I needed my drivers side headlight done! They guy didn’t care, I think his name was Travis, he made me wait and wait . I finally went in upset and asked if he was the only one there and he got pissed at me! Like really? You should’ve already been in top If this. It’s your job. The guy that helped me finally get my headlight installed was super nice. But needless to say I won’t be going back I went to auto zone and they did everything I needed no ?s asked sorry you lost my business

Justin at Warrenton was beyond helpful. I was greeted at the front door. Asked what I needed help with. He updated my contact info to receive my rewards. He got the part I needed but the package was damaged, so he grabbed another one. I was wearing dress clothes. I asked if he could install the part. He gladly said yes. It took him less than 5 mins to install the part. He also said thank you for shopping at oreilys and have a safe day.

One person behind the counter. 30 min in line to be treated like garbage because the guy was overwhelmed. I travel a lot and this is by far the worst store I’ve been too.

This is unbelievable. I've been shopping at O'Reilly's for over 10 years and usually if they're available I will go there first. The last three times I've been to the Warrenton O'Reilly's there has been one person behind the counter. I literally stood there for 8 minutes to pay for something and finally just put it back and left. This is the second time I've done that and the last time I will be going to this O'Reilly's. When I asked the employee what was going on he told me that this is the way the management thinks that the store should be run? I have a feeling it won't be running like this for long and maybe AutoZone will fill this space - Oh wait, there's one across the street maybe I'll just start going there instead. I have a hard time believing that this business model makes sense to somebody. Goodbye O'Reilly's

Had a bad experience with unprofessional sale agents. This will be my last time to return there . Rather go to AutoZone Bad vibes and energy with the Travis guy in Warrenton branch.

The people that work here are so nice. The lady helped me get a good deal on AC Rechage and was super kind to my kids! And then another customer was beyond kind and helped me fill it and also changed my air filter, that Really needed to be changed. Amazing thank you again!

Yesterday 07.10.2023 I needed new wiper blades. I got to the store in Warrenton about 10:20 AM. The fellow at the front desk had me all fixed up with new ones which he kindly installed for me. The whole thing took about 12 minutes. I could not be more pleased with the result - Thanks O’Reilly!!

Called to see if they were even open because the open sign was off and make sure they had the part I needed in stock since their website said it did, and again the part wasn't in stock and couldn't get one until Tuesday. At least the parts counter guy was more helpful than the 2 lazy autozone employees were.

Went to get filters for a 2012 Ford Fiesta. No catalog book was offered. I had to use my phone to find the correct part numbers. Then, they don't even stock my air filter in any brand. You know, for a car if which there are over 500,000 models sold in the US. Not exactly an obscure car. Was going to ask the parts counter how long to order my air filter. However, there was only one person working and he had a line of about five people waiting for parts help. Left without making a purchase. Highly disappointed.

Hit and miss on the expertise of the parts person. Seems that everything is special order except very basic maintenance items. If you have a few days before you need the parts Amazon will bring them to you for 25-70% less $$. 5 stars because of some above and beyond service from them a couple times recently.

After a really bad experience at another auto supply shop, I was incredibly grateful for the wonderful employee at O'Reilly's. Excellent customer service, patient, respectful, and he even went out of his way to give me advice. Thank you so much!

Traveling in my RV had check engine light came on my pickup was referred to O’Reilly auto parts by the Chevy dealer in Warrington Oregon. Went to O’Reilly’s was greeted by Keith the branch manager he was very courteous and professional hooked up his portable computer diagnose my problem and I was back on the road thanks again Keith great job

I first tried calling Autozone in Warrenton and the employee was rude, short, and kept talking over me, and trying to answer my question before I was finished explaining what was wrong with my truck. I got so irritated and frustrated I just hung on up the clown. I then called O'Reilly in Warrenton and talked with April and she was courteous, patient, and thorough when answering my questions. Not everybody is a car genius so it goes a long way when you call the experts and they are patient with beginner car DIY's. Thank you April! Sean

Keegan was incredibly nice and helpful. I was in and out with a new set of Rain X wiper blades in less than 15 minutes. He took the time to put them on in the rain!

THIS DESERVES A GREAT KUDOS TO KEAGAN HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP ME RESET my radio after I was stuck from putting new battery in could not figure out my radio needed it for my GPS to get home he took the time to google and watch a video amd get it done he did not let me down even tho I had thought it was gonna be a bad trip so I apologize for my demeanor but overall a great experience thanks KEAGANfor going above an beyond I'm much more happy now I can safely get home I will happily return to this location if back in the area

We are from WA State visiting Astoria and Long Beach when the alternator in our Subaru started to go out ☹️. We stopped into the Warrenton Or. Store and met Liam who went out of his way for us and saved our vacation by hooking us up with what we needed, not to mention he is a customer service Rockstar! His co-worker was just as awesome! Thank you a million times over!

I bought a few consumables, the parts I needed they either didn't have or failed to look up correctly, after they rang me up for the consumables I was walking out the door the cashier said "hey bro, could you put back the basket you were using?" My response was "no, my hands are full" My hands were full since they never offered me a bag or box. Three employees working and I was the only customer. I went to a parts store that has a blue and yellow logo and got the parts I needed. I will never go back to O'Reilly's.

Friendly and courteous staff. Willing to assist with small tasks without issue. Prices seem fair. Parking lot is a logistical nightmare, but that is no reflection on the business at all.

While the clerk/tech was helpful, she really did not seem to be motivated at all. I Know people have bad days so your experience may differ. She still got us the right parts and performed a battery check for us.

I needed a circuit board for the fan blower for my 2004 Ford, as the switch quit. They were very helpful and knowledgeable to get the board for me. I got it put in this morning by myself and the fan is back to normal. Thank you for your help.

Pretty much my #1 choice when buying auto parts. Most of the staff is knowledgeable in what your looking for and for the most part friendly from first step in the door. If not busy with customers are quick to offer assistance and if working on a "Frankenstein" auto project(a project/build involving 2 or more vehicles coming to one) They can usually find what your needing.

I waited a week for an order to come in and she got the wrong part. iiwas very clear about what I wanted and IIeven had her come look. The price was way more than what I expected and even called back later to ask if there was a mistake. The same lady told me no. Women can easily be as car savvy as men but these are NOT THOSE WOMEN!!! EDIT: went in yesterday and wanted to show the staff something wrong with my car. I was in the middle of my transaction. I waited outside for 15 minutes when I went back in and stood there trying to get a word in. People in line even asked me to go next but the man who was helping me COMPLETELY IGNORED ME. Lost my business for good. Don't waste your time.

I spoke with two representatives regarding having a new battery put in my vehicle. Both of them did state that their system said "dealership recommended." I explained the battery location over the phone and told them I had already accessed it. They said to bring it in. When I get there they tell my because of liability reasons the job could not be done. This couldn't have been told to me over the phone before I drove for an hour to Warrenton for the best price on my particular battery? Poor customer service, proper training advised. Thank God for Auto Zone!

I called several auto parts stores and O'Reillys had the best price. They had to order some parts which were there by 7:30am next day. I picked them up and was greeted by friendly, knowlegable staff as I asked questions about the repair I was doing. They also let me know what else I would need which saved me an extra trip. I purchased heavy parts and the guys even carried them to my car. Outstanding customer service, clean store, low prices, and knowledgeable. Thanks O'Reillys!
