Tyler's, they will definitely be my go to from here on out. AND not only do I love my car again but they gave me a chocolate bar and a coupon...the extra mile is always appreciated and noticed!

All I needed was an alignment done on my vehicle but next time I need work done I will be go back to Tyler’s. Customer service was great, The work was quality. My entire experience was great and definitely will be back and would recommend Tyler’s.

I did a whole bunch of maintenance here (which cost almost 1500), and they told me my car need oil change (which I did just like two months ago) So I included oil change as well. After I pick up my car, I noticed the oil life of my car is only 80%. Seriously?! Didn't they just do an oil change?! *(And they just texted me telling me they didn't reset the oil life, isn't that mean my car actually don't need oil change?!) Hope no more "weird things" happened again, and they do fix things that they told me that is URGENT!
