I have used Riddle Towing over a hand full of times now over the years and its always been a fantastic experience. Anthony is always communicative, prompt and professional. These Guys are great. After my wreck they were about to get the keys and bring them into me in Roseburg and gave me a ride home from the hospital. Everything was still in the car when I was able to get to the car get get my stuff out. I don't think I've ever had a car towed and not had the car cleaned out. Thank You guys for all your help!!!
Absolutely recommend! They showed up 20 minutes after my car accident. They were so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them if you in a stressful situation.
Riddle is an amazing company. My F-150 broke down this past Thanksgiving at around 9PM and they were pretty much the only company that was open and willing to tow my truck back home, approximately 100 miles away. The driver was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend their company!
Called because I locked my only set of keys in my Dodge, they gave me a time and a price, they showed up on time and quickly got my keys out for me. Great people and wonderful service.
Life saver!! Roadside assistance claimed they couldn't find a tow truck to help my daughter stranded on the side of the highway, so I called him and he was able to tow her within 10 minutes! Super nice guy! Would highly recommend!!

You will not find a better tow company. Had the unfortunate event of my rolling my 31 ft travel trailer on I5. Was told by Oregon State Police that several other tow companies had refused to handle the tow. Riddle Towing showed up and turned the trailer over in no time. Gave my family with our dog a ride to a hotel. Then the impossible happened. They lent me a pickup to take my belongings and family back to the Sacramento area. They made arrangements with me to come back the next day to return the truck and gather the rest of my items. I would highly recommend this company for all your towing needs.
Dale and Mike were great. We spoke to Dale on the phone and he worked with our insurance and us. Mike came out as quickly as possible and had all the right equipment to tow our truck and trailer. Mike made us feel right at home in his pet friendly rig. We loved their positive attitude and comforting nature during a very stressful time.
Riddle Towing was out on the Scene of one of my trucks that an employee that had an accident. They got the truck safely lifted back correctly and towed it back to their shop quickly. I arrived with another truck to retrieve the freight from the first truck and Mike helped me move everything over. Great team, had some great laughs while working with them.
These guys are awesome I was miss guided by gps. And got stuck on a crazy mountain road in a 38 ft motorhome and stalled out and then killed the batteries trying to get going, after calling countless tow companies and dealing with the sheriff's and good times, then these guys showed up and not only did they jump start my motorhome but one the guys, wish I remembered his name, but he walked along side me helping to guide me down the mountain backwards and did it with absolute perfection and professionally and I am very thankful for that by far man thank you so much ? oh yeah btw it was not bad price either very good deal when others were telling me $1500 + lol these guys only charged me $125. So yeah ?
These folks are amazing! My CV axle went out on my drive back from Southern CA in the middle of the night near Roseburg. Thankfully I didn’t crash and was able to get to a safe spot for the night. Called AAA in the morning they sent these fine folks over. Even with AAA it would’ve been a long drive back to Portland with an expensive shop estimate looming to fix the CV axle. The drive offered to take me to a auto parts store if they have the part and have his friend/coworker fix it on the spot for less than I was quoted. And that’s what we did! In less than an hour later we had picked up the part and it was installed perfectly. Can’t thank them enough! Drove back home with no issue - and still have no issue to this day. Highly recommend!
These folks were so kind and accommodating, helping us out of a muddy ditch a quarter mile off the nearest forest service road, in the dark and snow. They were quick, responsive, and very reassuring. Amazing people who clearly care about the folks they help.
