These guys use malicious business tactics and deceit to charge you or insurance outrageous prices. They wanted to charge me over $500 per day for a vehicle that was totaled.
PREDATORY and COERCIVE.
They take advantage of those in vulnerable situations.
My car was towed Saturday at 10pm. I was at the tow yard Monday, but they refused to tell me the bill until I signed their “affidavit of ownership.” After that they said then they could offer “discounts,” but once I signed another document and called dispatch. When I called dispatch I was told it was already too late—only 5 minutes later.
They started the lien process Tuesday morning, just two days after the tow,(i know this because they contacted a previous owner who i had already been in contact with) despite me being in constant contact all week updating them about efforts to get the vehicle titled and released.
When I finally got the release signed, I called right away—still no movement on the now $2200 bill and counting @ $95/day
Mast Bros operates like predators. Coercive paperwork, fast-track liens, and no real willingness to work with people.
BEWARE! If your car is impounded here, document everything and seek legal advice immediately. Their process is aggressive, financially damaging, and feels engineered to take possession of vehicles through technicalities and vulnerability.
They are what is wrong with the world today. Greedy and okay with harming other humans to make a buck.
Ill be notifying the BBB, the DOJ, Oregon tow board, Oregon DMV Regulatory Division, and possible legal action through small claims. I suggest everyone who's been taken advantage of by this company should do the same. Please contact me if you'd like help in doing so.
Your driver with license plate number 25279 is driving through bandon right now to tow an rv before the green bridge, going north…15 miles over speed limit. Cut me off with my small kids in the car. Do better!!!
I called and requested a tow, and paid over $1,000 just to have the tow truck never show up. Leaving me stranded waiting overnight until the morning when I called and they then tried to leverage another $2,500 out of me on top of the $1,000. I never saw a truck (the service I paid for) and was told flat out I could not get any amount of a refund for the service I never received.
Our belt broke off our Lexus in middle of night on our way to Florence I called one towing company they said 2 hours wait time it was freezing out so I called mast bros towing to get a tow to O'Reilly's parking lot They got to us really quick within 25 minutes the driver was really helpful and nice awesome customer service great communication I would highly recommend this towing service to anybody I normally don't rate 5 stars but this towing service deserves 100+ stars in my opinion
Mast Bros was wonderful when finally notified of my situation. They came out promptly and we’re very helpful and personable. Safeco dropped the ball big time and didn’t call them for 7 hours while I waited all night on the street

Trevor came 1 1/2 hrs south to get us when our Truck, hauling our trailer, broke down. Had an option for the cab we needed. He took our trailer to an RV park, made sure it was level, and left us extra boards for the stabilizers. Then took the truck to the GMC dealer! Was so kind to my mom and her dog riding in the truck with him!
For a bad situation he made it the best he could!
My sprinter RV battery died in Bandon and AAA would not cover A jump as my sprinter has duels on back. I contacted Mast (I’m from Fl ) They came out about 20 minutes and jumped my rig, Huge prompts to Trevor he made it work. $85 was worth getting back on the road thank you guys and I would recommend you take times
Driver was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. My request for tow service was called in and scheduled the day before it was needed but did not get entered in the company's computer. I called when the tow truck did not arrive. Employees were courteous and sent a truck immediately.

under my Triple Toungedmoree no more than a few feet outside the Fogline and my backtirez on a front wheel drive 1997 Chevy Malibu {... My Bezteztezt Boo ???.....!.} Got Air but I wasn't Rolling and Rocking. The driver was Surprisingly Quick, Effeciently Effective/Fast and About half of what I thought was at lest Standard charger. Gooder than simply good the Entire Towing situation ws 1/2 forgotten and forgiven....... They will get any future Towing business of mine.

Very responsive and quick, went through our insurance at first and they were going to be 1-2 hours, called Mast brothers and was picked up 45 minutes later, driver drove us to multiple auto shops, all unfortunately closed. But driver was very kind and helpful.

I needed a quick jump start for a dead battery. They were professional and arrived to my home in Bandon in about 15 minutes which is the exact time they quoted me over the phone. It took about 2 minutes, and I was on my way. I was charged $45 which wasn't too unreasonable.
Made my worst day less horrible. Eric was excellent, helpful, and efficient. My girlfriend and I got in a nasty accident 700 miles from home, and her car was totaled. We had no other help, and Eric and Mast brothers gave us quick transport, as well as going above and beyond by helping us find lodging for the night and transporting us and our belongings there. They are a compassionate and hardworking bunch at mast brothers, and a company you can rely on.
I want to highly recommend Eric who was very kind and courteous to help me jumpstart my truck today so I could get to Napa to purchase a new battery. Thank you so much for your help! You are freakin awesome Eric!
Eric went above and beyond with helping us. He was quick and friendly even took us to the hotel. Being broke down is no fun but with helpful people it makes it a little better.
