Amazing towing experience. I had a vehicle overheat going over the Mckenzie pass on a fairly busy Sunday. Was able to get out, loaded, and headed back to Bend within about an hour. Great customer service, super friendly, and good knowledge of cars to help diagnose what the problem likely was. Wouldn't hesitate to call again if I need a tow.

We got stuck up on the shooting pit in Camp Sherman in a one ton Dodge. We contacted Three Creeks Towing & Off-road Recovery on Saturday morning and they were out there within an hour to help us out. Excellent customer service and pricing! Thank you!

Migael was there to pull me out of trouble on Memorial Day! My afternoon could have easily been a lot longer trying to find help and I was so blessed to have Migael available to tow me off the road after some engine trouble. This place is amazing! Had the best experience with them. The guy was SUPER helpful and so nice. I ended up getting stuck again on the way out and he was nothing but helpful and cordial the second time around too. Even followed me to make sure I made it out ok. Would HIGHLEY recommend them and will be using them again if I ever need help.

Never used this guy nor do I live anywhere close to him.. But I watch his channel and he’s a cool vibe. So I took it upon myself to leave a great review to boost his street cred. I typically light up some angels lettuce after a long day at work and just watch videos over and over of them pulling a bunch out that have no business being out there.

HUGE shout out to this company. They rescued us when we spun out on santiam pass 6 nights ago. Very kind and good at his job. The rescue mission was a success, didn't take long and was fair priced. Would recommend to anyone in the central Oregon area!!

Oh my! This was the best service I have ever received from a towing company. I got my Jeep stuck in the snow up to the differential. After one attempt at digging myself out and putting branches under the wheel, I accepted I did not know what I was doing and did not want to be stuck there after dark. (I probably dug myself in deeper with my efforts.) I called for help, choosing a company that advertised off-road services. Since I had only one bar of service on my phone, the call was not great, but he got my information quickly and said he'd be there in 45 minutes because he had to "gear up." Forty-five minutes later, I saw the flashing lights on his vehicle coming down the slope. (I wish AAA was this good with their time estimates.) I am sorry, but I forgot the man's name, but it started with an M. He was definitely took his own safety as a priority and was fully dressed to get down in the snow. His snow suit was in good condition, reflecting his professionalism. He examined the situation and explained his plan very clearly. After clearing my back wheels some and attaching a thick rope to my tow hitch, he took me to my Jeep, showing and telling me what he needed me to do when he got to his vehicle. This included how to use the walkie talkie he would use to tell me when he was going to pull and stop. It took three pulls, but he got me out. He even understood me when I saw that someone else had turned around, but I felt I could make it. He was friendly. I have experienced MANY tow truck drivers and cannot think of one like him. Since I frequent his service area, I put the bumper sticker he gave me in the Jeep's glove box with the registration and proof of insurance. One final point, his dogs made the adventure even better! They enjoyed their time playing in the snow and I enjoyed watching them.

Saved the day! 3 creeks performed a great technical recovery on snowy difficult terrain. Came out sameday outside of normal operation area. Highly highly highly recommended. Safe. Smart. Professional.

You never intend to get stuck in the backcountry but when you do, it's nice to know you can call on services like Three Creeks Off-Road Recovery. They were quick to answer the call and just as quick to arrive on scene, helping recover a big sprinter van that was stuck in the ditch and out of its element. And the dogs were a huge bonus! I'd recommend their services to anyone stuck off the beaten path.

After stubbornly and unsuccessfully trying for hours to dig myself out of the snow I decided to call for help. AAA doesn't do this sort of thing so they connected me with Three Creeks Back country. They answered and responded immediately, driving out into the forest to save my butt on a Sunday night! Miguel and the service they provide are total life saving essentials for Sisters wilderness and beyond. Absolutely use 'em if you need 'em! Thank you, again, Miguel.

Three Creeks Backcountry was a total lifesaver! I was driving too close to the curb on a gravel Forest Service road and managed to hit a very sharp rock, thus blowing out both passenger side tires. After calling around to different tow companies, we discovered the only people who would even provide services along Forest Service roads were closed on Sundays. Yikes! Miguel showed up within 30 minutes of our inquiry! He provided a second spare tire, switched them both out, and had us on our way lightening fast. He saved us a ton of money, hours of walking back to town, and from having to leave our car along the side of the road. Definitely recommend TCB and Miguel for any of your backcountry vehicle woes!
