B&R Auto Wrecking JunkYard in Bend (OR)

Super fast, super friendly, super knowledgeable!!! I needed a brake booster for a C4 Corvette, and I needed it fast. Chip sourced it quickly and handled the process from start to finish at a price that beat anyone here in Seattle. This is my guy from now on!

This is the first place I call for all my vehicle needs! I always request Chip. He’s extremely knowledgeable when I’m trying to explain what I need, and I’m not very good at that. He’s one of the few honest salesman left, with a great company that will help you figure out what you need every step of the way! Lifetime customer here!

I Have never once in my life bin ever so disrespected like i have here !! And i am 100% upset at how i was TREATED. I have come here many times too walk the yard for old parts for my subaru and my other 10 cars i have that need parts so i am always looking for good deals on parts which this place is perfect for that and never experienced this before! But today i was there for 2 hours only! Wondering the lot i found a power steering pump i needed and purchased. As i stated i was there for 2 hours only! Because i wanted to look at some other cars for parts i may want in the future! I know you have a computer for part numbers etc. but i do like too see in person. But the guy with long grey hair was absurdly rude! Like wow i never right bad reviews like this even the minute i showed up!!!. When i was at the brink of getting ready to go up and buy my part i found i needed and after looking at all the other parts i may want on few different cars for my other cars he came over to me on the lot while i was looking at a old bmw, he walked over for no reason said that this isnt Disney land and that we have to go now and said more rude things basically saying i could be making messes and stuff and destroying things like are you serious..! And he came out of no where say that other people make messes when i was just having a good normal day coming to go look for some parts to get good deal on. I even had a super awesome kid help me out with a part i was looking at and directing me around SUPER COOL KID HE DESERVES A RAISE I DONT CARE! He was just driving a white van around helping out. Again this place is great but that one guy with long grey hair guy idk what his name was forgot to ask couse he was so rude for no reason taking his bad day out on a loyal costumer is just horrible for company business personally! I have bin a manager for multiple car dealerships including Roberson ford himself! I know how a employee should act and be trained! I dont even want to go back to this place because of how i was treated for absolutely no reason just couse i look like a young man! I have plenty of money to buy anything i want i shouldn’t have to even be writing this review! Even after him being absurdly rude he did still let me purchase the item i needed because i know i did nothing wrong! Dont even feel welcome at a place of business.. thats just super sad!! I DO UPDATE MY BAD REVIEWS IF SOLVED! But till then wow.. ill even sit down and have a group meeting with the owner and this Guy! Thats how rude this worker is. He even said something about the fact hes 3x my age which made no sense of anything and why that would even matter couse frankly idc if someone is 54 im 20 and young! I will live longer so boo hoo.

While I waited on hold for quite awhile, the agent was very kind, helpful and detailed. Seemed to get me the best item for the best price. Packaging was ace. Will use again.

Never been here before now if you were a car inthusiest you would be in car part heaven, so many cars with there own story some look sad! We got what we needed pretty reasonable too.. I would recommend!

They had the part I needed. They let me go out in the yard and p u l l the part myself. That way I got a lower price for pulling it myself. Be advised however, some parts you're not allowed to pull yourself.

Todd spent a great deal of time making sure that I got the part I needed for a fair value. This place ROCKS.. A total one stop shop for parts. The customer service I got from an employee named “Todd H” was not only incredibly helpful but he speaks Spanish which helped my employee get exactly what we needed. His knowledge of cars is incredible and will definitely come back. Ask for Todd. He will take care of you.👍

Owner took responsibility for a very frustrating wrong order and made it right. Waiting for the full refund of the original part I’ve ordered and cleared up misunderstandings regarding the order. Would still recommend this yard for the large quantities of vehicles they have in stock, just make sure to double check if your online order pickup is the exact part you’ve ordered in case if someone got it wrong.

I needed a very specific engine bolt and time was of the essence. The dealership was at least 2 days out and none of the auto parts stores in town had what I needed. I went out to B&R, the staff was friendly and helpful, they showed interest in my situation, and they let me go through a number of rigs until I found what I needed. The bolt was from a previous generation but they gave it to me free of charge and told me to let them know if it worked. When I got home I was able to install it and I was good to go! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience or outcome!

Too hard to get through to sn actual speaking human. I wad looking for the actual glass for a repair to my 1995 Ford Windstar vent window on the passenger side, only I found it impossible to find on their website and very time consuming to get through to anyone working.

I was very pleased with the fast, friendly service from B&R, the parts I needed for an older car were not available locally, so they had the parts sent in from another yard that had them from out of state. Their prices on used parts are very reasonable. I will definitely call upon them again if needed in the future. Thank you again to the B&R team.

I bought a used Subaru engine from the Bend location and it couldn't have been easier. We made sure in advance that the motor was ready to go and i spent all of 10 minutes there loading up, guy grabbed a forklift and loaded the engine on a pallet into the back of my van with no issues. Again, couldn't have been any simpler or easier. Will return.

Easy to deal with, and they have a cool forklift to move cars. Wish I could have gotten a bit more for my car, but what can you do? Parts here are a reasonable price, so if you ever need something for your car, this is the place to go.

Was not able to find the part I needed, even though I was assured it was on the lot. Was told they would find the part for me but they didn't get back to me. Thanks for replying to me, I found some rooms elsewhere. Appreciate the follow-up though.

Was able to get a full set of wheels and they came fast!

Never disappointed when taking a parts Trip to B and R. Got some parts for my ford ranger. Kieran is always very friendly and willing to help out and go to extensive measures to find the necessary part, great place to go for parts and customer service is very good.

I traveled from out of town to pull parts from a vehicle. Got to the wrecking yard at 3pm on a Saturday. One hour before closing. Was denied entry stating that nobody goes into the yard after 3 PM. I totally understand policies. However, this should be stated on your website. Closing the yard at 3pm is enough of a difference to make that publicly known online so people don’t make the trip to the facility. Appreciate these guys, just frustrating as a customer.

Always a great experience. Matt takes great care of his customers I'm so sorry you fired him. He was doing 110% all the time. Ryan and Kimberly will have to fill in at his leaving. I was a regular but now will go there only when I have no place else to go for parts. ( the valley isn't really that far out if the way except in Winter)

I've been coming to this yard since 2015 and I've never had such great customer service like I did with Matt. He is Hands down the best Manager Bend BnR has ever had!! He has Gone the Extra mile to help me and my brothers on all the parts we need even when we don't have nothing to do at home we literally drive from Madras to bend (the Yard) just to roam around and see what's new..... Thank you Matt you are a great person!!!

B&R is my favorite place to look for car parts. They have a huge variety of cars so the likelihood that they have what you're looking for is very high. They offer to pull parts for you for a nominal fee, or if you are savy enough they let you pull your own parts. I have been able to save myself many a headache from searching online for parts I need and waiting for shipping. I just go to B&R, pull the part I need, and install it same day. They also have a great 30 day return, full refund policy. Great place to shop for quality used car parts.

They lied to us we had called and asked for our part they told us it was in perfect condition. It wasn't.. we drove over 2 plus hours to get there looked at it and it was covered in duck tape and not in good condition this was extremely frustrating and I wouldn't ever go back.
