LKQ Brad's Auto and Truck Parts JunkYard in Bend (OR)

These people are a joke. They say you can get the part today and then when you pay over the phone they say it will be ready Tuesday. Today is Friday by the way. Also they quoted me at 70 dollars for a mirror then tried charging me 80 then 75. The guy said he would figure out the price and call me back in about 20mins. A hour and 40mins later he finally called back. Brads lgbq or whatever they are incompetent.

Bought a wheel they had in stock online, that I showed up to buy and they got it. After returning core wheel in person it was cheaper than online. People were nice. Problem was their computers were all messed up making the process a pain. I will go back if I need to.

This location has some oppertuities for growth. I think the biggest thing they need to improve is getting someone who is on the phones full time. The response to calling in every time is a poor and with a company as large as LKQ I have come to expect more from other locations. This location overall just seems to be under staffed and under paid you get a very strong impression that the staff is under stress.

Don't call this phone number. When he answered he immediately put me on hold, and 8 minutes later he hung up (or the automated system hung up). I would hope their customer service is much better in person, but I don't know for sure!

A scrapyard that doesnt take old vehicles an a snarky woman answering the phone doing customer service? Avoid this place. What a joke.

Called to order a part on 1/15. Got called on 1/16 that the part was in. Went to the store to pick it up just to find out that the part was in Portland not Redmond. Called on 1/17 to find out if the part was in. Spent around 20 minutes on the phone just to be told that they couldn’t find my order even though they withdrew the payment. The majority of the time on the phone was on hold. No local number to call.

Good service getting the part we needed however horrible service on core reimbursements they put the credit on our debit card said it would be a couple days called at 5 days was told to wait 2 more days went to the bank no credit anywhere called at 7 days still they are blaming the bank but was told it would be in our account within 72 hours Merry Christmas to us thanks for holding our $75 core credit and messing up Christmas...

Ordered a part and it didn't fit our car. It took a while to get a refund and had to leave our part at the store without our money. It made us very nervous. Would not go there again.

Would cost more and take longer than if i ordered off of parts site of my choice. Defeats the purpose IMO.

Just got a used tail-light cover...It was the by far the best price I could find online or anywhere else and they were able to order the part from Portland the next day.

Called for a part on Tuesday morning and they had it for me Wednesday morning. Superior service. Drew was spot on. Super job. Thank you!

The Bend Oregon location Will not even look for the parts I need that I know they have, tell you they have parts they do not have, absolutely worthless establishment... I sure miss the old days when you could go to a wrecking yard and find what you needed. The people they hire behind the counter is nowadays are borderline mentally retarded

I have used LKQ in CA and Hillsboro OR for years as a happy customer. I was very uncomfortable with the way I was treated here. 🤔

Nice place to get used parts, plan a little extra time cuz it does take them a little bit to find and bring the parts up to the front.

Drew the counter person is always nice and goes out of his way to help you

7/29/22 10AM I called the number listed and the lady said I have the wrong number.

Didn't have what we were looking for but a great place to get extras Parts when you're looking for them

Gave me wrong part once but got me the right one the next morning no problems

Prices a bit high but good place

If your calling elsewhere for parts and supplies, then your wasting time and money.
