Traveled 15 miles to vehicle Towed 1.5 miles $560.00, settled for $460.00 Three star instead of one because my wife said he was decent to her, and timely.
This company had towed my husbands car well we had car seats in the car and they wouldn’t let us get them out and by law we are allowed too get them out weather or not we are getting the car but nope they wanted to be rude I have 3 small kids and no car seats thanks so check ur self’s next time
The only tow company I will use from now on! I made a tow appointment with Lebanon Towing and they never showed leaving me in a bind. I called Aerostar and he was so nice and came immediately. Then when we got my car off truck we realized the battery was dead from leaving lights on during drive and he jumped my car for me so I could get it in to parking spot at mechanic’s shop. If you need a tow call Aerostar DO NOT USE LEBANON TOWING!!

Brad from Areostar towing arrived on time. Made quick assessment and quote. Came for free to asses the situation. Took 27ft 1974 prowler travel trailer i had been using as a work area for my small business out of back yard after it sat there for 13 + years. Only had inches on both sides of trailer between the house and the trees . Was amazed at how precise Brad was able to move the trailer out. I couldn't get truck in to move it due to rain turning it in to swamp. Plus a lot has changed since i put it back there. Brad was very clear with instructions. His price was more than fair as we had been quoted several thousand dollars to have it removed. I gave the trailer away so all Brad needed to do was make a miracle happen. I couldn't have done it with out his help. Still amazed at how precisely and quickly he was able to get it out of the yard and between trees and the house.then in to the neghbors drive. Brad is one of the top drivers in the state. No doubt in my mind.
Nice family owned and operated tow yard with 100's of wheels and tires for sale at good prices both factory and custom wheels. Give them a call before heading that way to make sure someone will be there, sometimes they are busy with tows. Tell them Joe & Tim sent you!
Definitely highly Recommend! My deiver was kind and patient and they came right away! You have to remember tow truck drivers deal with a lot because they show up when things are stressful when cars break down ect. So being kind to the tow truck drivers in essential!!
Had a driver with Lebanon towing extremely rude, wouldn't even allow me to lock my car. Aerostar towing apparently used Lebanon towing cause they were busy or whatever. The owner or manager of Aerostar towing was rude as well. Wants to charge me $600 to tow from Lebanon to Sweet Home, $175 just for driving to the accident scene. And they are going to charge me to clean up the entire accident scene.
I'm my opinion they're taking advantage of Covid and DMV being closed, if you get you're car towed they demand a title and there's alot of people that don't have one if they have a loan or lost it or can't find it, ect then they can rack the $ up till you get an appt or find it if you've lost it,ect, I don't care much for people like that
The main guy that runs the place is awesome. There is lots of parts for great deals and if you can't find it there that day you can usually get it the next few days or directed where you can find the part. Like I said the guy who runs this place is awesome.
DAVE is the proprietor at aerostar towing I've known him for years, he's the cheapest around for parts, if your impounded hell work with you on fees and towing Bill.
