Gustavo‘s an awesome dude, came out super quick to tow my camper off the mountain. And he also is a diesel mechanic so he was able to work on it for me and got it all fixed up in a couple of days if you’re in a pinch I need some help call Gustavo!
I needed a trailer towed out of a lot he said it would cost me 300 for him to move it roughly 2 city blocks
. I reluctantly agreed. Tlhen He was an hour and a half late demanded my money as soon as he showed up. Then drove into the lot. Turned around and Drove back out of the lot and Said to me I'm not towing that. And floored it outa there with all my cash I chased him down and told him he can't just take my money and run and he proceeded to threaten to pull his gun on me if i kept persisting that he not rob me and then took off again.
Down right crook. I couldn't believe a licensed business owner would do such a thing to someone. He told me that because the tip out on the trailer was partially sticking out he. Refused to tow it so I understand the business is business and that I wasn't even expecting all my money back that he needs to be paid for his time, but he never gave the service and kept all the money. That's downright Thievery
Gus is THE MAN AND AMAZING AFF!! What a handsome gentleman helping my friend and I out of being stuck on a snowed slope lol his time, dedication and thrive to get us out that ditch was very much appreciated!! We would still be stuck had he not saved us at 3:30am. Definitely one to remember!
The communication and attention to detail was so appreciated! Gus was professional and also happy to communicate with my questions and assured me of his knowledge. I also like that he sends a picture and follow up when the car is where it was supposed to be.

When nobody answered or wanted to come help in the middle of winter night Gustavo showed up and had me out and back on the road in no time. He showed up with the right tools, great attitude. I would definitely use them again.

Gus was great! I woke up on Christmas eve to find my car gone and had no idea where to even start looking. So I just started going down the list on Google and came across redwood and son towing! Though I wasn't able to locate or find any info out about my car, a very kind and respectful person by the name of gus sent me a few very helpful resources to look into and was nothing but informative, professional, and most importantly, more then kind and caring! Very helpful. Gave me information on the updated law in Oregon that as of January 21st 2026 the maximum amount a tow truck can charge you for a non-consensual tow. Is $150. Followed up to send me more information and really went out of his way.

I got my car stuck in a ditch in several feet of snow on the Hwy 26 near government camp, I had a tow truck arrive quickly, and get us out of the ditch safely and smoothly, definitely reasonable prices! The driver was very polite and professional, thank you!
After calling a dozen other companies this was the only one willing to come out for a 40 mile tow on Christmas eve, arrived on time, car was hooked up and delivered quickly. A reliable option if you're in a bad situation. Would recommend.
