Was told it would take several DAYS for them to pull a simple in-bay fusebox. No advantage to buying local as online is actually 2 days for this part & I do not have to drive 1hr RT to get it. I believe they have forgotten the true nature of being a a local wreaking yard.

I called to see if they had a car in the yard. He put me on hold. I was driving in that direction. While they had me on hold for 10 minutes I made it to their front desk with speakerphone on. One of the Gentlemen even commented to the other that he had me on hold. I asked again, in person if they had a specific vehicle. It took him 30 seconds to tell me they didn't have the car. So why was I on hold for so long? I will not be going back
