After a terrifying experience with a rockslide, I had been unable to get help from AAA or AllState Insurance for towing because it was a weekend and their contracted people were not available. John at Jim's towing not only was available, but showed up with a sense of urgency, got my SUV to the collision repair show and completed the drop off of my keys so that I could get to the airport in time to make a flight home. Not only that, I got in the car for my ride to the airport before getting my receipt and John texted it to me later than day and followed up with a phone call to confirm drop off at the collision shop. The service from John at Jim's Towing was superb. I would recommend this company to anyone needing towing.
