I’ve used goodfellas twice and both times they have been very courteous and very reasonable. To use other companies, I’ve found has not been as polite or reasonable on pricing.

AAA sent a flatbed driver from goodfellas when I broke down, the kid stuck the flat bed under my front tires to lift it to hook the winch and ended up dropping my car off the bed, hitting my bumper on the way down. Finally got it on the bed and was on the phone the WHOLE drive to my house complaining to one of his coworkers that it was trash that he got the call and not someone else. I had to interrupt his complaining to tell him where to turn, to which he was super short and snippy about.

Great service. Fast, friendly and professional service. Went above and beyond what I would normally expect from a tow company. I had left a water bottle in their truck and they dropped it off at my house the next day! Very surprised by this level of service.

Above And Beyond! Thank you! On Christmas Eve 2025, a driver with Goodfellaws Towing, found my Grandparents in their late 80s with a flat tire in the Farmers Market parking lot on Rogue River Hwy. He stopped and helped them put the spare tire on. This happened after I had attempted to change the tire myself only to discover their jack was not tall enough to lift the car. I went home to get my own jack which was taller. When I arrived back at the scene, the tire was already replaced. The Goodfellas spotted them, stopped and helped free of charge! I did not catch his name. He was just a Goodfella doing Goodfella stuff. Thank you Goodfellas!

So it's 3 in the morning. This trip was supposed to be my vacation for the year and it's quickly turning into work. I'm hour 7 into a spite-fuelled all night drive to Sonoma to go race a car I've never seen before, because the holier-than-thou lawyer I'm racing with refuses share a single detail about our plans. I'm towing a Volvo for some reason. It is not a race car. I don't know who's car this is. I don't know where it's going. I pull into the Pilot gas station in Somewhere, Southern Oregon. Big hills ahead, I'm getting aircraft levels of fuel burn per hour. There's a super cool tow truck in the lot. I go to fill up, forget my wallet and... I locked my keys in the truck. It's 3AM. By the time I call someone, get them out here, get help and go it'll be 5AM. I turn and see said super cool tow truck with a, as I would soon find out, equally cool man behind the wheel. I sheepishly approached the driver door and ask if he has stuff for lock outs. I'm expecting to be paying $100 for my sin of always locking my doors. He says he does and hops out. He's not a small man. His OSHA-Approved cape billows behind him. (He doesn't have one because OSHA doesn't approve capes.) He makes quick work of the impenetrable fortress that was my 20 year old, deer disabling, stylistically-overloaded, underpowered and underappreciated mysterious-Volvo hauling truck. Now for the thing I fear the most. Money. I do not have money. I work in the arts and have every expensive hobby known to man, bears and dolphins. I'm expecting to say goodbye to a tank and a half of fuel money. I ask him how much it'll be. He says don't worry about it. I'm clearly helping someone out by towing this mysterious Volvo and to pay it forward. He was super kind and honestly the kind of dude I wish the world was more full of. Safe to say, the mysterious Volvo made it to California... for whatever reason that is only known to the holy spirit and the patron saint of personal injury I was racing with that weekend. If only Thor was there to help with the race car... which only had to be stolen from our own delivery driver 2 days late at 2AM, worked on for 24 hours, refilled with coolant 3 times, before running 27 laps, and then blowing up and catching fire. Either way, if the rest of the guys are as cool as Thor was, I think they might be the best tow operation in the state.

I broke down on I-5 outside of Ashland and Isaac "Thor" came to the rescue. He was polite, shared some stories of his experience and transported my children and I to our next stop. He recommended an excellent mechanic that got us back on the road in time to make Thanksgiving dinner. Thank you again Isaac! Anyone will be in great hands if he's showing up to tow your car.

I was buying a motor for a 2012 Ford focus for my daughter. I paid them $500. They loaded it up. I got home and realized it was the wrong motor. I brought it back to him the next day they said they would try and find me the right one and it’s been about seven or eight months. They refused to give me my money back because they say all sales are final, but they took the motor back and they’re the ones who gave me the wrong motor. I told them that you can’t do that. You can’t lie to the customer and give them the wrong product and then say your beat. I’m still awaiting an answer and my daughter is out $500.

So impressed with every call to this company! They've been super efficient, professional, and knowledgeable, and always show up faster than I've ever waited for any other company to. Jesse was great and let my son wiggle the lift handles (safely)! And Lincoln was really kind too and let me honk their train horn like the big kid I am lol and whoever the guy with the long beard is as well was also top notch! Hopefully, I don't need any more calls anytime soon, but if I do, I know who I'm calling directly! I would trust these fellas to move my house if they could! 😄

Goodfellas is GREAT! They were quick to help us off the side of I5. They sent out a great driver, Anthony, who was super kind and got us where we needed to go in no time! Goodfellas really live up to the company name!

Goodfellas Towing is hands down the best towing company I ever encountered. After an unplanned situation at the top of Grants Pass, and hours of troubleshooting and making no headway, they responded in an unprecedented timely manner, we were greeted by Carl. Carl's upbeat, friendly attitude is what we needed at the moment. After we get towed off of the freeway, and back to their tow yard, we were greeted by the bubbly, sympathetic, and empathic employee, named Ashley. The team offered a ride to our hotel, as we would return in the morning with our game plan. Next morning, we returned and met with Nathan briefly, who knew what was going on with our situation as well as Thor. The team of Ashley, Carl, Nathan, and Thor is amazing. The customer service that was provided, sadly but true isn't offered that often now a days. We gained friends that day.

