Would not recommend. Literally yelled at me just for calling during normal business hours. First time ever calling the number. I used a different company that was much more professional
Steve has helped me out with my car several times now. He's saved me hundreds of dollars and done great work. I highly reccomend. He's fair and professional.
While on a weekend road trip the truck broke down 200 miles from home. We found S&T Towing through a google search. Steve was fast to respond and very helpful by recommending a trusted local auto repair shop for us to tow the truck to for repairs.
The owner of S&T was really communicative, fast, and clearly experienced in his field. Being able to call someone who is local to the Dexter area saved us a lot of money. His rates are fair and if I ever need a tow again I know who to call. Great company.

I scheduled a car to be towed and no show, no call,or nothing.Tried to call all I got was his answering machine. Left multiple messages. No call back.Had to go with another company.
Steve and Terry were fantastic. They towed oir car and trailer from well beyond their area because no other company wrespond on a Friday night. We were stranded in a sketcky area. They were polite and well informed.
After low balling their offer on scrapping a vehicle that my wife was invested in and distraught about having to scrap one of the drivers had mocked her about the second option that we took and then decided to say he would have offered more than our second option had offered which I found contradictory and disrespectful!!! I Do NOT recommend this company to anyone!
Steve was AWESOME! 🌟🤩🌟 He was super 💥 fast 💥 (even joking about how this way of towing was the 🐌"slow"🐢way). Plus they're open 24 hours 👍 This was my first professional towing experience (I'm use to getting ⛓ chained up ⛓ to a truck and get pulled to where I need to go) and I'm now a customer for life! ♾
He was incredibly prompt, and took over everything I didn't have to worry one bit. He knew exactly where to find me even though I gave the worst directions. Somehow, he managed to make my car breaking down easiest part of my day! I wasn't even home 30 min and he had my car to me! Thank you!!
I Needed a project car towed from Sutherlin to Eugene and they came through at a great price and on time. Their driver was very respectful to the car and assisted with getting it positioned where I needed it. The owner was very respectful and even got the keys in advanced for me. Don't waste time with anyone else. S&T TOWING is the best in the valley. They are honest and humble, treat their customers and cars with respect. I wish I could rate them with 10 stars.
Very professional and knowledgeable folks. My truck broke down in my driveway (I know, lucky) they came out to Veneta, on time, and were champs in getting my Tacoma to the dealership. I highly recommend. Plus, they are locals. They gave me the number of a mechanic they trust. Nice act since I am new to Veneta.
I used S&T Towing & Recovery last week to tow my car due to a corroded battery and flat tires. The rate was amazing. Steve is super helpful and friendly and made my difficult situation so much easier. I would definitely recommend using this company for anyone who needs assistance with towing their car/truck/vehicle. I'm really glad I found S&T Towing when I did. It was truly a life saver and super affordable!

Insurance company order this service and the driver called to give an eta of about an hour... After well over an hour and going through the insurance agent again they gave us the info on S & T recovery who they said was supposed to be out here. The driver answered the phone saying he never reveived all the info so he went home.... Stuck on the side of the road and he just went home! Then as we are on the phone with the insuranse again trying to get someone to help he called them and said he wasn't doing the tow. Here we go with another hour plus wait on the side of the road... Already been here for almst 4 hours now.... Worst customer servicw in the world... I will make sure to never use this tow company... Ever.
Could not have asked for a friendlier person to help. They made sure everything was ok and helped me out with my situation and made sure I was able to get home safely. If something ever happens to my car you can guarantee I will be calling again.
Wipers broke at 12:30 at night. This company was the only thing close to me while the rain was pouring down. He was there within 30 minutes and towed us to a nice part of town and gave us the number to a good mechanic for the morning. Wonderful guy and great business.
These guys are awsome!!! I am taking ownership of a shop out in leaburg and they are always on the ball...i recremend all my customers to Steve... thanks for all your hard work.
If I could give them more stars I would! I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that came and towed my car after an accident, but the kindness and caring he showed was above and beyond just good customer service. He made sure I understood how the process worked getting my car to the auto body shop and when he found out that my husband was still on his way from out of town, he stated he would not leave until he showed up. In a very stressful and upsetting situation, he made it better. Thank you so much! I hope I don't need to use their services again, but if I do or someone I know needs roadside assistance help in the future, they will be the ones I recommend.
Best Price in Eugene! Fast & friendly service. They may or may not have the largest fleet compared to other companies but when I called he was with another tow. Still was here with in the hour. Great work and awesome price! Call them first for a quote.
