I don't know if this guy was just assuming too much or just didn't understand I needed power steering fluid and he assumed I needed it for a Honda and when I told him Nissan Maxima he's trying to sell me automatic transmission fluid as power steering fluid and it specifically says on that bottle of transmission fluid for GM models. Kept asking oh for your honda? I said I'll pass
Sold me a bunk battery won't honor their warranty. I've tested it southcoast auto tested it les schwaub tested it all say its at about 40 % wouldn't turn over . Put a new battery in from les shwaubs and magically it turned right over. Wouldn't honor the warranty and they apparently get different readings then three independent tests got the same readings. That means you're the anomaly. I wouldn't normally go to napa but Im local to bandon and was in a pinch and trust me I'll never ever make that mistake again. Horrible products and flat out illegally refusing to honor the warranty. Dishonest and untrustworthy and will flat out rip you off. Don't go hear unless you like headaches and lies
I bought a oil filter wrench for 18.99 it bent and became a pos that didn't work after use. Pot tin metal I suppose. Well I tried to return it , they treated me like moron and gave me a long line of why I should buy a 70 dollar wrench.
I had spent around 100 bucks their already today and just have to to say amazon.com or harbor freight as they at least stand behind a lifetime warranty on their goods.
Nice enough store but there is one guy I've spoken to several times on the phone who is very rude and condescending, but only acts this way over the phone and drops his attitude once you're in the store, which is even more insulting. As someone who resides around Port Orford, I encourage people in my area to shop through the Gold Beach Napa, that location does not have rude employees.
I am a 71 year old widow, renting a Cruise America RV, travelling the Oregon Coast with my dog. My right side mirror broke so I had no
visual on that side. KENNY was so pleasant on the phone and in person. He referred me
Baird Auto Repair where I arrived just before closing time. Caughlin fixed the mirror immediately. No waiting until the next day. I am very grateful and it all started with Kenny.
I replaced the serpentine belt on my Honda Civic and then decided to buy another one as a spare. When I brought the spare home, I compared it to the old belt that came off the car and they sold me the wrong belt. When I went to return it, they said they couldn't do anything because I didn't have my receipt. I guess I'm out $50 because they couldn't sell me the correct belt.
Guy was super rude and disrespectful towards my wife, didn't give her the time of day and said to her,"I'm waiting for you to leave." I'm not happy about it
The staff is very kind & helpful. I managed to forget my oil filter right on the counter. I went back the next day & they still had it on the counter & put a sticky note on it w/my purchase # on it. They were waiting for me to come back & get it. I had my receipt but didn't need it.
Amazing service - helped us with our old truck for a long time. Stopped to get an air filter, didn’t have the right size. They worked in finding us an adapter so we could get back on the road. Thanks for your ingenuity and expertise!!
One of the better NAPA stores in my opinion. Maybe not the most knowledgeable crew in aggregate, but great attitudes go a long way..
I do most of my business there. I cant see anything changing right away. I appreciate the daily deliveries in my outpost of a town, for when i need it by noon. Good business
I cannot say enough good things about the employees at this location! They were helpful and friendly and got us back on the road when we otherwise would not have been able to figure it out ourselves!

Had a check engine light come on and I needed that machine that you put in the check the code so that way I could figure out if it was just the gas cap or something else and every other auto parts place that I've gone to they have one that they will do it for you and this place they had no clue anything about it I had to spend $50 to buy one I don't know if I made it work or not so I ended up having to go to a Kia dealer instead and as soon as I can I'm going to take it back because the Kia dealer was in San Jose to another Napa auto parts store so I wouldn't recommend this store they don't know what they're talking about
This Napa store is full of incredibly helpful employees. Knowledgeable, humorous, and exceptional customer service. We had a wiper blade come apart in the pouring rain while staying in Bandon, we pulled into NAPA and they got us exactly what we needed, and he even came out in the down pour and put the new wiper blades on for us. His customer service was beyond exceptional, I will trust NAPA because of this one encounter. They made a happy customer out of us, thank you NAPA, Bandon, Oregon.
We walked in and not one word was said to us. We found what we wanted, a bottle of interior cleaner and one of protectant. Sign says 'Two for $10' so we got both. Get to the counter and the guy says it's $12. Claims the 2 for 10 is just the cleaner.
Literally all the employees said to me was part of the argument.
Very kind people work @ Bandon's NAPA Auto Parts! I purchase new windshield wipers & they have replaced them before I have even finished putting my wallet away. That's SERVICE!
Had what we needed, didn't expect them to have 27 mm deep socket, but they had it. Saved the day. Didn't catch the guy's name, but he was very helpful.
They thrive on making sure you get what you need usually within the day or the same day if the even if they don't have it they will have it brought from another store
