If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! I had taken my car down a back road and ended up bottoming out. Afterwards the car was making lots of loud noises. I took it in and they immediately put it on the lift and found I had a busted engine mount. Makiha, one of the mechanics, said it was very dangerous to drive in the shape it was in. He gave me a ride 15 miles to where my RV was parked! And had my car ready to go the next day. The best part was he didn’t charge me an arm and a leg for it. I was so happy the bill wasn’t bad. I am taking my motorhome in now for oil change and brake check. I wholeheartedly trust them! They are wonderful!

I was treated very well and most importantly they fixed a problem that arose during the repair that an unscrupulous shop would not have even considered fixing on their dime. I would highly recommend them. Honest, they honored their word, work done as promised and scheduled-all the values I consider that make for a business I want to work with. The folks at 3 Sisters Automotive go above and beyond! I was visiting from out of town when my engine light came on, truck started running very rough, and just generally weird performance. There’s no convenient time for something like that, but I had to get back to the west side the next day! Called 3 Sisters Automotive, and y’all, they were busy! But I told George my predicament, and he made time after hours for me. I drove over to the shop, they had me diagnosed (loose spark plug wire), repaired, and on my way in 10 minutes. They really saved the day for me, and I’ll bet they can help you too! Check them out!

This is one of the best auto repair and service garages I have ever worked with. Jorge and his team are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and have always been quick to get our cars in - prices are very fair, too! They even service our mini, which is great because we had been taking it to a shop in Bend that specializes in German cars, and that was inconvenient. Everyone we’ve worked with here is very professional and takes time to explain our issues, solve our problems and keep our cars running dependably!

We’ve had nothing but great experiences at 3 sisters automotive. Jorge is so kind and always goes above and beyond to squeeze us in before a road trip or whatever else may be needed. They also came in at halfp the cost of the Toyota dealer for 60k service! I was shocked. Highly recommend!

Wow I just have to share my experience with Three Sisters Automotive Frankly I’m still shaking from it I called and made an appointment for servicing my truck I made the appointment with Jorge, the owner, last week He told me to come in at 2:30 today, stating no need to arrive before then because it was going to be a busy day Upon arrival at 2:30 the only employee told me I was late for my 2 o’clock appointment and that he couldn’t provide the service (there were no cars being worked on in evidence) He gave me the number to contact the owner when I said this was unacceptable I phoned the owner, to see if he could work this situation out, and then waited, again until the employee came out and said that he could do my truck at 5:00 PM and to return at 5 I said that would be fine and I returned at 10 to 5:00 PM to an empty business I called the number that I have been given to reach Jorge to ask if perhaps the employee would be returning at 5 o’clock And he very sharply informed me that no, I was to be told that the work would not be finished until after 5 o’clock. The employee told me to return to have the work done at 5 o’clock. The rudeness in which this was communicated to me, blows my mind, for a business servicing local customers in a small town I’m trying to imagine if language barrier might have been an issue, but it was not with the employee No excuse for treating me this way!

My car was overheating on the hills, I barely made it to town and had to wait until the next day for everyone to open, everyone in town said they were booked out for weeks and could not help me. George was very kind and even though he had other work to do he took a look at my car and helped me out, thank you so much!

Jorge is so amazing! He moved his schedule around to accommodate a last minute inspection I needed for a car I was looking to purchase. Thank goodness he did, because it was a dud! He did a thorough inspection and pointed out all of the things that needed repair and were major issues. I highly recommend!

*Updated 2 years later* 2025-Recently needed a starter replacement in my expedition and knew it was going out. Makiah reached out before repair and ensured that was exactly the problem and offered diagnostic before doing any work and I decided to go for the replacement since it was a hard to duplicate problem. Thankfully it was exactly what I assumed and the starter solenoid was pretty much shot. Their prices for labor and estimated totals (as long as something is not more severe than it is) are accurate within 10% or less within their original estimations. I would highly recommend to this day that with Makiah’s experience this shop is excellent compared to many other shops within central Oregon. 2022-Jorge and his team did a great job getting me in and out early and on time. Very informative as well as a great price for the area. No driving to Bend and having to deal with traffic and the fuss. Look forward to future business with 3 Sisters Automotive!

