My car decided to blow up on the side of the road (a little dramatic ?) but thankfully b and r came to my rescue. Steven was so kind and understand and patient with me as hysterical as I was with my son and my kitties in my car. He walked me through every possible option, so I could decide which one was best for me rather than just screwing me over in a difficult situation. If you're needing assistance you better hope it's Steven!

Can't say enough good things about Steve and this company. We were hit head on by a driver crossing into oncoming traffic, and this was the towing company recommended by one of the emergency responders. We were so luck to get them. They not only picked up our wrecked truck, but went out of their way to make sure we knew all the next steps that would happen, helped us get everything out of the truck, and ensured we had a way to get home. Their customer service is amazing - HIGHLY recommend. While I hope we never need towing service again, this is definitely who I would call if the need arose. THANK YOU STEVE!

I had a mechanical breakdown in Corvallis. I called my insurance company for roadside service and waited three hours for zero response. I've done business with B&R before so I called them. Twenty minutes later the driver showed up and had no problem with towing my truck to Eugene. He even dropped by my house so I could get cash to pay him, then dropped the truck off at my favorite mechanic.

I usually work with tow yards to get vehicle release information for customers. Cole at this location was a gentleman in handling my phone call. I've had a lot of horror stories that happen with these brief calls. So, it's always nice to get someone on the phone that's patient and understanding. I hope you have a great day!

I was in need of a tow service. An operator by the name of Stephen came out and gave me a hand. Stephen was courteous and professional did a fantastic job in a safe and timely manner. As you can imagine vehicles broke down along side of the highway are in a hazardous situation. Stevens attention to detail while adhering to the strictest safety policies and procedures made the recovery an uneventful event. I can strongly recommend this towing companies services.

They are great. My wife and granddaughter broke down in Albany. I called and Steven was quick to take a truck to Albany and bring them back to Corvallis where our vehicle could be repaired. Service was quick polite and professional. Would highly recommend B&R for Towing.

In regards to their towing service, Steven H. gets a big A+ from me. My own insurances roadside assistance was not getting the job done so I reached out to a number of local tow companies and Steven with B &R was the first to respond. Their price, availability, and expertise was the best. I knew he could deal with my situation, which had its challenges, and he got me home safely. I have an RV and he knew exactly how to tow it, was respectful to the public business where I was stranded, and had me hooked up & ready to go in a very reasonable amount of time. Thank you Steven!

I've locked my keys in my car countless times since being in Corvallis. Steven has unlocked my car probably 4 or 5 times now. He's super friendly, and arrives fast! 10/10 would recommend everyone B&R towing.

We had engine trouble on the freeway and called B&R. They said it would take them one and a half hour to get to us because they had to finish another job first. About half an hour later, we got a call back from Steven in the office, who said the other job was taking their driver longer than expected, so Steven would come and tow our vehicle himself. He showed up in another half hour or so. Not only did Steven volunteer to drive a tow truck on a day he wasn't meant to, he actually ended up coming earlier than the initial estimate we were given. On the job, he was most courteous and efficient. Very pleased with this company.

As a 22 year old, I was really nervous about the process of getting my car towed and whatever could be wrong with my car, but Steven was super easy to work with. He even gave me some tips, as well as ideas of what might be wrong with my car. Cool guy and great service! Definitely would recommend B&R to others.

Such great people -Steven saved my day! I was broke down on the side of the highway and within 15 mins of calling B&R, Steven had me safely on my way to a mechanic. I would recommend using B&R to anyone in Corvallis because they have a flat rate to go across town (and I think it is cheaper than their competitors!) I would recommend!!! I called late in the day and B & R Towing said they would be there in 1/2 hour, and I was 25 minutes away. They arrived exactly on time. My flat tire was on a hill and Steve worked hard to set it up so it was safe and didn’t harm the car. Punctual and polite. Excellent pricing!

