Losers strung us along for 3 HOURS then canceled the job, leaving us stranded. I've never in my life had the displeasure of dealing with a more UNPROFESSIONAL and APATHETIC company. Absolutely AMAZING traits in a company that's supposed to help you in a time of need. On top of that, they tried to keep a $80 cancelation fee even though THEY CANCELED ON US!! Absolute scum company.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I was forced to work with a different tow service but Last resort took the time to recommend other services of quality in the area. Definitely going to be looking to use Last Resort Towing in the future.

Dave was awesome! He was on time and provide great customer service. He also conversed with me throughout the ride to pass the time.

A radiator gone bad, 95 degrees, Handicapped wife about to die from heat and stress. The great people of “last Resort Towing Service’ went Far beyond what I believe most others would have done for us in helping to drive my wife and I to our house in Sweet Home in a separate vehicle belonging to the owner of this “ the best tow service in Albany or. My truck broke down today. I called and was able to get my truck towed within 45 minutes. August the truck driver was amazing. He made a stressful situation better by being very nice. Highly recommended them!

We had a tire blow out on our way back from Newport towards corvallis. No cell service and no way to contact anyone. Your driver David wa on his way back from Newport and my sister flagged him down. My car is a new car and a hybrid. For some reason there was no spare. David was able to get in touch with his boss an was able to take us and my car home. There is no words to thank him and your company. He was a God send

UPDATE: My insurance and myself have been in contact with the owner, and he has been very helpful in ensuring the repair of my vehicle. I was also informed that the driver is no longer employed by the company. As mentioned before, I have used Last Resort Towing on several occasions and have generally been very happy with their service. Thank you Ron, again, for your assistance. I have consistently held Last Resort Towing in high regard, but unfortunately, my most recent experience was less than satisfactory. The driver was initially very helpful, he even helped me in changing my tire. However, when loading my car onto the flatbed, the angle was excessively steep, resulting in my car becoming lodged with the bumper against the concrete until he attached the winch and was able to pull it the rest of the way onto the bed. While the driver did not verbally acknowledge the situation, his expression suggested awareness. I immediately submitted a claim with my insurance, with pictures from the incident, who has since made multiple attempts to reach Last Resort without any resolution.

We had a horrible experince with this company. A driver ran over and damaged my family septic unit when dropping off my car. I didnt noticed til later that day so we called and someone else came out to look. The guy that came didnt say anything about it while there but called later denying any responsibility or any resolution.

Gary and his employees went above and beyond on my behalf. I’m in 78 year-old woman and needed assistance in a very rural area of Oregon. Gary stayed in touch and made sure I got home safely. Can’t say enough good things about these people in this company!

I would 100% recommend this company for all your towing needs. I plan to call them if I am ever in a bind again myself. They came through for me when I found myself in a pickle due to my tire deciding Sunday afternoon was the perfect time to blow apart. Very quick to communicate, efficient at hooking my car up and extremely willing to help in whatever way they could to make my experience as good as possible under the circumstances. The driver was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Call them - you won't regret it.

Im not sure about price as they were sent as part of roadside assistance through progressive. Did a great job quick and professional. Driving a low clearance car i appreciate that they used a flatbed.

We coordinated a time to meet. He treated my car with so much care and respect. I was so happy to see how professional and efficient they were. Don’t choose anyone else to tow your vehicle. Called LRT for a tow to the local dealership as it won't start due to an unusual draw on my battery. Jumping wouldn't start it either. The driver was able to start my vehicle with his charger and followed me until I safely arrived at the dealership. Both the dispatcher & the tow truck driver were excellent & very helpful. Highly recommend these folks as everyone was professional & friendly!

I had AA towing last time and felt like my life was in danger. The experience with this company was entirely different. Personalable driver, safe, easy to talk to. It felt like I was being picked up by an old friend. My dog was with me and he can struggle with new men, but I found I had to make sure he didn't lay his head on the drivers arm. I approve, my dog Jack approves. I give you 5 stars, 2 thumbs and 2 paws up.

Progressive sent them our way to help with a locksmith service. The lady who provided the service ended up shattering our windshield glass. She told my husband to call the company and her Boss would take care of it. I called and Front desk guy would always say he already mentioned it to his Boss and couldn’t do anything else. He then provided his Boss direct number. My husband called him and the Boss man said he couldn’t do anything about it.

