Called in to upgrade garbage can size this morning, and Bre helped me to get this added to my account. I also asked about yard debris bins and if there were larger sizes. There are not, but she did tell me we could add a bin short-term if needed for a small fee. During the Spring we constantly have a full yard debris bin so this was FANTASTIC information. I immediately added that to our account as well. My whole call was 4 minutes. Love working with friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient people - thank you, Bre!

I've called Canby Disposable more times than I can count to price out trash removal, metal recycling, deciding how many yard debris containers I need, and bulk pick ups. They have always been extremely helping and patient with me explaining the sizes, weight and time limits, ect. Thanks for helping me plan to get the most out of my dollar and pick-ups!

Excellent service in every way...on the street, in the office, with extra recycle needs... I have used Canby Disposal for many years, and have only good reports on each interaction. Office staff was quick and helpful when I went in this week with questions on applying for automatic monthly payments. Bre was super responsive in answering my follow up questions by phone. Thank you, Canby Disposal for making it so easy for us take care of household waste, yard waste, and recycle in such a simple process.

They are the worst they’re like the mafia if you’re just a little bit late, they’ll take your cans and charge you. I made a payment before the due date of my back balance. They took the payment and canceled at the same day because the payment didn’t process until after the weekend Now they’re still charging more. I like the mafia cause I have no choice. This is the worst company I’ve had to deal with that I can remember.

I called Canby Disposal with multiple questions regarding changes around my current service as well as billing. Bre was patient, knowledgeable and pleasant in the process. Her suggestions made all the difference to get exactly what I wanted. In addition, she let me know about areas of interest in the future that Canby Disposal could be of service. Over the years, I haven't had to call our garbage service provider very often. How nice to know that when I do call they are consistent with giving a high level of customer service. I also appreciate the extra events they do for the community.

For a company you have to make a reminder call to every other week (when they don’t pick up your recycling), one would think they’d not want to add on a dour, snarky customer service experience via Jan when you have to make that call.

Had a great experience today recycling a old printer! Got a letter in the mail, signed up online, showed up during our appointment time, and was in and out in less than 3 minutes-

Love this company! Great family owned company and great customer service. One time a garbage can dumped stuff all over the road and the driver rushed out and picked it all up. They work every day but Christmas and New Years, which is amazing! Not like we have many options when this service is concerned, but when I saw all the negative reviews I knew I had to set the record strait.

Several times they haven't fully emptied my garbage cans or recycling. They have done this a couple times.

Numerous times over the past year they have failed to pick up at least one of the containers set out for collection. We call and complain about the service but it falls on deaf ears and when I ask to speak to a supervisor, there is never anyone available. The person on the phone promises to have a supervisor call you back, but that never happens. Awful service, and unfortunately there is no one else you can use for garbage services...

My garbage can keeps getting hit by cars when it's by the road. If it gets destroyed I have to pay 40.00 to replace it. If it's not far enough in the road they won't pick it up. Very often my garbage, recycling, and glass dont get picked up.

So disappointed their drivers as they have forgotten to pick up my cans dozens of times in the last three years. This is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional. I wish they would work on better training so this doesn’t happen anymore in the future.

Worst service I have even experienced. Takes days to get a pick up sometimes and it's just across the street. They seriously suck.
