I called Don on a Saturday to pull my 42’ 5th out of a whole where the ground was hollow and caved in. Not only did he get us out within a few minutes, he talked me through the whole process with a camper about to tip toward a power pole. He then stuck around to help us set the camper in place incase we got stuck again. I couldn’t recommend him enough!
Don towed my car after a total loss wreck. It took me a REALLY long time to clean out my personal items to the point it was well after business hours. I never felt rushed and he even helped me undo my license plate since I didn't bring a screwdriver. He had also parked my car in a well lit area with more space than normal to maneuver. I don't know what it costs to use his service, but they seemed like a lovely, small, local family business. I will definitely use him for my towing needs after the stellar customer service. ❤️👍
He went above and beyond expectations and just giving tow. He really cared about what happened to my car. So kind and caring and ready to help. Hes fast and efficient. I am thankful for this company and will be using them for life now.
FOUR WHEEL DRIVE PULLOUT
I was stuck, no buried with no way out. I called many places and got NO assistance or referrals. Don was agreeable to help and had me out in less than 10 minutes. I am a senior citizen out to enjoy a pretty day before surgery, so I was frantic about my costly, stupid mistake. To say Don Dobbs Wrecker Service was my hero is not an exaggeration. Buried my Jeep in a field, and had called pretty much every wrecker within an hour. Not a single one had a vehicle that could make it out to where it was stuck at, much less one beefy enough to pull it out. I was pretty much screwed. It is -2 degrees out currently, and if it stayed over night it would have been completely locked in....I was getting pretty panicked. Got ahold of Don at 8:00 at night, they jumped in the truck in this freezing cold, and were there to yank me out within 30 minutes. I can’t speak highly enough. He’s the only person I’ll be calling in the future
