Horrible at conducting business. Sold me an engine with a 30 day warranty. After 10 miles of driving I found that it was filling the oil with coolant. They told me they'd replace it on Saturday, to call back on Monday. I called multiple times and left voicemails, no response. Seems as though small claims court is the only way you'll receive a warranty through this company based on how they are conducting themselves in regards to a freshly swapped engine.
I didn't buy parts... I just went to ask about parts and the customer service was very good.
Excellent customer service, quick turn around. I called looking for a part was told I was going to get a call within 20 minutes with an answer..which they did..called other places as well and am still waiting for a call back. I definitely recommend this place.
