Our car is great! We purchased a 2012 Mini Countryman. They lowered the price due to our concerns about maintenance history. $1900 later at our mechanic, everything is up to date. The reason I only gave 3 stars is that we received a call after we purchased, in cash, saying Adam couldn't find $300 of the $5100 cash we payed. This was after he, myself, my wife, and 16 year old daughter all counted the cash when it was handed over. The car is great but the salesperson??? There was a strange shadiness to it all..

I found a car that I liked. Took it for a decent test drive and made my purchase. I paid too much for the car. Even after talking down the price. In the seller's own words "you could take this car to any mechanic and they would say it's perfect." I noticed a coolant leak a few days after purchasing the car. Took it into a shop. Two thousand dollars later, and possibly a bad head gasket needing repaired, I am paying much more than the car is actually worth. The battery died a day after purchase, it was from 2016. Buyer beware. It was my mistake trusting a car lot on 82nd. I recommend trying to get a lot more off of the cars than the prices they have listed. You will most likely have to pay for a lot of extra repairs.

These guys are crooks! They tried selling me a 2007 Mazda6 (Automatic transmission) for 6 grand that had a sagging headliner being held by only duct tape and a few screws. Top it off with them already trying to push me into buying the vehicle when I had barely started looking at it. I wish I could give 0 stars out of 5 honestly!

I did not end up buying a car here, purely because I had looked at one just before that suited my needs a little better. I had a good experience though, he had the car I saw posted still— Which I appreciate. Car seemed to be in great condition! Gus was very patient, no pressure and a nice guy! All the cars looked clean, very good prices! I would come back in the future.

I bought a 2011 dodge truck from here. I felt like the car was priced fair. It was NOT a good or great price, I did look at Kelly blue book, car fax retail value, and car max offers, it was fair. I knew the tire pressure system needed to be serviced and that the lock didn’t work in driver side but I didn’t realize there would be other issues. I was told that they were not aware of other issues but that the truck was new to them. I needed ALL of the spark plugs changed, I needed to get an ignition coil changed due to cylinder 8 misfire. I needed the key to be reprogrammed (I was told the key battery was dead and they didn’t have a replacement). I needed a second key made. The truck is clean, the engine is actually clean and works great after everything has been fixed. But in hindsight, the truck was way overpriced given all of the immediate work that needed to be done. I KNEW that when I bought this truck I was going to just service it and spend a couple grand, so in the end it was fine in that regard, but IF YOU DONT HAVE THE MONEY TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE AFTER PURCHASE, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

I needed a new vehicle, I had my eye set on a Rav4. I was looking over their website for days before finally going in as soon as they opened. In just 5 days my husband and I have put almost 200 miles on it. She's beautiful and great to drive. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Gus was great, he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The sticker price was more then what their website said, I showed him and he honored the website price. I was so impressed I suggested a vehicle from their for my kids step mom.

THIS IS WORTH MENTIONING! I have been looking for a car to fit my needs for about 6mths now, so I've been to many dealerships... 1 worth noting is Steven and Sons on 82nd. I finally found what I was looking for! It fit my budget and the staff there knew everything as far as the financing and I made a new friend with Wendi, the gal in the office. She answered all my questions and concerns with the DMV. Everything went smooth as can be. I just wanted to say... Thank you for making my (New to me) car purchasing experience a happy and hassle free one! You guys are the best!

I just bought a 2010 Ford Escape from Steven and Sons and I couldnt be happier. The salesman Gus, was freindly and very knowledgable and even helped us get financing. All the way to the Title Clerk Wendi, she is a DMV expert! I am totally happy and I love my car!

would never do business here again. they spray paint over rust to cover it up. salesman was unknowledgeable about the process of titling a vehicle and was absolutely sure i could not get a speciality plate until i had him call his back office. he was wrong.

I bought a 2009 GMC Acadia from them. Had it less then 24 hours and engine light came on had it scanned it was O2 sensors are bad. I was sold the car with a document saying it passed emissions test. Come to find out the suv had been cleared of all codes. Ends up not only are the O2 sensors bad but it has a misfire on two cylinders and most likely a bad transmission. Plus multiple other things not working that was use for a selling point in the ad. Very disappointed in this dealership. It was a waste of $6000. Now it sit in my driveway Undrivable and only had it for two months.

Do not buy vehicles here. I helped a friend purchase a vehicle here, they pushed him towards a vehicle with high mileage and said it was inspected, and ran well. 8 days later the engine blew a head gasket, and needed a complete replacement. They sell "as is" and clear check engine lights before presenting the vehicle to make it seem like everything runs fine. After he signed the paperwork for the purchase they let us know immediately that the suspension was shot. Only after the purchase did they say this. Do not buy here, they are scammers.