A tow is always a bummer but our driver was awesome and we had a cushy truck to ride in and I sat in back with my dog and it was comfy. Our driver was really kind and made the trip fun.

I needed help, and Anthony at Goodfellas Towing was quick to the rescue. Not only was he prompt, but he was careful, skillful, and courteous beyond anything I could have anticipated. He loaded my car and then unloaded it right into my garage. The access was crazy complicated, and he maneuvered his big truck and unloaded my car brilliantly without a single blemish to my driveway, car, or yard, and it required skill and finesse. Anthony was polite, gracious and patient, too. Thank you, Anthony for being so wonderful when you helped us with my disabled car transport. You're the best!

Dayne did a fantastic job. I have 10 years tow and recovery experience and this was one of the best I've seen. The charge was less than expected too. They were the 4th company called. Awesome job all around.

Tonight is really foggy and my poor wife just overshot a driveway by a few feet and put the car halfway in a ditch. With a quick phone call, in less than a half hour someone had come out, got in the car out of the ditch, and checked it over for damage to make sure that it was still driveable. My wife is okay, the car is okay, and we really appreciate our driver tonight. She's finishing up the paperwork now, everything resolved in less than an hour.

I had a good experience with Goodfellas. He was prompt on arrival. Very helpful and careful towing my truck with the camper and also put it right where I needed it in the driveway

If you need an RV tow anywhere near Grants Pass, OR, and surrounding areas, call Goodfellas Towing! Our RV's engine died, leaving us stranded on the side of the road in Diamond Lake, OR. Not many towing companies will tow a 35-foot motorhome Class-A RV, but when I spoke to Clay on the phone, he said he'd come to us right away, and he did. Clay is a very skilled towing operator who is personable, professional, adaptable to any situation and gets the job done. He towed us to an RV park two hours away where we had a reservation and pulled us right into our assigned site smoothly. The tow truck itself was clean, powerful, well-maintained, and easily accommodated our RV. We are so thankful to Clay for safely and responsibly towing our RV.

Had a really tough time getting a oversized trailer on a friend's property. Narrow bridge and alot of over growth that the owner of the property didn't want removed. Took a bit but goodfellas worked hard and got it taken care of! Goodfellas? No! GREATFELLAS!

I want to give a shout out and Thank you to Zane and Goodfellas Towing! I broke down yesterday on I 5 on my way to my sons soccer game in Medford. AAA sent Goodfellas to pick me up. While the original plan was to find a dealership in Grant's pass to take a look at my car, no one was open or available til next week, so ultimately we had to change plans and tow the car all the way back up to Beaverton. Thank you Zane for your kindness and willingness to make the trek!

We have a 45 foot coach, that weighs 58,000 lb and sits low to the ground. We were very nervous about being towed. We didn't need to worry, they had the 60 ton recovery truck and were very professional and experienced. We were towed 70 miles to a Caterpillar service location. At no point did we feel concerned about how the coach was handled. Such a great job, THANK YOU!

Absolutely fantastic service! My husband and I broke down on the side of I-5 just outside of grants Pass, towing our fifth wheel with our big Dually truck…. SHOUT OUT to driver Ben for doing an amazing and quick job getting our rigs home safely. Nice equipment and nice people… Highly recommend.

Good Fellas Towing did a remarkable job towing my 2022 Chevy Silverado 3500 Crew Cab High Country. I ran over a cement water block and was centimeters from scratching the passenger side door. My right front tire was completely destroyed, and the side running board held up my truck. Anthony was diligent and called in reinforcement to ensure he had the best support, as the vehicle was in a precarious position. Clay (a heavy operation expert) and Kurt (the company's owner) were on site within minutes of the call for backup. Together the team was able to pull my truck out without additional damage.

Amazing is all we can say. From the first contact with their dispatcher, Kayla. To our driver, Clint, everyone was kind and helpful. Our teardrop blew the welds closest to the tounge box as we traveled up I-5. We were traveling from So Cal and know nothing about the Grants Pass area. Kayla asked for our specific towing needs, location and went above and beyond to find us a local welder where we could drop the trailer. Clint was patient and careful as he moved our trailer on and off the flatbed. We won't discuss price because we didn't shop around. This was a AAA roadside assistance call and we needed to get the trailer off the highway before dark. Keep hiring great, kind and helpful people. Thanks for saving our road trip and making a bad day a little less terrible.

Amazing company! They were so fast to arrive and such a courteous and helpful company. The driver and (who I assume is an owner or management) were so friendly and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and safe. They went the extra mile, literally (a four hour trip. One way), to make sure my car and I got home safe. Also had more reasonable rates than any other two company I know. Thank you, guys ("fellas")... You are the best... pics of my car after they had it on the flatbed. (The only ones I had. Sorry). I will recommend to everyone.

I want to say how grateful I am for this company for helping me so much after me and my 2 babies got in a horrible accident on the way home from roseburg.
