Tim saved the day yesterday after my trailer suspension broke at the top of the pass. Got me to a good trailer shop too. Quick response, honest guy and he was careful with our stuff.

My radiator decided to fail coming up the hill to La Grande OR. An OSP officer stopped to make sure I was ok and after attempting a restart it was clear I would need to be towed. The trooper called Wagontire and he arrived within 20 minutes. Very courteous and friendly. Got my car and me into La Grande to a place to repair it. Top notch equipment, fair pricing and excellent customer service. I cannot recommend this business more. If you need a tow in this area I recommend you contact Wagontire!

Wagontire Towing did an excellent job helping us when our truck, towing a trailer, had a mechanical issue in Pendleton. He towed both, truck on tow vehicle - trailer in tow, to the dealership in Hermiston, and then dropped the trailer off at a local RV park. He was very professional, courteous and got us where we need to be as quickly as possible. It took him less time to solve our issue than it took for the insurance company to get him dispatched. He also listened to me explain the truck issue and mentioned that it was a common issue that could be resolved quickly by someone with mechanical skills. After researching his suggestion it was obviously the right solution. I appreciate the great service that he provided!

I just gotta say, this guy was awesome. I called at an odd hour and told him my car had broken down on the side of the road and that I had gotten a ride into la grande and I was no longer with the car. He didnt make any excuses and offered to help. I gave him all of my info and he towed my car straight to my house, I never even saw the guy. At first I wanted to tow the car to la grande because I feared the cost to tow my car back to my house would be too much. After asking for a rate, boy was I wrong. The guy offers reasonable prices and good service. I cannot reccomend him more and if I need towing services in the future, he will be my first call, although I hope I dont need too.

I got my Jeep stupidity stuck in the snow in the middle of the night. Zack came with his own Jeep to pull me out with a kinetic recovery strap. Great service. A tow truck could never have made it and another Jeep is exactly what I needed.

Breaking down is never what we want to happen. I was greatfull when you showed up. Not only where you professional and timely but as a woman with my mother stuck alone on the side of a mountain we never once where we uncomfortable Or concerned for our safety once you showed up. We are very impressed with the level of service we received today. Our driver accidently locked himself out of his truck at the top of cabbage in winter conditions. Wagontire Towing and Recovery had our truck unlocked and back on the road in no time. The price was more than fair and we are all very grateful for their outstanding efforts to save the day. We got our car stuck in a snow bank over the Blues trying to avoid a wrecked semi and hit the center divider in the process. They came in the time we could have dug the car out ourselves. Took them 10 minutes and charged us well over $200, joking he was taking it easy on us. He didnt even tow us, told us our car would be safe to drive. Once down to Pendleton something was obviously wrong with the car aside from cosmetics. Had to limp it to Hermiston to get a rental and have a more professional company get the car where it needed to go. A good word travels far but thank goodness a negative word father because I'm spreading it with caution to those out there beware.

Tim was absolutely amazing!! After multiple calls and feeling stranded and helpless he dropped everything and came to our rescue!! When my BMW overheated just outside of Pendleton, Tim at Wagontire Towing was dispatched for the job. He was very professional and understood how to properly tow my vehicle without causing damage. I was so impressed with his customer service that I called him the following day when I needed a second tow to a different shop to complete repairs. If you have car troubles with your European vehicle in Eastern Oregon and want to make sure it's in good hands, Tim at Wagontire is your guy.

My father crashed his motor cycle way back on a logging trail and was seriously injured, so we weren't able to actually show the tow truck driver where the motorcycle was. But he was so great he went right out and picked up the bike, so I could get my dad to the hospital. He didn't even ask for payment information before getting the bike. He was more concerned that I took care of my family and said we could work out everything else later. This business cares more about people than money. This is how business is supposed to be done. If you treat your customers well, then the money will follow, and he clearly knows that. I can't recommend him enough!

This guy's service is absolutely unparalleled. When you call triple A it is just the luck of the dice on what you are going to get. Tim really worked his but off to get us back on the road. We got a flat in the worst possible spot coming up the mountain pass. We tried to change it ourselves, but the spare was stuck. There was a safety mechanism that was broken on our car that made it not release. He got us a tow quickly and safely. My kid was worried the whole time until he came along and was friendly, professional, and helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the area, and very friendly. If you are fortunate enough to get a choice, please go with Tim from Wagontire.

So we are heading back from a soccer tournament with 11 people in a team van, we lost our transmission heading up the pass right outside of Pendleton. I was able to get the van to a chain-up area, but there was no way it was going to get us home. We were able to get in touch with Wagontire towing and we spoke with Tim. Because of the number of people we had Tim was able to dispatch another driver Mark, in order to get everyone safely off the mountain. They were extremely quick, very accommodating and treated the vehicle very well. Thanks a lot for rescuing us off of that pass!

We were stranded on the side of the road with 4 kids in our vehicle and we couldn't get a tow truck that would get all of us at 3am. We finally found Wagontire Towing he came quickly and was really nice and we felt very comfortable. Our alternator went out on New Years Eve in Baker City Oregon. Wagontire helped our family of four (and our car) get safely to Pendleton. Tim runs a company that puts quality service and safety first. He also had great advice about the shop we should take our car to, as well as great advice about our car from years of experience as a mechanic.

This would be less than a star if possible. By far the worst rudest people I have ever inconterd. I rolled my Kia 1 mile from there yard had my vehicle towed there. The next day I drove out with my mother and aunt to get some paper work out of it along with my bible and two coins from a treatment center. As I aproched the owner I asked for a business card he told me 50 bucks it's Sunday. I requested my items and the man freaked out like a man on drugs cursing at me my mother who was taking photos of the vehicle. He was completely out of line and control. I recommend any one but him. I pray that this man get saved. Jerks

Blew out the transmission on my 23 ft motor home 44 miles out of La Grande on a forest service road. Every other tow company in La Grande had an excuse from their truck was to small or was broke down. Tim picked us up at our motel, took us out to the motor home, hooked us up and carefully took us to Hudson transmission in La Grande. Took good care of the motor home. Fair price. Highly recommend this company.

Broke down 16 miles west of La Grande. First tow truck company that roadside service sent out never showed up. Than they contacted Wagontire Towing. They brought our car to Gross Automotive in La Grande and gave us a ride to the hotel. Very professional service. C. Wright Boise,Id