I have anxiety taking my car into shops from previous bad experiences. This was my first time taking my vehicle to them and they were patient, professional and friendly. They were straight forward with the services I needed and transparent with pricing. They do honest work and I will definitely be taking my car here in the future! Thank you for taking care of my car and being patient with me and my questions. ?

While travelling thru Oregon, just outside of bend , the battery light came on. We stopped in at sisters only auto parts , they referred us to 3 sisters automotive. While the shop was super busy , the manager Danny did some testing and found that the alternator was failing.Even though he could change it out that day,he phoned around and found one in bend and arranged for us to pick it up (thru his account). As we were travelling with friends, we ended up going back to bend , grabbing the new alternator along with some basic tools. Back at the shop, Danny was there to assist us in any way needed. He lent us a pop tent to shade the car, a few tools we didn't have and let us clean up before heading out! To top it off...Danny only charge us his cost for the alternator and then offered us a job…lol I can't thank you enough for your generosity, that day! Rob

These guys are awesome! They squeezed me in as the family and I were traveling through town. They said they could try to do a quick check of our van but wouldn't be able to work on it. We had just spent $1,000 on a repair in Portland 2 days prior that obviously didn't fix the issues, so when Jeremy jumped right on it, having parts sent over right away, it helped us a ton and gave us peace of mind on our long drive home. Thanks so much, Rollins & Sons Automotive, for saving our vacation!

The crew are an incredible bunch. My alternator went bad on Highway 20 and they made a spot for me immediately. Very friendly guys, were willing to stay late and even let out some excess oil I had needed to deal with for free. Easily the best auto shop experience I’ve had, I cannot recommend this place enough. It is rare that a business backs up its claim of “striving to earn your business,” but holy cow, this place sure does. Will definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the area.

I highly recommend 3 Sisters Automotive. George and his team were fantastic! They changed the serpentine belt, spark plugs and brakes. I run my jeep hard and some of my spark plugs were corroded and one of the brake calipers was seized. They handled both with zero issues and saved me some money by doing some extra research and finding a sub part to the caliper instead of just replacing the entire caliper. They definitely earned my business!

As I passed through Sisters on my way to Portland, I noticed my brakes weren’t working properly. I called in a panic hoping to get squeezed in, and within minutes I was being taken care of. My brakes were smoking and I found out I had a recall on my car. Jorge called in the parts and got them ASAP. He and his crew took great care of my Rhonda the Honda.

Jorge and his skilled mechanic saved me during a weeklong storm. I don't have a garage so I lifted my wipers off my windshield (as we did with past cars) for the first night of the storm. Apparently you shouldn't do that with this vehicle because the driver's side wiper was fully disabled the next day and flopping around from its base. I did a risky half hour run to town in a brief break in the storm and found Jorge and his mechanic miraculously at work. They could see my level of concern about being without a vehicle and promptly investigated and reattached my wiper arm under the hood. I am so grateful to them! Great folks with excellent skills and customer service!

Wow! Excellent! We were visiting Sister's and our car was in need of repair. I called 3 Sister's Automotive and spoke to Jorge. They were booked, but knowing our situation sqeezed us in. I can't say enough about the excellent service we received! He did a great job with our vehicle. Honest and great customer service. Even delivered the car to our room and picked us up! It's not often you come across a genuine, honest person who cares for people and what he does. Jorge is the real deal! Thank you Jorge! You saved our vacation!

Danny and Jorge were amazing. Professional. Knowledgeable and went above and beyond for the care of my car! We have a 2 month old baby and they took it in consideration to have the best brakes and rotors to be safe on the road! 100% recommend 3 sisters auto over and over again! Jorge at Three Sisters went out of his way to help me when my engine completely failed while on vacation. He was able to schedule me in right away and promptly gave me a diagnosis. Throughout the process he was completely willing to help in anyway he could. This is a business with a good heart!