I called them seeking a car and financing options. Thomas was short, cold and rude. And they never got back to me after processing the application. I understand if/that the answer is no, but I’m a person not just an income level or credit score. The least you could do is call back and tell me what’s going on and not let me wait around for a call that won’t happen. Way to affirm the stereotype that car dealers only care about the bottom line.

Friendly enough, but so are people trying to deceived you.. They withheld problems they knew about and were safety issues. They did not offer to open the hood nor check lights before I left the lot. They were mostly interested in getting the highest amount of money they could after refusing my first offer even after I told the man I could only afford what I was offering👹 What a bunch of ripoffs. I M going to request 1000.00 for the camper lights that were not even hooked up and the dipstick tube that was broken in half, both of which I can prove they knew about at the time of sale. Don't go there and hand them money trusting what they say about the vehicle without checking it out with a mechanic. If they can they will burn you. Also they did not tell me they were taking the car I was driving at the time as a trade in, I was planning on selling that on my own. And after I had signed all the paperwork they asked for the title to my vehicle I drove there and then did not include it as a trade in and the field was left blank. I still have the paperwork to prove it. So I lost a very nice 2002 ford f150 after paying to much for vehicle that should not have been sold as is because they did not reveal the issues they knew about after being asked. How do you not know that a dip stick tube is not broken if you have checked the oil, and what dealer buys or sells a car without checking the oil. And not doing a turn , brake light check for an rv before it leaves the lot. Unless they know they don’t work. I was a Niamey trustful hopeful buyer that was heavily taken advantage of as the owner was bragging to me about the 2024 f 250 he just bought for 100,000

Highly do not recommend this dealership. I spent 7,500 for a vehicle that I was told was inspected and was a good car only to realize on the way home that it was severely burning oil and had several oil leaks along with other issues. Also noticed it seems they like to delete check engine lights as well because one came on the very next day. When I returned with the vehicle I was given a 4000 dollar trade in back and the next car I got had a deleted check engine light as well. I don’t know how else to say it but this place is just shady as hell and will say anything to make you feel confident about purchasing their vehicles that likely have many issues.

This dealership gave me the absolute worst buying experience I have ever had, from a salesman that knew nothing about the camper I was interested in, to the “PDI” (pre delivery inspection) that completely missed the shot water system. This place was the absolute worst. After being assured that it was inspected and everything was working as promised, I had to replace 95% of the waterlines throughout the camper. The salesman was the biggest joke I’ve ever met in my life, knew nothing about campers, knew nothing about financing, and didn’t even know how to provide proper customer service. If you are looking for a new camper or vehicle, my suggestion is to look literally any place else first. The only reason for 2 stars is because now after having made all repairs to my camper myself I love it. But my god, stay away from Steve and sons.

My experience at Steve & Sons auto sales was nothing like I’ve ever experienced before I’ve been to a lot of used car dealerships throughout OK my lifetime and at Steve & Sons I felt very respected, and I felt honesty from everyone in the community help me find the right car I was looking for they showed me all the options and they were honest and truthful about everything compared to a lot of other used car dealerships. I felt like I wasn’t pressured to buy anything. If I could leave a 10 star review, I would 10 out of 10 recommend them. I will continue to do business with you guys for my next car purchase. Beware of what’s hidden underneath! I came from Bend to buy this Chevy Avalanche. I had spoke to them many times before driving up. They told me there was no issues and it was a great car. I did a test drive things seemed good, it had a dash cover on it which I looked under the passenger side when my husband was driving but didn’t look under the drivers side…. Big mistake on my part. I kept hearing a rattling noise as I drove it and finally I inspected to see where it was coming from and found a huge hole in my dash! Never trust a used car dealer and specially not this one. I had just had an electrical fire in my last Chevy which is why I was looking for s new car and now I find this! What scammers!

Working with “Gus” was an absolute pleasure! Gus is extremely patient, We never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional - who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Tahoe took about an hour. The best part – Gus stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable. We needed a family vehicle and this was our 3rd stop for the day. Israel, the sale person was very friendly and helpful. We met the owner Jim and he wasn't gonna let us go until they get us what we wanted. We first found a beautiful 2008 Audi but it needed a couple more work done, so Jim was able to make it work for us and we settled for a beautiful 07 GMC Yekon. It's used but reliable and we love the suv. I feel that if there is a problem they are willing to make it work, just be upfront with them about what you want. If you are looking for something decent and a reasonable price, check them out!
