Today’s situation was very difficult as my 5th wheel broke free from the hitch. Jason was the consummate professional. His knowledge, experience and composure made the situation much better and was able to deal with the catastrophic events. Once at the office/tow yard I was treated well and the staff understood my dilemma. Hats off to Bob’s Towing.

Needed my Volkswagen towed back home after some unprecedented fuel issues and called for an estimate and told them to go ahead and send a driver. Didn’t end up catching the drivers name unfortunately but he was friendly and hooked it up quick. As someone who’s had negative experiences with tows in the past this was a breath of fresh air. Came through in a pinch! Headed camping with our toy hauler when we experienced issues. Bob's came through getting our truck and toy hauler home safely. Professional quick and thorough loading and off loading. Wade knew exactly what to do and was skilled and personable.

These guys were great! Our RV broke down on the Oregon Coast. Jason and Tyler were originally sent out to tow us to a repair shop. Turns out they were able to fix our RV on the spot! They went the extra mile to help! Great guys!

Got my pickup truck stuck on a remote forest service road in the Coast Range, an hour from Corvallis. After getting picked up before nightfall and leaving my truck there for two nights, I went to Bob’s and explained the situation. Within an hour, they sent a winch truck to my house to pick me up and drive me to my truck. Once we got there, the situation was sketchy, but Jason was able to expertly pull my truck back out and helped guide my driving so that I could get onto the road that was clear of snow. With a rate of $300/hour for a 2.5 hour winch truck job, it was expensive for a college student like me, but considering how remote my truck was and the nature of the narrow, snowy service road, I was expecting it to cost much more! These folks helped me out of a very sticky situation. I’m grateful to Jason and everyone at Bob’s for getting my truck out without a scratch when it could have easily ended up 30 feet down in a ravine.

So impressed that Donovan B. got us out! He had basically no room to tow us out , with the traffic barrier, bushes, and another vehicle, in the way.Thanks so much!

Wow! These guys were absolutely awesome! I knew when they would be to my vehicle and they were fast respond to my calls or messages! The tow truck driver (sorry don’t have his name) changed the back tire in the rain so he could tow the car 23 miles to my preferred tire shop! He was quick and very efficient! These guys are amazing. I was stranded with a broken axle in Starbucks; they were there faster than anybody, honored their price over the phone (which was fair) and really cared that my car got to the shop safely. I’ll call again when in need. Also, they have trucks, wreckers, and flatbeds- don’t hesitate to call

We had a great experience with Bob's. Our Bolt electric car was dead. I called Bob's, the driver came in 20 minutes, figured out a possible problem. It cost us 80$ for a recharge. The driver and my partner were able to start it. My partner then drove to the repair place for Corvallis and was told they could look at it in ten days and then that would be $150 for diagnostics. (He then went to the Batteries X-Change and had another excellent experience.) I don't think our repair place ever would have done what Bob's driver did for us. We will use Bob's again.

My Subaru Outback was having intermittent starter issues. I got in contact with Bob's, and Daniel was very responsive on the phone. Brandon came to tow it to the shop, and even tried boosting my battery beforehand in case that was the issue. The mechanic Kyle was very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to explain things and answer my questions. Also very open and communicative over the phone while he was working on it. Sadie at the front desk is very nice, too. Had it towed over Wednesday morning, and it was ready to go the next day. Very thankful for these guys!

The young man who came to my aid broke the mold. He had a WW2 work ethic and took pride in his job. That combined with knowledge beyond his years made for a smooth tow which could have easily went the other direction. Very impressed. Maybe there is hope yet for our future. It’s 3 AM and it’s pitch black out. No cell phone service for 6 miles and I decide to square up with a guardrail. THANK GOD Zack (Zach?) from Bob’s Auto Repair took the dispatch. 25 year old who executed my recovery and delivery flawless. He was down to earth, professional, light hearted, and an overall blessing to my situation. I would use them and recommend them in-a-heartbeat.
