We broke down on busy freeway and called AAA, which directed us to this business. Usually it takes hrs to get towed. Jake was there in about an hr from calling. He was prompt, polite, friendly, courteous and new what he was doing. Definitely recommend.

My car broke down today on my way into Baker City. After calling Superior Towing dispatch they assigned Terry to come help me out. Before he headed out Terry called me to verify where I was and what was the situation so he could make sure to bring the right tow truck and anything else that would be needed. Terry showed up super quick and hooked up my vehicle. He let me and my dog ride in the cab with him on the way into town, we had a great chat which helped take my mind off the car being broken. He was super friendly, took me to the auto shop I had chosen and since it was after hours included his business card with my keys in the after hours drop box just in case the shop had any questions. After all that he gave me and my pup a ride to our hotel. Overall extremely professional and friendly encounter on what was a pretty stressful day. I recently experienced truly outstanding customer services from Kris at Superior Towing. After a long drive in our pickup pulling our fifth-wheel RV, we stopped at a grocery store in Baker City. When we returned to our pickup, it would not start. It was after 5:00pm. I made one call to Superior Towing. Within fifteen minutes, Kris arrived. First, he pulled our pickup to the repair shop I asked him to take it to. Then, he went back to their shop, got a different towing truck and he towed our fifth-wheel up to our house and parked it in the driveway! Great friendly service at a reasonable price. I see quite a few five stars for Superior towing and I am pleased to be adding another five star review! There is no way I can detail exactly how much of a disaster we were in but once we got everything situated and worked out they did more than just come rescue us. I have never felt more comfortable with a person then I did our driver. Listening to him and my husband talk to each like old friends relaxed me during a time I thought I was going to fall apart. If you need someone comfortable, professional, kind and willing to explain things to you this is your group. They will help you in everyway possible, they will be a timely as the situation allows, making getting copies of your bill to your insurance easy. I will never be able to say enough positive things about this company.

I cannot recommend Superior Towing enough! Our insurance company’s roadside assistance“couldn’t help us” so we called around and got a tow in under 10 minutes! We were extremely lucky on the timing, as our tow guy Joe (I think!) was headed in our direction on 84 already, and grabbed us along with another customer! Miracle workers!! Imma just give Superior Towing all the credit here. Thanks guys!!

Honest, reliable and friendly! After a run in with a deer on the John Day Hwy, a totaled car and bareley any phone service, I managed to contact Superior Towing - they were kind and patient as I gave them as much information as I could muster after the accident. Within moments, I had a text confirming their eta and contact. They arrived right on schedule and were very professional - and we were grateful for the warm, comfy cab of the tow truck! Joe helped us navigate a stressful situation with ease - we are so grateful for Superior Towing! While we hope we’re not in an accident again, Super Towing would be my first call!

On our way to our new home from Washington to Idaho… found ourselves on the side of the road on a Friday evening with a busted water pump. After calling roadside assistance we only had to wait around 25 minutes for our tow truck from Superior Towing. Big shout out to our driver Chris….It was a bit daunting to be sitting on the highway with cars/ semi truck blasting past you at 70+ mph but he was awesome and quickly had our truck hooked up and on our way to the auto repair shop. He was professional & friendly, knowledgeable about the area and seemed to know the repair shop personally. Thank you so much Chris!

My car died on the side of the highway around 5 pm on a Saturday. Even though it was a weekend evening, they came and picked me up in less than an hour and towed me to an auto shop. Chris was so kind, responsive, and great to chat with on the ride into Baker. He made a terrible situation so much better and while I hope to never need Superior’s services again, I would call them in a heartbeat. Highly highly recommend.

I couldn't have asked for better help! Terry rescued me off I84, in the dark, where I was broke down, alone for over 3 hours. He was the only company/driver who answered the phone after hours. He brought me in to town, dropped my vehicle at Grumpy's & then drove me to the motel where he waited to make sure I actually got a room. Beyond kind to a stranger stranded 600 miles from home. As far as the towing itself he had my car hooked up quickly & efficiently. I cannot say enough good things about Superior Towing & Terry in particular. I highly recommend them!

I could not be happier with the service that was provided by Kris from Superior Towing. I called him from the campground in Unity, Oregon around 6am and he had us towed up to a repair shop in Baker City by 10am, which is extremely fast given the time he had to travel to us and then back to Baker City. He was very professional and polite. He really helped us get out of a bad situation. I highly recommend using this company!

After getting a 3 hour run around for a tow from our insurance agency, Superior Towing stepped up! Within 20 minutes we had help. The owner sent a work truck to check on us while we waited for Joe with the tow. Chris came first with the work truck and showed curiosity and integrity. He offered to help repair our issue on the spot, by offering tools and spare parts if he had them. Once we realized the repair needed additional parts, Joe brought his flat bed and towed us to O'Reilly's where my husband did the repairs. The first beautiful day after what has felt like a very long winter found us in the Virtue Flat area. We were ready for a great day outdoors. Unfortunately our truck wasn't as ready and we broke down. We were able to get cell service and call Superior Towing. Chris took the call, and even though they were incredibly busy, was able to get to us in record time. He was so kind and friendly and got us back home. It was such a relief. Being stranded doesn't feel very good. We are so thankful for the service provided by Chris and Superior Towing.

Kris was incredibly kind and professional. He came out on a Sunday afternoon to tow me out of the National Forest after my truck gave it up. Hope I don’t need their service again, but if I do I won’t hesitate to call Superior. Thank you Kris for not making me ride my bike back to Baker.

Nicest towing experience I've ever had! We got a flat on the interstate outside Huntington and AAA hooked us up with Superior. Donn called immediately and was so friendly and reassuring. Our driver, Tim, was out there quickly, helped us find a tire store closer to our route, and was a delight to ride with. Can't recommend more highly.

We were headed to Boise and the fuel pump went out in our truck. We called Superior Towing. Terry came in under 30 minutes. He also called around to see if a mechanic was available to fix our truck. He found a super nice guy. He got a fuel pump tonight and said he'll fix it tomorrow. Terry was awesome, he gave us cold water and let our dog ride in the air conditioned cab. He also told us that the Best Western is dog friendly. So grateful to get a great tow truck driver, a mechanic and a room, being it's a 3 day weekend.Thanks again Terry, you were a great help we appreciate you very much.

We were stuck on the side of the road with a ruptured coolant line and called them… we were probably and hour and a half outside of town but had to get there for our daughters cheerleading for her last time at the Shrine game. Not only did they show up earlier than they said, not only did they beat their estimate but we, considering the circumstances absolutely enjoyed the company of our driver, Nate. Polite, professional, compassionate and an absolute pleasure to have a conversation with. He took us to the mechanic, made sure we were set there and then drove us to our hotel on the completely other side of town. You don’t find customer service like this everyday, and because of them my daughter made it to her final cheerleading event. Thank you!
