I went to O'Reilly's yesterday afternoon Josh pretty sure that was his name found me the battery I needed than he installed it for me in the pouring rain. I felt really bad cause he got drenched I don't think he had to do that and just appreciated it so much .He wouldn't even take a tip so the least I could do is to tell every one so you to might go there first THANK You O reillys

I was helped by Austin yesterday and he was very knowledgeable. He helped get my check engine code cleared after the problem was fixed. He explained everything I needed to know. Very polite too! I have always had great service at canby O Reilly's. Thank you!!
Great place to get your car parts, this time I went in looking for parts to tune up my lawn mower and instead of selling me bits and pieces they pointed me in the right place to go get my parts.
When my check engine light came on, I stopped at this O'Reilly Auto parts in Canby. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful, and plugged her scanner into my car and told me that I had a misfire in one of my engine cylinders. She looked up the part for me, quoted me a few different prices, and encouraged me to fix it myself.
I called Milar's in Canby and I was told that they wouldn't even quote a price to me unless I paid $199 for a diagnostic to figure out what was wrong with it.
Don't get suckered in by Milar's, trust yourself and O'Reilly will help you!
Make sure to google your needed part. These guys gave us the wrong lugs which is hella dangerous.

This location got me what I needed quickly and the staff was busy when I entered the store but very quick to help me! Overall, best O'Reily experience so far.
Not a dig at the local brick and mortar store, instead a dig at the corporation.
Online says same day in-store delivery/ pick-up if ordered online, within specific time. When you do so, it just bumps your order out to the next morning/business day.
Clearly, this is just another way to secure your business and not allow you to find a fast alternative for the same price or less.

They're very helpful and knowledgeable about car problems and some fixes. Even when you have a crazy motherin law, they handle it with grace and fulfill warranty and beyond when not necessarily their problem. Great people!! :-) I go here alot!
My go to place for automotive needs. The crew knows what they have and help as much as possible with what is needed. Everything I purchased was exactly what I needed.
Well, unexpected pit stop. But excellent service 👏. Robert and Josh stayed with us 40 mins past closing meaning it would take longer for them to close. They were some of the most friendly techs that really tried their best to help us out. Thanks guys.
Nice folks. But have zero motivation to get anyone done in a decent time. Have helped multiple customers while my service has been just waiting. No concerned on doing my work turning rotors. Would rather just help anyone else. Seems a bit picky of choice on work. Lazy..... will be making the extra time drive to wilsonville next time
I like this place. I would recommend them for auto part needs and tools. They rent some tools. Prices are good and store signage makes things easy to find. Service to customers is courteous and helpful. I definitely recommend them. Thank you.

I have not had such great service before I came here. IAM a single Grandma in my 70s . Service beyond my experience. Not only sell but check and help you replaced part. This small town caring about each customer is rare thank you so much for all you do to the young man in bib overalls. Thank you😷
Waiting to be helped and ignored , young blond girl walks in and gets helped right away. Not inforcing masks for customers, when I asked I was told yes they know its required but they are not inforcing
This is your every day, run of the mill auto parts store. Like all the others, don't be in a hurry, it's just not part of their company culture. For the most part, employees are very helpful, and the computer knows pretty much everything. This is the go to place bulbs, fluids, wiper blades, and the like.
Horrible service when I was looking for help. I was ignored the whole time while was waiting for a quick engine light check. I’m not exaggerating I was waiting for over half hour for a 2 minute light check. I was very disappointed in Ian and will probably be going to autozone from here on out.
Sonna deserves whatever promotion available. She was very helpful and went out of her way to help me find the warranty on my alternator. I hope these don't go unnotice, because she deserves major recognition.
Went in at 8am for a couple special parts. They found, and confirmed the parts I needed, and had them a couple hours later. I went in at lunch to pick them up! The folks at the counter were wonderful on both visits, too.
This store in particular has great service. They always have an answer for the most obscured car question. They're definitely the best auto parts in Canby. The other guys are not as service oriented.
The staff mostly are very knowledgeable and will go the "extra mile" to help you if needed. Store seems to be pretty well stocked with great items and are very timely when they need to order parts for you . Great store ! Glad they are in Canby.
