I need trnmisson oil pan drain plug for my 2009 vw jetta since mine was missing. When I called Kilmers to price check, bur their system did not even list the part. The guy on the phone: jim, Jim, asking me to bring him my old one so he could check for the part visually. I told him 5 times I was missing the drain plug, thats why i needed to buy one. I never physically went in the store since they didn't have what I needed. But on the phone Jim was very helpful and he tried hard to find my prt:

Very helpful staff, who ordered new hydraulic sticks for my Xterra. When they arrived, they called promptly. When I picked them up, they offered and completed the installation. Had a head cold and it was a very cold day. Took 10 min, and it was done. Great job, guys!

I do not shop here often, since I live in Walla Walla, but this is the best parts shop I have found when you are looking for 4X4 parts (Axles, gears, special tools, etc...) this shop most likely will have it in stock.
