Car broke down and the guy that came to help was very friendly and even told us what the problem was. Didn’t end up needing it towed and they didn’t charge us for driving out to help. We really appreciated it thank you!!
Called on a Sunday after my car wouldn’t start. I don’t think I caught the driver‘s name. He came out, jumped it got the car running and left. When I attempted to switch to drive the car shut back off, so I called back he came back immediately, called O’Reillys to make sure they had the right battery and towed my car over there. He went inside O’Reilly’s with me to make sure they had the battery once he was sure they did he left. I am grateful for your service and glad that you were able to get out there so quickly. Thank you!
This guy took advantage of my son's death to illegaly take the motor out of his truck that he towed in prior to his passing. Rude, shady, and any one who takes advantage of a death in the family, specially one as tragic as my son's, is absolute bottom feeder. But other than that, great experience.
Update- once I arrived to pick up my vehicle. He had charged me a lesser amount than discussed over the phone. He arrived on time to meet me and worked with me. Thank you
Overcharges, takes advantage of people already in a bad spot. I have used other wreckers and never had this problem .Then, he damaged my vehicle and refused to repair.
Answered immediately and showed up within ten minutes on the worst day of winter weather we have seen in years. The driver not only addressed our main problem he also jumped my Civic in the carport for free!
Amazing service and super fast. Would recommend to anyone. We live at the bottom of a steep hill and roads tend to be bad for days. Was this a problem for Alert? Nope! They showed up and did the job fast.
Was quite rude. When a vehicle is towed because of an arrest, treating the family as criminals, is bad business! The company could have been polite and earned a customer that would use them when broke down or recommending them for further use. Based on this I will always recommend, Blessed Wrecker in Collinsville!!
My car was impounded on june 9th. I had only owned it 2 and a half weeks or so. I had a receipt of ownership in the car which is a legal paper that stands for the registration or title for the first 30 days. I attempted to pick up my vehicle on the 11th and was refused. On the 12th i called as well and asked him to look in the glove compartment at the papers again he refused to take the cert of ownership. I hadnt received my title yet but got a letter from state of oklahoma statimg i am owner of vehicle. Instead of paying $170 2 days after they got it. I had to wait for title to come in the mail and was charged $676 and when i looked at the papers in the car it CLEARLY states that the paper is legally binding to be used in place of title or registration for the first 30 days. They were very rude and it was very unprofessional of them to hold my car when i was clearly the NEW owner of the car and they knew it. I found them to be greedy and that's why they didn't release the car. I understand the law says registered owner of vehicle and i also understand that the ownership papers signed upon purchasing the car is signed with the purpose of showing ownership fur the first 30 days. I loved Alert Wrecker!! They got there fast and they were very helpful and friendly!! I could not ask for better service! And if I ever need a wrecker again, Alert will be my first choice.
Horrible experince! First they tried to over charge me and told me I must have been quoted the wrong price for services, so I went to get more money,and when I returned, they realized their mistake and let me the original agreed apon price,however,when I went to my car, over $600 of stereo equipment,and tools were missing out of my trunk. They then refused to help with investigating the theft,they refused to release their security camera footage,or give any other type of help.
They were super quick to respond and get someone out to tow my car. My tow truck driver was super nice. Only negative I had is they gave me a hard time retrieving my stuff from my car.
One of my delivery drivers became stranded in the rain this past Friday, in Bartlesville. Magically, an Alert Wrecker Service driver came to the rescue, even though we never called for him. Hmmm. The wrecker driver told my employee the cost was $75.00 to pull his van out of the mud, and only agreed to drop the price to the "industry standard" when my employee questioned that amount. We will not be using Alert Wrecker Service again; that to me, is an integrity issue.
Very helpful, and was very reasonable. He didn't try to take advantage of me because I was from out of state, I greatly appreciated his help. Would highly recommend them.
