I had major problems with my Outback. They diagnosed the problem and fixed my A/C and catalytic converter. Did a timely and a great job. Price was good!

Road trip in progress and my vehicle serpentine belt went out. Fortunately they were kind enough to fix on a drive by appointment. Much appreciated!

Came to my wife’s rescue in a very timely manner. Got her back on the road and into the shop to handle the problem. Highly recommend.

While on a rode trip my Kia started overheating. All Foreign was incredible.They repaired my car within a couple of hours for a fair price. It refreshing to find honest, knowledgeable mechanics. I definitely recommend this company.

Lance and the other mechanic at All Foreign Auto worked on my Mazda truck to replace the clutch, master & slave cylinder, etc. After picking it up it was stiff shifting but they rebled the clutch and it has been great. Thanks, guys!

Our sons truck broke down on our way to drop him off at college. They towed it and started working right away and fit it in with their already packed schedule. When we picked it up, they showed us the repair and damage to the part that broke which was a nice / unnecessary step for honesty.

My car blew up over the pass and was towed to Captain Hook’s. Everything I owned was in that car and they gave me 15 minutes on a 98* day to go through my car. I lost everything. My clothes, only about 6 outfits all the jewelry from my marriage and my dead mother. how this man can live with himself knowing he took everything from me. Vultures.

I cannot express enough how happy I am with the service we received. We were literally driving from Denver to Washington to drop her daughter off at school and our alternator happen to go out. We literally coasted it into this auto shop by luck. They were super gracious and helped us out with our emergency and replacing the alternator in less than two hours even though they were backed up for a couple weeks worth of work. The price was very reasonable and I was so grateful that they could get us back on the road quickly. Thank you!!

They charge outrageous prices when you want your vehicle back to try to steal it legally. 1330.00 I spent last time for a 30 mile round trip tow and 5 days storage. Crooks! They barely had to touch it. Everyone else was not even half that price.

I will never use captain hooks towing for anything, my husband was in a rollover accident on Christmas morning that broke his back and had to be taken by ambulance from the scene as I arrived, I asked the Deputy about my vehicle and explained I have a small towing package on it and someone with a tow truck that can come get my vehicle, they refused to allow that had this company get it mind units Christmas morning and the specifically told me the officers did to call monday they would let me get my husband's belongings out of the vehicle. we call Monday explain the situation and said we didn't have that kind of money because for a 10 mile tow they wanted over $900 so we said listen my husband has all his work equipment and tools in that vehicle and he responded well what can u give me money wise for the stuff, we were so disappointed in the company, we explained the brand new tires on it were 1400 just alone and the engine still purred and he could also take the body to salvage. He said cash for ur possessions only. We spent a few days borrowing what we could rearranging bills to be ae to get his work stuff, when we get a phone call saying um I believe we have some of ur belongings. We go see this person and it was some of his tools that were in the back of our car. The person said someone had tooknot all but wouldn't tell us a name, we call the tow yard and ask is our stuff still inside and we were told yes it's is! Really, we are now out around 2000 just in tools so that the local druggie could break in and steal it

My car broke down outside of town and needed to know if it was a major repair or something minor. They were super busy but they knew I lived out of town and were gracious enough to diagnose the problem. Great customer service and reliable. Thank you so much!!

Came all the way from Las Vegas Nevada. broke down here in la grande. The alternator had went out. Came here explaining we were trying to get to seattle after 12 hours on the road. This place was behind and took us in and fixed the alternator for us quick and fast. I would recommend these guys 100% they are definitely for the people and I would go back!!! Thank you guys again for the fixing.

I experienced some car trouble on my road trip home after the restrictions for Covid-19 were lifted and the guys at All Foreign Auto were the most professional, caring, and honest men I could have hoped to meet. It was so apparent that the guys here take the quality of their work seriously and also care about their customers. As an out of towner, the professionalism they showed me makes it clear that every customer that walks in their door is treated like an opportunity to do better every day they open up for business.

Great Service!! I've used this place a few times for repairs. He gives you an honest almost spot on quote. Its usually fairly quick to get an appointment scheduled and the work is done in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this place if you want to save a few bucks from going to the dealership. I believe he will tow your vehicle to his shop for free as long as you have him do the work. Not 100% sure on that but pretty sure. There may be some restrictions like how how far he will travel to get your vehicle. Overall a great friendly knowledgeable mechanic with great service.

They turned a rough day into a good one. Upon being towed to La Grande, they already had the parts being ordered and got my car done bright and early the next morning. Very kind and very genuine in wanting to be of as much help as they could. Thanks you guys!

A bit expensive I took my Subaru there as I was getting a very general check engine code. They said they would call once they ran it and found the code. They did not call and I had to call everytime for an update. If they had called before working on it I would have saved them some time and me money. All in all it was about 160 dollars for them to run a code for me since they worked on it for an hour and didn't find anything. Nice people just not good communication.

Very nice and helpful. Car broke down on Friday evening and they dropped me off at a local Hotel. Even though they were closed for the weekend, got my car back to me on Saturday. Definitely recommend them if you need a car repair.

Broke down just outside of La Grande. Alternator had gone bad. I had my vehicle towed here by Triple A, I left it in the lot and found a room, since it was after hours. I walked back to All Foreigns location the next morning to be there at the advertised time they opened. I got there 10 minutes before the opening time and they all ready had cars up on lifts and were working on them. A gentleman came into the office and I explained to him my situation. I was told they would get right on it, especially given the fact that I was stranded. He was not kidding, I had not left the parking lot yet and they had my hood up with a 12volt booster to start it. I walked across the street to get coffee and came right back. Lance explained to me that it was, in fact, a bad alternator. He had already called around and found one.....2 hours and an added oil service later....I was on the road. Super nice people....the rate was more than fair.....Thanks guys!!

Does DECENT work, but will charge more than even the highest quality work done at your vehicles manufacturer is worth, and is also more expensive than what your manufacturer would charge.
