What happen to this store!?Sandwich $7 chicken salad about the same price.Ridiculously over price for food that looks like it came from dumpster behind the mission.
Stay true to the form of this area never getting what you pay for.
I love supporting small businesses. Unfortunately, small family owned businesses don't have the same policies for customer service as big corporations have in place. I would suggest this family have some conversations about interpersonal skills. Because being disgustingly rude to patrons is a good way for your familys business to end. Especially in this economy.
The selection is limited, and it's all overpriced due to its location. Most of the staff here run in clicks and are extremely rude. My suggestion. Drive the distance to another store. We will no longer be shopping here.
Only little store really in Bonanza. Generally has most of anything you need. I popped in for some OJ for morning mimosas at the house. They had it. Sure enough a day or 2 later cooking breakfast needed some tortillas they had that too. Grandma would aways buy cigarettes, grandpa would always pick up ice cream and hubby picks up beer. Sure enough they will have something that u need typically. I will say sometimes you get behind that one guy with 37 lottery tickets and you have to wait. Other than that almost eveyone knows your name and they have what you need.
Willie is so personable! Cooking fresh tri tip out on the bbq and his staff is so friendly and fast. It's apparent they are well trained and happy with their work.

Most well-stocked rural grocery and convenience store I have ever been to!! Our go-to for just about anything, and has helped us avoid the 20 mile trip to Klamath Falls on many occasions!☺️ Excited for upcoming updates and changes!
I love these folks. Sometimes I am in the middle of cooking and realize, oh no I forgot the lemons. So I call them. Yes they have them. send my husband while I get the rest of dinner going and suddenly I have lemons.
Great little general store that had pretty much anything we needed while in the area for work. It was usually late until we were done working and they were always happy to stay a little longer at the deli/food counter to get us some decent food. Friendly folks that was very much appreciated in welcoming our crew to the area!
The Bonanza General store is a locally owned business that is run by a very good man. I have always enjoyed the staff and the owner when I shop there.

They've got a little bit of everything here. The employees are friendly and helpful. It's about what you'd expect for a small town mercantile but with just a bit more.
Mourning , noon , or night there is always a friendly greeting when you first enter the store . I've been coming into this store 17yrs and it's always nice friendly service.
Love this place! Employees are friendly and helpful, always. If you can't find what you need here Dave is always open to taking orders and getting it here. We do the majority of our shopping here.
This is a super cute little grocery liquor store. It is so old and it feels like you're stepping back in time but it's not a bad thing the staff is really nice I enjoyed stopping need here when I am passing through
Open till 9 p.m. They have a good selection of beer and alcohol. Don't try to get any cash from their ATM they only keep $20 in the machine and they clip you $3 to get it. They have the only ATM within 20 miles. I won't go there again.
Unfortunately the ATM was out of order. Yesterday it was back in service! When I needed $40. Yea! They only keep very little money in it because after it was out of service once again. The gas station only let's you pull out $20. Can be quite a pain when you really don't want to have to go to Klamath Falls just to pay someone back because you forgot to get cash before you left town. I guess you can ask the people who are @ the register if they could put more $ in ?❤ a local once told me that. Lol
I think it's a wonderful store. They carry about everything a general store could carry for us country folk. And the employees are very polite and very professional. Willing to go out of the way to assist you.

If an out-of-towner comes to our little town of Bonanza. You have to stop at the Bonanza General Store.
They are always friendly and helpful and act like they know me, but I only travel through there once a month. Make sure you stop in if you're driving to or through Bonanza - They are great!
Bonanza General is a great little country store.
I shop there 3 to 4 times a week.
Fast and friendly service.
A good variety of products and fair prices.
Opens @ 6am and Closed @ 9pm
