Drove 4 hours from seattle for second time to get what I ordered and paid before, First time Toyota prius fender that was completely disappeared and second time for Kia optima rear bumper that was different from what they had in website with a lot of scratches,

Unfortunately can't recommend. Put deposit on a specific part found on auto-parts.com. never got a call to say part was in but I called and they said it was. I called again to say when I was driving out (2hrs each way) to pick it up. They said no problem. I get there and they don't have it. They try to find another but I needed that specific part and year. I went home empty handed. Not sure why this is a trend since COVID where people don't check actual physical stock but list it online as in stock...
They "pulled a part" for me, charged me for it, but it was not there to pick up.
I called the day before to confirm that my part was ready to pick up because it's a long drive. I drove to the location, the part wasn't there, they had me wait an hour for it to be delivered and it never came!
Complete waste of time and money.
My grandson’s car was deemed a total loss. We decided not to go through insurance and handle it ourselves. Rich with G & R was fantastic to work with. He was professional and very patient while we gathered the needed paperwork.
I have recently needed hard to find parts for a couple of older vehicles. They had the parts in their system, they shipped them to my local location and they were very polite and professional.
I have dealt with g&r several times over the last 5 years and I have always had trouble with the service but always just attributed it to someone having a bad day or are new and dont know the job well. I was wrong. I will not be using this business again.
The guy put me on hold for 23 minutes, i finally hung up and called back and he put me on hold again. I waited for 7 more minutes and called again but he put me on hold right away. Dont waste your time if they put you on hold
The paint code was spot on.
John at the desk out front was busy, but everyone there went out of their way to help me, or to say high.
I spent three and a half hours to get there. I realized they had more parts that I could have used but I had not brought a large enough vehicle. Again thank you to everyone down at G&R Auto Wrecking.
Josh was great. He was personable and very professional. His knowledge and skills in his job are great. Even though there was hiccup in my process he made it painless and then did my follow up when I forgot to f/u with him. Great place to get used parts that are a stinking RIP off when bought from retail aftermarket supplier. So he was great and they were all great as well. Part was clean and without blemish or issue. Light went right on no problem and was in excellent condition. Everything between us was done without any face to face as I live out of town. I was a little nervous at first but he made the transaction painless as I said before. Good people skills. The packaging of the taillight was so thorough when shipping that it could have make it through WW2 without a scratch, and I definately appreciated the effort of the person pulling the part, packaging it for shipping, and also the time it took was a couple days. When I had to return and exchange it was even better. I repackaged it and FedEx did all the business end it didnt cost me a red cent. Plus the replacement part was here the day before he stated it would arrive .
I cannot tell you how much money I saved because I put the taillight lense on myself and that would have cost me $50 or more an hour just for labor In addition to the 300.00 (retail not G & R) price tag for the light. The light was 100.00 from G & R Foriegn . No shipping charged and that was appreciated as well. I will return and I will tell all my friends and family about your services!!!thank you again!!
Needed a door for a 2002 Toyota Camry XLE, found a matching door and price was great, included removal from donor car too. Door fit perfect and my car looks great again! Highly recommend for your foreign car needs.
Good customer service, and I was able to get the part that I needed for a really good price. Unfortunately, the part only lasted about a month before it broke and I had to replace it a second time. I guess that's the risk you take when you buy used parts off a totaled vehicle. Lesson learned. Next time I'll just pay more for new parts instead.
These folks are great. Josh went way out of his way to help me out and look for other items I may want in their inventory. There's an old saying: Fast, Affordable, Reliable. Pick any two. These guys were faster than they said they would be. Cheaper than anywhere else I could possibly get what I needed. And followed through with exactly what they said they'd get me. Can't ask for more.
Super helpful finding what you're looking for. If they don't have it they will help you find it and have it delivered locally for pickup. They even a stayed after 5 so I didn't have to come back the next day. Great shop, friendly, accommodating staff, would defiantly recommend for your second hand auto parts needs.
Good selection and i got the window i needed for civic. My friend did most of work pulling it the guy was very negotiable with price. I will be back soon
I spoke with the guy twice, I should’ve requested his name due to him being incredibly rude and disrespectful especially after all I had requested was a part that was on their website. Hung up on me both times, apparently didn’t care it was displayed on his website nor about my business..

I usually have good experiences with G&R, but today was different. The person at the counter at this lot tried to charge me way more than it cost for the same part brand new (based on the most expensive new part he found online) and refused to go down in price. I just walked out the door. Usually G&R is willing to work with price, but I believe every G&R prices per location so things will vary.
Definitely disappointed in them today.
Ordered a radiator support from them, shipped it to me within a couple days, which is excellent because it was still attached to the car before i ordered it. The price they asked for was half of what other auto wreckers were charging, and the guy on the phone was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend these guys, if I need anything else I'll definitely hit these guys up first.
Worked with Richard to sell my old car. Got a better deal here than from anyone else and they offered free pick up the same day! They worked quick and were all very friendly and efficient. Would recommend and goto them again in the future.
These guys were awesome. We got a $120 part for $40. Inventory was easy to find online and when we showed up at the wrong yard they got us the part in a few hours.
When I called and asked one question I was interrupted first off, second off the man talking had a disgusting attitude and then he said they couldn’t sell me just a caliper and then just hung up on me. Terrible customer service I’m so glad I DID NOT give them my business. If I could give them 0 stars I would :)
I had a not so great experience here. I wrote an email to the manager and he contacted me shortly afterward. I feel a little better knowing that he took the time to let me know he was looking into my complaints and he felt that it was unacceptable as well. Thank you for acknowledging me and my concerns.
