We got stuck in a ditch on a one-lane county road between Florence and Veneta when we pulled to the side for an oncoming vehicle. We called Rogers and they sent someone out right away. The driver and his helper were friendly and courteous and they were able to get us out of the ditch without damaging the car. The price ended up being less than we expected, given how far out we were. Recommended!

DJ helped me tow when my car overheated and smoked. I expected to wait an hour or more after calling AAA, but he was the fastest response time I have had, within 15 minutes from call. He was efficient and effective when loading and unloading my vehicle and had a great attitude the entire experience. He was fun to chat with on the way too. I hope to see him and Roger's towing next time I need to call.

YOSHI from Rodgers Towing absolutely amazing person!!! He took care of our classic car very nice and make sure everything is extra safe and won’t be any damage to our vehicle. Price was reasonable for long towing. Had a great time ride with him to our destination. He showed up with awesome attitude that we feel so comfortable and lucky to receive the service through AAA. Excellent service. They saved the day! Rescued a load! We had a long haul truck driver come out of Canada with little experience to deliver farm equipment. The delivery driver almost flipped our load into a ditch after being a day late. I called Rogers towing and they came to the rescue. Load recovered with no damage. Their team was phenomenal and professional. They blocked off the road and assisted us with unloading the load safely from the truck. Lessons of the day. Do not hire unexperienced truck drivers and if you do, Rogers will help save the day. Appreciate you guys! Thanks for your help today!

After amazing response by John, of Rogers Towing, Veneta, and assessing the possible damage that could be caused by removal, he called DJ for backup. They found an easier way to free a car on top of a large rock driveway border. Effort showed concern for the vehicle, and after extra personal efforts to jack up the car removing huge rocks, we were able to literally drive the vehicle to freedom. You guys did amazing work and showed concern for a very frustrated driver. Thank you and we will call you again the next time we need a tow or to move an unmovable vehicle.

Worst experience with this company! Hooked my car wrong ripping the hooks out of the body, then it falls off the tow truck and into my other vehicle damaging both of my vehicles. Driver gives me the office phone number to call and get it taken care of but doesn't supply insurance information. They delivered my car to my family's restaurant and didn't bother putting the windows up and locking the car in a parking lot. Also didn't leave the key for the car so when I came back down to Oregon the next day with a trailer I had to wait 3.5 hrs for the worlds worst tow truck driver to bring me the key. I then did as one of the owners asked and took the day off work and got an estimate for my vehicles to get repaired. Rogers towing has been giving me the runaround now for almost 3 weeks with not wanting to go through insurance and offer me thousands less than my actual loss. They do not care about their customers or have the balls the make a mam to mam phone call to come to a resolution. The damage to my vehicles came to $9656.08 I asked for compensation for one days wages and for my sunday spent sitting in a parking lot. For a total of $10626.08 I didn't ask for anything unreasonable and wasn't asking for compensation for the time I will be without a vehicle because they will be in the shop getting repaired. Today I was offered $6,000 and I declined as now I will be taking Roger's Towing to court to get the compensation I am owed. My wife was also hurt when the car came off their tow truck and hit us and we don't know yet the if it's just a strain or ? Do yourself a favor and call any other company if you need help. I understand accidents do happen but this was total incompetence from the driver and from the company itself. Everything I have said is a hundred percent accurate and true

I have had this old, very heavy floor safe for many years and luckily have only had to move it twice. After weeks of stressing out about how I was going to find someone to move it, my neighbor suggested a tow truck. I thought, hmm, I have a friend that knows some guys from Rogers Towing.....this move has been EXTREMELY stressful but thank you Lewis, Joe and Cody, I have one less huge thing to worry about. We were on vacation and stuck on the side of the Interstate in a rental car. We were frustrated because the rental car company was giving us the runaround. Yoshi from Rogers Towing picked up the vehicle and told us that he would take us wherever we needed. We asked him to take us to the rental car at the Eugene Airport. Our Ford Expedition slid onto the grassy apron on the side of the road. Due to to the recent heavy rain and ice, the whole right side of the vehicle sank deep and tipped almost on to its side. To make matters worse, it was on the edge of a steep slope. Roger's driver, Nathan Duncan, arrived much sooner that I expected. He immediately saw the seriousness of the situation, assessed the best, and safest, way to get it back on solid ground. He was very successful, and deserves credit for a job well done. One of their drivers noticed me broke down on the side of the freeway, and stopped to help without me initiating any service call. I told him I was broke, and did not have a penny on me to get help so he called his boss and they told me for free to my place he said he understands times are tough and said he could not just leave me stranded on the side of the freeway. That means a lot. The owner Took money out of his own pocket, in terms of time and gas to help me out, and did not want a single penny for me. The driver was extremely nice and helpful and the fact he called his owner to see if he could help me was really cool. He told me about 5 miles From the freeway to my driveway at home. I don’t know what I would have done without them. Thank you.