Highly recommend Jorge and Adam at 3 Sisters Automotive!!! While climbing the Santiam Pass in my husband's Chevy 2500 towing a dump trailer heading to Bend, the temperature gauge was reading high. We pulled over in Sisters and Googled an automotive shop. We called two other shops before 3 Sisters Auto. One was a no answer and the other was too busy to help. Instead of leaving us stranded, Jorge had us come in (luckily we were just a couple minutes away). After troubleshooting for a few minutes they discovered the problem. They didn't have the part in stock but was able to locate one in a timely manner. Jorge invited us and our two obnoxious dogs into the air-conditioned lobby area while we waited a couple of hours for the part to arrive and the repair to be completed. As one may know, bathrooms in auto shops are typically less than sanitary. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness in the bathroom and was happy to depart not feeling like I needed a shower! We were also quite pleased with the final bill, especially being a spur of the moment emergency. It was apparent that Jorge takes great pride in offering excellent customer service. If you need any automotive work, I highly recommend 3 Sisters Automotive!

3 Sisters Automotive is absolutely the best! While passing through on vacation our car needed an urgent repair. The other repair shops were unable to accommodate a timely repair to get us back on the road, but not only did 3 Sisters Automotive fit us into their busy schedule, they completed the repair the same day and ahead of schedule. They also drove to Redmond for one of the parts because it wasn't available in Sisters until the next day. Their expertise, flexibility, willingness to go above and beyond for their customers is second to none! To say we were impressed doesn't even begin to describe our experience. Thank you, thank you, thank you for saving our vacation and treating us with such care and consideration.

We were visiting family in Sisters and our van would not start the day before we needed to leave. The service we got from Jorge and Adam was awesome! Adam came to our location to get our van running enough to make it to the shop and then they got to work on repairs. It was amazing that we were back on the road in less than 24hours! Super friendly, honest, quick, and affordable service.

Count me among the grateful for Jorge and the team at 3 Sisters Automotive. Their response to my 87 year old dad’s ‘roadtrip’ breakdown was nothing less than extraordinary. They responded to the call for help immediately, professionally and compassionately…upon hearing of my dad’s circumstances, they jockeyed schedules and resources to create the needed space to take him and his ‘94 GMC Yukon in - from there, they did a quick assessment on what would need to be done to get dad back on the road and safely home to Washington. Along the way, Jorge was so friendly, so professional and so sensitive to my dad’s situation. He even asked if I would call him to let him know when my dad made it home safely. All in all, a picture of what excellence in customer service can be. We are so thankful - and we will definitely be back with all our automative service needs while in Sisters!

I had my first oil change with Jorge and Austin, they both were absolutely great to work with. Jorge was extremely knowledgeable and was very professional regarding my services that he performed. I’m returning next week to have a front break job as well. Jorge is also about using the best full synthetic oil and filters when doing a oil change. Jorge displayed allot of knowledge of all the services that he can provide. Jorge is a man of integrity and very personable to deal with. Great 5 Star service, I have just found a great auto service garage for my future needs. I would highly recommend you give Jorge an opportunity to service your vehicle, you won’t be disappointed !

I am so impressed by three sisters automotive. My check engine light came on and I called all around town and no one had any availability for an oil change. I called three sisters last and he was able to get me in the next day. While I was waiting for my oil change he let me know that I would need a new battery soon as mine was fully corroded. He took the time to call around and make sure I got the best price on a new battery. He was able to change it out for me right then, and there, and even went above and beyond to clean all of the parts that had gotten corroded. He truly took the time to make sure everything was done correctly and that I wasn’t charged too much. I will definitely be bringing my car back to three sisters for all of my oil changes.

What a great experience this was for us as we were traveling throughout the NW in September. We were due for an oil/filter change as we were staying in Sisters. When calling was told there was a recent cancellation and he could take care of both of our vehicles right away. Very professional from start to finish and instilled the confidence & trust I get from my go to mechanic at home. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of your automotive needs.
