Our RV died on the side of the road just north of Newport. Rowley towing were very helpful in trying to assess what happened to try and resolve the issue without a tow. Unfortunately we couldn't, so ended up being towed to a dealer in Salem. The driver, Francisco, was very professional and handled our rig as if it was his own. While we hope you never need a towing service, if you do I am sure you will be well looked after by Rowley's.
Wonderful people, Shelby was the most polite dispatcher I'd called that day, and Sven got my car out of the thickest mud I'd ever seen with quickness and precision. And half the price as the others, amazing tow company! Thanks guys.
Our car was backed into on Saturday afternoon and our vehicle was not operable. Monday morning our insurance agent made a referral to the towing company they used. We were to sit by the phone and be ready to meet them immediately or the tow would be cancelled.
After waiting nearly another 24 hours with no contact, we called Rowley to arrange the tow ourselves. They were available at the time we called, were on-site at our vehicle in 15 minutes, and 15 minutes later had the car at the repair shop. Since we were being reimbursed for the cost of the tow we weren't worried about the bill, but it was very reasonable - less than we would have expected. We couldn't have asked for better service.
Kevin arrived exactly when he said he would, promptly figured out how to disengage the Park and Emergency brake on a Chrysler Pacifica which the software had malfuntioned. Loading the vehicle was seamless, he definitely knows what he's doing. Thanks

64 year old woman and my car stopped on the Hwy and I was stranded beside the road. Called and they responded so quickly and was so professional. Let me ride with the driver to my dealership and he was so amazing to unload my car and make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend this company.
Really appreciated these guys helping me with a simple battery jump. I called those Les guys and was told it would be 3-4 hours even though I was only 1.5 miles from their shop. Rowley's showed up in less than 15 minutes and had me on the road in no time. I would use them again if needed.

Horrible. Dispatcher left my husband and son sitting on the side of the road for 2 hours because she gave her driver a wrong address, then tried to double the charge and get an attitude when questioned and wouldn’t go pick them up at the correct address because it was further than she thought. Do not recommend.
Pick up stuck in mud. Despatch lady efficient. Service truck arrived within 20 minutes. Brian was super professional, knew what to do and pulled my vehicle out without drama.

Bot happy at all guy was supper nice when comming to get my truck but them am never told prices called days later with a bill of 1,200 something dollars the lady on the phone was vary disrespectful even after I'm trying to fiuger something out not understanding at all I just got in a wreck lost my truck and am now fighting my insurance company 😳 how can people be so rude after going through them losing there vehicle from a wreck will never use them again ever should have left my truck where it was
they were quick to get my vehicle, they offered a fair price, and Chris the tow guy was so nice, if I ever need any vehicle type service, I will be using them 100%
As other reviews have stated they provide top notch service. Sven also a very helpful good guy. Highly recommend this company and I don’t hand out google reviews too often! Quick and professional. Helped me get my boat off the side of highway 20 in a very timely manner. After a loooong day on the ocean and living in the valley. This was much appreciated.
Shout out to Sven with Rowley's - provided awesome service this past Monday night in Newport. My Prius just stopped working, and Rowley's got help out quickly, and Sven was professional, knowledgeable with hybrids, and also instructive and kind.
Thought we were going to have to tow it to a mechanic's shop, and he got the battery fired up and me on my way.

I can not speak highly enough about the service I recieved. Daniel is a stellar employee! I woke up on the wrong side of the bed and I blew a tire running my last errand. Normally that'd make your day worse but not with a positive, efficient employee like Daniel! You can't go wrong with Rowleys!
I just had my car towed in Newport. The location of my vehicle was quite precarious and the truck couldn't actually get up to where I was located. Chris and Dan did an amazing job pushing the car down the curved driveway and onto the tow truck. They also dropped it off at my mechanic so I was able to stay home. Thanks so much Chris and Dan!
So grateful for this company today. I closed my hatch after putting on my baby carrier and it locked my keys AND 3 month old in the car. Called AAA and Chris with AA Rowley's was there in 7 mins. Never have I had this happen before. So glad they were so fast and so kind. Thank you again chris
Had engine trouble while on a camping trip in Newport. Our VW Van had an issue with starting, and AA Rowley's was the company dispatched by AAA roadside. They showed up at our campground within 20 minutes, and although they were unable to tow us anywhere that day (no nearby mechanic would take us due to the difficult-to-fix nature of our van), John called around to try and find a solution. Since we had already checked out of our campsite and had nowhere else to stay that night (and a disabled vehicle), he made the suggestion to tow us to another available site within the campground. Great honest guy, great service from the company. The next morning another driver (Randy) towed us to Corvallis to a mechanic who claimed they would take us right away, but when they didn't hold up their end, Randy suggested a different shop, who got us back on the road quickly. He even drove us to Enterprise after our van was dropped off at the mechanic. Randy also said that if the "new" mechanic couldn't look at it, he would be willing to tow us to Portland, or even all the way back home to Vancouver if necessary. Obviously that would mean a big payday for him, but the motivation behind the offer clearly came from being a good human. Talk about above and beyond.
Honesty friendly drivers, and clean newer trucks. Couldn't have asked for a better experience to come out of such a negative one. If you happen to require a tow, I highly recommend AA Rowley's. 10/10 service.
