This place is the best. Johnathan usually helps me out because I own a shop and he’s great! Every single person up there though are the friendliest people and very helpful and knowledgeable. They take a little bit of the pain away when you are already having a rough day because your car or truck is broke. But being in the industry for over 25 years I’ve dealt with a lot of parts stores and they are hands down the best I have ever worked with! Good job
I’ve been here many times over the time I have lived here. Every time the store is clean, the staff are friendly and willing to help. I’ve bought car cleaning supplies, parts, wipers, and they put them on without me even asking.Yes, I know they offer that service but it was nice to not have to ask. They have read codes. This is the one place I go to for anything car related.

Nothing beats an unknown code while you are a thousand miles from your home to get your adrenaline going. Last week while driving a very busy road near Scappoose Oregon my 2017 VW CC threw code EPC. Potentially very serious in terms of big bucks. I limped into the O'Reilly store in Scappoose. They checked the code for me and as is often the case it was inconclusive. Something pretty generic like "multiple misfires". A couple of hours on the phone trying to find a mechanic with the right skills and equipment proved fruitless. Meanwhile extensive internet searches lead to a high probability that I needed coil packs and spark plugs which the store manager ordered for me, with early delivery the next day. He graciously agreed to let me leave my broken car in his parking lot overnight! Saved me a bunch of towing charges. Next morning the parts arrived, were installed and like magic the car runs perfectly. So here's the deal. This manager went out of his way to be helpful. He made me feel comfortable while in his store, answering all my questions and offering his thoughts on what might be needed. All O'Reilly stores are clean and well maintained, but this store is way above the usual standard and neat as a pin. The parking lot was clean and the trash cans were not overflowing. It is easy to give this manager and his store five out of five stars! Well done!
The staff was friendly & helpful. In fact it was an older man that helped me & he was quite engaging ith a good sense of humor. They had the parts I was looking for in stock. The prices were competitive. It's on my list of places to call when I'm looking for my auto parts
Awesome store, and amazing employees! The legend working there today made me laugh nonstop, and he was very knowledgeable. Went above + beyond to help me. Would definitely choose this place over Napa.
Best auto parts in Scappoose. They are friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of car detailing stuff far beyond the other auto place in town.
You can go in not quite knowing entirely what you are doing and they are actually nice to you about it, not expecting you to know everything. You can ask questions and they answer to the best of their ability.

Dark haired girl at counter said she would price match then the red head manager refused to, said she could lower the price then charged me $20 more than she said the only “discount” I got was my military discount I would have got either way. they stole $20. Shady place. They wouldn’t even match there own price off there website.
I stopped by the O'Reilly's in Scappoose, OR on my way through home in Tualatin with a battery light on. I had 4 pre-teens giggling in the back I had picked up for a sleepover. I stopped and had my battery checked and we quickly realized it was probably my alternator. My car died 300 ft from the store. One of the employees took the battery out to charge while I fed the girls so I could drive to an auto repair shop down the street. I am SO grateful!!! I would have been stranded 50 minutes from my home without them! Thank you Scappoose O'Reilly's!!♥️
Great customer service! Got windshield wipers and the manager even put them on for me. Very helpful in picking out some that go with my car, being someone who doesn't know much about cars it was great.
I had a battery light go on leaving and was heading up to old Cornelius. I went in again, Will said it's your Alternator don't buy a new battery yet. I drove it through the parking lot and it was still good. I decided to not risk getting stuck and get to a Mechanic...before my tow I drove through the lot again...the alternator was failing. I would have been in a bad place, maybe on Cornelius. Will helped save me a bad day and get repairs.
They have a good inventory but not the most knowledgeable. If it's not on there computer then they are lost. It would be nice if they got a few people in there that knew cars a bit better. They do what they can though.
Staff was as helpful as they could be. Due to covid you have to do your own code read outs after you leave your driver’s license with them. Called and asked for a part, accepted the part in store because it appeared to be correct. Went to install and it didn’t fit, was wrong part for my make and model. Was a huge pain. 3 stars for the staff that tried their best at least.
My wife Purchased 2 Rain-x wiper blade for my Truck Dec 22nd .. for 35.99 each. After first 2 weeks they made some noise every time they were on . Now they make this horrible screaming noise that sounds like nails on a chalkboard. So called and spoke to a gentleman about the warranty and said since I have used them for almost 3 months he cant replace them. Says manufacturers warranty defects doesn't cover it ...... Guess Rain-x wiper blades are supposed to only last as long as there Rain-x water repellent.
I bought some windshield wipers about a month ago, (they are supposed to last a year right?) And one of the wipers made a scraping sound on the window. The other side was silent just like it was supposed to be. I took it back so that I could get it replaced, the manager came out and looked at it and said that there was nothing wrong with it, and intimated I should have spent more on my wipers ($36) I guess it's back to Napa.
This was literally my favorite O'Reilly's ever. Everyone was so knowledgeable and helpful. That was before my interaction with the new assistant manager, Nicole. She is awful at her job and totally lacks customer service skills. It's a shame that I gotta drive to St Helens for my parts now but it's worth it to be treated like a person.
Went in for some windshield wipers and was not disappointed! The customer service was very good and they quickly helped us find the best choice for our car! They also installed the wipers and were very professional. I will be going back!
ALWAYS friendly, VERY helpful & knowledgeable about finding the parts you need. Went in yesterday to purchase new wipers. Jordan reviewed & showed me all the different wipers that were the right size for my car. He even went the extra mile, to go out & install the new wipers for me, in the middle of a rain storm!! Good guys(and gals). Like with most car parts spots know what your looking for before you go. They are parts pickers not ASE mechanics, but they do try their best.
I needed a 2004 vw bug dip stick. Kind of a unique item, they had 1 in stock. Clean store, employees were polite. Large variety of car parts at a decent price.

I called ahead because I had my sleeping twin infants in the backseat and needed a new battery for my truck. Brandon brought the battery out and did everything for me so I didn't have to unload the babies. So helpful to this tired mama!
Finally a decent auto parts store without NAPA on the sign. Good selection, and decent service. Prices are fine, still cheaper than anywhere else local.
Went here to buy some fuse since my cars light went out. One of the guys was just completely rude didnt even seem to want to help. Bad experiense, never going back there again.
