The owner and staff of this company are incredibly kind and helpful. Having a car towed is never a pleasant experience, and our situation was completely beyond our control. Throughout the process, Jennifer and John were supportive, understanding, and more than reasonable. They have earned my trust and full support. I really appreciated the level of attention Jeff and John gave to towing our 35 ft motorhome. They were professional and friendly. They arrived the day after my call and kept me informed on their travel time to our location and about what was happening as they were hooking up and towing our motorhome. It was my first time being towed so their level of communication helped to calm my stress.

We broke down on I5 about 40 minutes north of Grants Pass. They were able to get Patrick on his way within minutes of me calling. Patrick had our car loaded and drove us comfortably to a Medford dealership. Very friendly professional service! And FAST! We were grateful not to be on the side of I5 for any duration.

Caveman Towing picked up a medium duty (wrecked) bucket truck for me and delivered it to my property. Thomas, and the extra driver Patrick, they sent to help place it on my end were very professional, knew what they were doing, and had great attitudes throughout. They made a difficult job getting it on to the property and placed where I needed it 200’ off the road stress free. Had an outer axle seal/gasket that went out, Driver thought it was a wheel seal----possible other problems. Worked with Jeff over the phone to arrange towing and trailer storage for a few days. Once the truck was at their shop he was able to fix it within 30 minutes. New axle seal was all that was needed. Saved us a huge tow bill and got the driver going immediately. thanks for the good service!

I was stranded in cottage grove before a oregon ducks game and I was able to set up a ride back for after the game with Josh he met me in cottage grove and was able to take my son and I home safely and professionally. Caveman towing is the best! Our truck and 5th wheel had to be towed. They reached us in about half an hour and towed the truck. It doesn’t stop there. John brought his pickup, grabbed the RV, me and my dogs and took us to our campground. Then he helped me set everything up. He didn’t leave me until the 5th wheel slides were out and I was safe in camp. Great guy! Very friendly as well! I highly recommend them. Thanks John for being so considerate.
I am very grateful for the excellent service of Caveman Towing!!! Mike came out and found me on the off-ramp of I-5. I was pretty frazzled about my broken down MBZ sprinter and just wasn’t able to figure out where to take it or who could fix it when I wasn’t in my own home town. Mike stood by calling about 5 different places since it was a holiday and he was concerned places would be closed. He figured out that for my van it would be better to flat bed it to Medford rather than tow it. So they brought out a different truck with Wes driving it. Caveman Wes then towed me to MBZ of Medford and after we dropped my van he drove me and my little dog to a hotel for the night. Wes even carried my bags into the hotel lobby for me!! Wow! So if you are needing any roadside assistance and are worried about making the right choice … don’t hesitate … call CAVEMAN. They are GOLD STAR… skilled, intelligent, and very kind. Mike even cuddled my little dog for me while I made phone calls!! They made a tough moment actually fun and a happy time. Can you imagine that?!
I recently just moved to Grants Pass and unfortunately I was t having a good night I had locked my keys in the car. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman that was able to unlock my car but thank you so much!!! You truly was an amazing person. I highly recommend Caveman Towing!!!
The driver who picked us up got there pretty quickly and on time, and drove us to the mechanic we needed to get to. He also waited a good 15-20 minutes just to make sure we were able to get a ride, and ended up driving us to our hotel since Lyft didn’t have any available drivers. Thank you Caveman towing!!! If I ever break down in Grants Pass again I will be sure to call here first.
