I had hood cable release replaced and installed,. All guys do excellent work !! go above and beyond, affordable , this is only shop I take my Toyota Pickup too. I recommend them to all my family and friends. Keep up the Excellent work !! Thank you for all you do.
2013 Chevy Equinox. Air was not coming out of the correct port on the dash. I made an appointment to have the car looked at and was quoted $65 -$100 to look at it.
I brought it in and let them know I anticipated the problem was the actuator under the drivers side dash. They replaced that the same day but discovered that the temperature actuator was also faulty. I knew this was a possibility so it was not a surprise. Because they only had access to one actuator, it took one more day, but had the car completed by 10am. All told, ~$300. This was a reasonable price for a repair I had no hope of completing myself. The air works reliably and they topped up my coolant which was a little low.
Friendly people, helpful and reasonable service, no drama. I will be back for other service.
Ken is amazing! My car broke down in Coquille and I got it towed to them after being told by Les Schwab that they don't do anything with engines. My radiator cracked and they fixed everything. The next day I had my car back! It wasn't super expensive and I felt like Ken actually cares about his customers. My car wouldn't start Tuesday and I called Ken to see if I could drop it off there. I live down the street and I know he's super busy, but he said he will try to squeeze me in. It's not an emergency, and thankfully I am using my fiancees truck. I really appreciate him taking the time to help me out. I'm never going back to Les Schwab again. They fixed my starter and had it ready for me the day after I brought it in!
I have always had nothing but excellent service at Englewood, they charge reasonable prices and will work hard to find out what's wrong with your car if you don't know.
Found the staff and owner ver honest and reasonable. Have been taking my vehicle to them for over 7 years now and have absolutely no complaints. Came highly recommended by my friend of whom is also a mechanic. Great job Kenny.
They might be good. Communication is out of the question...long story short, I took my Tacoma 4 cylinder (2RZ) in for a new timing chain.. I was told it would be a few days before getting to it and I said that would be fine. I scheduled two weeks in advance...after patiently waiting the two weeks, dropped my truck off on the 17th of March, telling me it would take a few days.. finally after checking in, seeing what, and how progress was going, I received a call back on 1st of April with a bill for $1891.33.... Eight hundred in parts and over a thousand dollars in labor on a four cylinder Tacoma timing chain replacement...I still can’t figure it out....
We have absolute and total confidence that when we drop off our vehicle it will be repaired in a timely and professional manner. That piece of mind is priceless, yet still reasonable and affordable.
