Listen before you start doing anything on the phone I had to repeat myself on what size motor 4 times and twice in person there are only certain motors for certain years it shouldn't be that hard the first time
Needed a replacement battery at 9pm. The young man, Diego, who helped me was quick, courteous and very efficient. I was able to get my battery tested and then he helped me replace it very quickly.
Got helped by Levi & mosies they were both working pretty late on a Sunday. I really needed a replacement part for a vehicle. I was working on. They let me show up 15 minutes after they closed just to make sure I was helped honestly never really went to AutoZone, but this will definitely change my entire outlook on them and probably earn a whole lot more business now always was an O’Reillys guy but not for longer

Huge shout out to Nick at the 82nd store No in happy Valley. He took the time to look up my my transaction number and gave me the store number in order for me to get my core charge back on my torque converter here in Longview Washington because unfortunately, the clerk at Longview Washington AJ would be his name was too lazy to do. A then tried to.give us a store credit. We paid cash again nick to the rescue to prove we paid cash! Nick gets five stars AJ gets zero thanks Nick

Moses, on Sunday, 10-26-25, was the most helpful person and willing to install my windshield wipers after showing me how to remove the old wipers. I thank him for being a top notch customer service person and he should be rewarded for his helpfulness after completing the installation of both windshield wipers just as another cloud burst was approaching. I went on yesterday to get my battery tested, Roy helped me out ,I got the right battery and installed with no roblem. iI would highly recommend going there again, and Roy was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Jordan S is an asset to your company. It's getting harder and harder these days to encounter professionals in the public marketplace who exemplify total satisfaction in customer care. When that happens I report it. Jordan went way over the customary niceties of greetings and small talk and instead immediately zeroed into my complex truck light problem. I was amazed at his knowledge, detail, and mostly - that he genuinely cared about my situation. Where do you find people like him? While I was there, Shea was also working and she patiently went over a problem on my phone with your website. Thanks to her I learned how to navigate and see all the products and services you guys have and how to access them. Now I feel like my ability to get what I need fixed is supercharged thanks to Shea. She's a keeper! That whole store out in Happy valley is a first rate operation. Keep up the good work. This is why customers drive past your competitors to take a longer trip for this kind of experience!
Went in with my battery pretty much toast (multiple lights lit up on the dash, and it would only start with a jump box). The sales rep Levi went above and beyond to get me diagnosed and back on the road. He even swapped the new battery for the old one. He is a very knowledgeable and helpful young man. I would highly recommend considering this location for any needs you may have.
I came into the store 15 minutes before they closed with a dead battery. The staff was great, got me a new battery and back on the road. Levi stayed after the store closed to help install the battery and run other diagnostics on the car. Great customer service and willing to go above and beyond!
I bought windshield wipers about a month ago so I can be ready for the rain and the first rain. The windshield wipers don’t work. They bounce on the windshield which I purchased Bosch I believe when I did buy them the first time we had to try like three different sets Until we found the right ones to work. I came back today and bought new ones which are called rain X and the person that helped me today was (Christiana) She was a big help, very polite and helped me put them on and make sure they worked👍 I did not have the receipt for the ones I purchased A month ago maybe you can look it up in the system
So the Bosch ones did not work for my vehicle the rain X ones are working.
Moises at Store #3757 was a great help, tonight. After purchasing an oil filter for my Subaru Impreza, I had a question to ask in reference to Code TPMS. He kindly came out to my vehicle and help me identify as to where I needed to update the new change of tires for my car. I thanked him for the services rendered. Great customer service hence satisfaction.

We purchased an acid battery for my crosstrek at a different location. It was under warranty and we exchanged it for one that supported auto start/stop. Dealership charged $700 parts & labor and my fiance installed the $200 battery. Highly recommended location!
I came in on a busy Saturday morning to get my battery checked. I arrived around 9:30 and was out in just 30 minutes with a brand-new battery installed. Mia was absolutely amazing—quick, efficient, and so friendly that I honestly didn’t want to stop chatting with her. She made what could have been a stressful errand such a pleasant experience. came in 10 minutes before close and their was a line deep into the isle. I got to the counter past close and Moses helped me with my return. Even after I was giving him some crap about the product being deemed damaged he had a great attitude and thoroughly explained to me why that was and reassured me I was still gonna get my full return. all in all it was an amazing experience and he was both very professional and extremely kind to me which given the circumstances I was very pleasantly surprised with.

Just my honest opinion. Take it for what it's worth. I would rather go to a competitor. Better service more likely that they will have the part that you're looking for. Overall a better experience at the competition. Not all of the time but most of the time you can tell the employees would rather be somewhere else.
