Shout out to Shawn Christian and American towing for a swift recovery of my Tractor trailer getting me out of the ditch. We were stuck on the side of the road for 10 hours then state patrol officer Perry came by and got American towing. They were here within an hour and got us on our way. Thank you guys so much for all your help very professional, no damage to my truck.
Very pleased with the service! Driver was friendly and even took me to work after dropping the car off at the mechanics. When I got the bill I was braced for a lot higher bill so a very pleasant surprise!
Excellent quick professional service. My car broke down suddenly outside of Optima. Called American Towing in Guymon. Very nice man arrived within time frame given ie: 10 -15 minutes. Towed my vehicle to my shop in Guymon. No problems. Quick. Cost was very reasonable. Very friendly folks at the shop including front desk reception. Will use again.
Charged $456 to use my credit card. Added 15% to the cost of the transmission that had to drive 500 miles round trip to get.

My husband rolled his semi. He was taken by ambulance to the hospital. American Towing was called by the Highway Patrol on the scene to tow the tractor and trailer. Many expensive items were missing from the truck. Navigation, Galaxy Z-Fold phone, I-pods, wallet, ice chest, and more. When we inquired to both the Highway Patrol and the towing company the just kept saying over and over, "everything is in the truck or placed in the truck" Now. we are being told to claim all the missing items on our homeowners insurance. I simply cannot believe that no one is held accountable for this. On top of this, the owner released the cargo that was in the trailer without any type of paperwork or permission. Now , the tow yard will not release the truck to our insurance until his bill gets paid. The trailer insurance is certainly not going to pay us now, they got their load from the tow yard, without any accountability. What give the tow yard the right to release goods without permission. When an accident is involved? At the very least, the owner of the tractor, (us) should have been called.
Had bent frame on trailer mud flap , company called ahead and they attended me when I got there. Very pleased with their work. Would recommend to anyone who needs repairs.
