My go-to place for our personal and work vehicle parts. There are plenty of parts on hand and a short turnaround time to get it to the store if it's at a different location.
I love going in there. I know everybody there and the guys don't treat me like an idiot, Gene is my favorite CSA. Always smiles & gives me a hug. Best guy in there. He always makes sure I get the parts I need. The RIGHT PARTS. & if they do t have what I'm looking for in stock they will call me to let me know when they do & more often then not they'll put 1 away for me. 0nly 1 time were they unable to get me the part I needed. Only bcuz it was a specialty part & the higher ups said that they couldn't order it.
Chris is the coolest employee ever!. He was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was kind and funny and handled my concerns with urgency and attentiveness. Thank you Chris and keep up the great work.
I went into O'Reilly's in Stayton Oregon today meeting some help finding some clips for my tire liner. They have so many Clips I kept looking and looking and relooking. I didn't find any that looked close to the ones that I needed but thought I could ask them to look into it for me. One lady was working on it and another guy told her and me that I needed to go get the clip off my car. And look myself for it. Honestly I really tried to look myself but needed some assistance and have never been treated so rude while needing parts for my car. Unfortunately I was not near my home and I was stuck going out there for nothing. I would never go back there again!
I can’t speak highly enough about the customer service I got from Gene. After feeling like I was being blown off by a busier location Gene took the time with a line of customers to handle my issue and saw me through until I receive a resolution. He went above and beyond by sharing his knowledge and even attempting to help me on his own time. There’s so much more I can say positive about my experience with him but I don’t have the time. This location still feels like a small town parts store where you can get a little advice and knowledge from someone at any given time.
Love this place. Staff are pleasant and helpful. They are knowledgeable on what you need. They don't talk down to you. I will definitely be going back to them
Love O’Reillys! I get the majority of my parts from here. I have picked up a couple tools from here. Great customer service. Their employees are very knowledgeable.
After helping me find the right wipers, I really appreciated Gene offering to come out and replace them for me. It was unexpected and made my experience a good one. Thanks!
These guys are great! They always have the help I need with projects, super respectful and amazing customer service. And when they don't know what I need they always seem to know who to call. I highly recommend for any project you may have.
This store is horrible they do not answer there phone at all and when they do they are no help, called over 10 times just today not to mention the last few months, the service has been horrible, I do not recommend calling for anything because they will most likely be incorrect, hope this helps. 100% recommend not going to this place.
They're very deceptive about their price match guarantee with other websites and businesses. they act like it's really easy and no big deal to price match anything over the phone and they tell all of their customers when they're leaving don't forget about our price match guarantee, but unfortunately they don't come close to matching anything that's a good deal. It's deceptive, and I won't shop there anymore since it's happened twice now
It was perfect. They had exactly what I needed for my car. The clerk was helpful and quick. The prices were pretty great too. Im going to go there more often.
I've been going here for years, they constantly try and help as best as possible. Most of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and try to help to the best of their ability. They will also try and order parts asap from wherever they can get as fast as possible for the not so common stocked parts.
Ordered a part through them, was incorrect. Ordered again, also incorrect. Third time was the charm, unfortunately this put my project out an extra week so that was inconvenient. They were kind enough to give me the original price for the part for the inconvenience, so that was nice. Best advice is try and figure out EXACTLY what you need before you order. Other than that, customer service is great.
Oreillys is our place to stop A-1 quality I always had a little problem and find whatever part we need Battleground is the place that we call our home greatpeople Emily great Tim's great Brett even great you can't remember the older gentleman's name but he's a good guy too and Sydney she's also great to great place to come for your auto needs
As a small business owner I rely upon their abilities to deliver the correct part quickly everyday. They are the best, I couldn't find better. They have helped me and my business tremendously.
Even though most employees are young their very knowledgeable as well as helpful. Very clean store and always have great deals and prices. I always recommend them to friends and family. They have an awesome tool rental program.
I'm happy here. I had purchased a part May of 2016 and recently it went out. I called and not only is replacing it going to be simple but he printed out my receipt to make everything go smoother for my exchange. The entire call took about 1 minute and that's nice.
In the past I have had amazing service and I know nothing about cars. I was never pushed into buying the most expensive nor was I given any wrong parts. i have all great things to say about the Stayton store.

Need more experienced employees. I've gone in to pick up my parts and within the last 2 weeks 2 items have been wrong.
Other then that, they do seem nice and are willing to help.
Staff is knowledgeable and has provided good service. I was given the wrong part for my car and they exchanged it as well as recommended additional parts. Pleased with my service. They always check my 'check engine' light and codes for free.
Frustrating return policy and overpriced items. Got tractor fluid at Wilco for $10 less. Price checking before you buy is a good plan. Customer service needs improving.
This is the second time I've felt the need to complain about this store.... The first time was when my husband was working on my truck and they treated him like crap and were rude to the point of him deciding he was never going to shop there again. Well my son wanted to give them a second chance as we have been using this store for several years and had always had good to great service. Today though left a bad taste in his mouth as he was treated like crap by someone who obviously didn't give a damn about helping him and was rather put out that he was expected to at least try to help. We are done shopping here and will spend our money elsewhere as we expect to be treated with some modicum of respect and while we may not know what the part we need is called, we certainly don't expect to be treated like dirt by someone who just doesn't care about trying to help us. I can't give it negative stars as it won't let me but if I could, I would!