Had a flat on the way to portland to take my daughter to an appointment at the children's hospital this was the company my insurance called they were fast to respond and got us changed to a donut, then followed us to the tire repair shop incase anything else happened. it was very appreciated i dont live in the area but travel through often will definitely use again if needed

My tow driver, Brandon, went far above and beyond what was required of him. Not only did he provide prompt, professional service, he independently diagnosed the vehicle issue, recommended a car service visit, and explained the root cause of the issue in terms that were easy for a non-technical person to understand. If you are lucky enough to get Brandon as your driver, you can rest assured you'll be in good hands.

Had a hard morning with my truck not starting, and had to call into work. Mikayla arrived swiftly and hitched up our truck. She was very kind and personable as she drove us to the dealership. Had a bad morning, but a good experience with Last Resort Towing. Thank you so much for the help!

Last Resort came quickly (well before the ETA that was texted to me) and Michaela was AWESOME. She was friendly and professional, and made sure I was comfortable in the tow truck's cab (down to the music selections and temperature) as she was loading my car. I was in a jam where my vehicle was to be towed due to street sweeping. After arguing with law enforcement for quite a while I was able to relay that a tow was shorty on the way. I'm glad I was able to have tow truck operator , Jacob, come to my rescue! I'm just south of th Eugene area and Last Resort Towing came to me. This company bit far out of my way , I have no doubts if I'm ever need a tow in the Albany area I have who I will choose again.

Last week was spring break. The fam and I headed to the Oregon Coast. We were having a pretty good trip, so of course my truck breaks down. I have roadside assistance through my insurance which includes towing. For some reason, they got a hold of this company all the way in Albany. With no questions asked they were on the road in high winds and heavy rain to come help us out. Everybody was pleasant to deal with from the guy I talked to on the phone to the driver. I wasn't sure how happy the driver would be when he got ro us, since he had to come such a long way. He was great, super friendly and helpful. He got my truck to where it needed to be......twice (another long story). You guys definitely helped us scrape together the rest of our trip and get us home on time. I appreciate you.

I had a fantastic experience with this company. The receptionist (can't remember her name, I want to say Melissa or Michelle maybe?) who answered the phone was great, very professional and kind and even arranged for the driver to pick me up from my house so I didn't have to walk back to my broke down vehicle. The driver was fantastic also. Not only did he call and arrange to pick me up so I didn't have to walk in the rain, he was very polite and courteous. He was able to get my vehicle started and then he followed me home to make sure I made it, and informed me I had a back up light out. The drivers name is Dan . I appreciated how polite everyone was and the price was fair! I would highly recommend this company to anyone! Well I'm a little late to post a review but my experience was so good that I had to post. On Labor day weekend, after a fun but unsuccessful 8 day fishing trip on the Siletz River in Oregon. Just before leaving, I'd discovered that my boat trailer wheel bearing had failed. No way to get parts that weekend and NO WAY was I leaving my boat there for a few days to come back and repair it. I called my insurance company and they contacted THE ONLY tow company willing to perform the tow. Last Resort towing. Go figure. We got my boat and trailer SO CAREFULLY loaded on a GMC 5500 if memory serves me. They hauled it all the way to my house located in the Santiam canyon and dropped it off when all other local companies turned their back on this tow. Thank you Last Resort towing for the excellent service and the willingness to take this on. Not a small task at all. A 20 foot aluminum boat with a sizeable outboard.

I’ve had experience with 3 towing companies over the last 5 days and Robert at The Last Resort by far has been the best and most professional. I was using my insurance roadside assistance, and while they had their many faults throughout this, once they got a hold of TLR, my car was picked up and on its way within 45 minutes. I had been waiting 1.5 hours for another company, and once i called them they told me i was outside their range and they were canceling the tow. The 45 minutes was worth the wait for the professionalism. Quick up and quick payment. Would definitely use them again (although i hope i won’t have to ;)

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Last resort towing was by far the best towing service I've ever used. I am blown away with their excellent service. Not only did they take on the almost impossible task of towing a 31' Airstream behind an already long truck (which many others refused), they arrived early and went above and beyond in every area. Their attention to detail and preemptive thinking made this complicated day become a piece of cake once they arrived.