I was in an accident what the trailer in which B&R came out as the towing service. When we went in to resolve the towing and the storage I was amazed at how easy the process was and how basically good the people were there. It's not what I expected and a towing service in a wrecking yard. It was like going to a family-owned store in 1950 and I literally mean that. They were helpful and I feel they were honest and they went out of their way to help me. I've just never experienced anything like that

My boyfriend and I just moved to town so of course his car had to break down! B&R was the most affordable towing place we found in the area, I was quoted $120/hr from another place that I thought was crazy expensive and we couldn't afford given just having moved. The guy who came out and helped us was timely, friendly, and very professional. I highly recommend their services!

I got stuck on a large rock off the side of a narrow one-lane road and called roadside assistance. I was very lucky they connected me with B&R Towing. Joe was prompt, courteous, capable, and careful as he got my car off the rock. He even stayed around to make sure I got going safely. Hopefully, I won't need towing again, but he is the man I will call if I do. I definitely would recommend him!

B&R Towing provides total peace of mind for any towing emergency. My daughter's clutch failed on her 4x4. Called B&R from roadside at 8PM and they answered immediately; Dispatch operator easy to understand, asked if I had roadside insurance and when I provided they were familiar with my plan and said they will take care of it, then stated exactly how long it would take for truck to arrive: Tow truck driver called to confirm arrival time and stated he can arrive sooner; Driver Josh arrived when he said he would and was professional, nice and very knowledgeable on how to tow a 4x4 and quuckly set up a tow; 4x4 arrived safely and on time at my preferred mechanic. 5 Star Customer Service and on Towing Experience / Know How.

Oh my goodness! I don't even know where to begin! I have had such great experiences with B&R Towing. Ben, who bailed me out a few times with a dead battery, was very helpful and down to earth. He was so enthusiastic about his job, and his passion for helping people out. I highly recommend B&R towing to anyone who needs towing services!

I had an excellent experience with b and r this afternoon. I was able to get assistance within 10 minutes from when I made the call, the driver was friendly, polite, professional, and completely equipped to tow my large, all wheel drive car. He had a relationship with a local business I trusted and was incredibly helpful. I was charged an appropriate rate, and I will return to this business again should I ever need a tow in the future.

Wonderful experience. My car broke down early Sunday evening, and the tow truck arrived in only 40 minutes. The driver was friendly and helpful. I was from out of town, and he had a list of great mechanics I could recommend -- including one I had recommended to me from another, trusted party. I felt safe around him. I would definitely recommend.

The front of my car was run over by a semi in a parking lot late at night and when I called B&R Towing, they were extremely professional and efficient. There was no cost of towing to me, as it was the semi-truck driver's fault. Joe arrived very quickly and handled the situation professionally whilst remaining friendly. Overall, great service, especially with efficiency, friendliness, and professionalism. I appreciate everything they have done to make this incident less of a hassle. I would definitely, 1000 times over, recommend B&R!

Had a good experience with B&R Towing this morning! They were very helpful for when my car wouldn't start, and they came in about 30 minutes and towed it to the shop of my choice. Joe is a great guy, very helpful and personable. Their prices seemed quite competitive as well. I would definitely recommend them in the future!

I had a nasty broken down 5th wheel camper trailer in my RV park that had to be taken to the dump. B&R Towing were so great to work with me to get it ready for transportation to the dump, including shrink wrapping the trailer so pieces of it wouldn't fall off on the way, and providing a follow driver for safety. All for less money than I was expecting to pay. They really went above and beyond to help us with this project and I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who needs a towing company. Friendly and helpful. Fantastic job, B&R!!

I recently had to use a towing service for the first time and I had a great experience with B&R. Joe and Jason were both exceptional to work with and had my car towed shortly after I contacted them. I broke down out of town and had to get to work at the hospital but these guys handled everything for me and helped me out a great deal in my time of need. Needing an unexpected tow is very stressful but their customer service really made a difference for me. I hopefully won't need to but would 100% use their services again over any other company.

Called some other company in town and they told me it would be an hour and a half to come tow my car. Called B & R and Joe came out to help me in about 20 minutes. He was extremely professional and clearly knew the ins and outs of his job. I called him out to help my daughter a few months later when I was out of town. He was able to give her all the help and information about how to best proceed that I couldn't without looking at her car. 10 out of 10 on service and professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Joe and B & R to anybody needing towing services around Corvallis.
