I called ahead of time, and they had the parts pulled by the time I got there. The service over all was very good and the people were friendly. In and out in about 30 minutes. Huge inventory!
They were very helpful and nice to me, provided me with phone numbers to other places incase they had what i needed at a better fit towards my situation but in the end i found the part i needed for my vehicle with them so ended up doing business here and it was a pleasure thanks guys you saved me alot of money!
The gentleman had a very bad attitude talking to me on the phone all I ask if they had parts for a 2001 Chevrolet pick up truck he said yes I asked him if he had door payments and then he called attitude thinking was someone else
I was looking for a part that was extremely difficult to find. This part was not in their inventory. They took the time to go and check vehicles that had not yet been inventoried. Luckily they found what I needed. That extra effort on their part, whether they had the part or not, earned them a 5 star rating. I will drive the distance to do business with them again
Beware. I’m out MANY hundreds of dollars because I purchased bad parts twice from here. The employees and their leader are NOT fun to do do business with. The whole drawn out experience was a nightmare. Good luck and I told you so if you have a bad experience too.
Best place to go for used and new parts. If it's hard to find, ridiculously expensive, late model or vintage, Dwayne Roberts and his team take pride in everything they do at R&S
They rocked it.... A little unknown gem, they have a lot of 2nd hand parts and people just forget to stop in and ask. So next time you look all over town go to 2 or 3 other salvage yards. I could have save your time and just went to R&S bro!. Try it I bet you like it. About a mile off interstate 40 . Easy access.
Just went to ask a question as soon as we walked in the she says were closed in the most RUDE way. Asked if she knew anywhere else we could go she looked at us like we were completely stupid then told us again she was closed in case of flood. WORST customer service I will NEVER step foot in that door again.
I have ordered parts for my personal vehicle from R&S on a couple of different occasions and I am SO happy with their services. Each time, I've called to inquire about parts, I have been given very quick answers, quick service, and very fair pricing, and additionally, I've always received the parts in an incredibly timely manner.
Well they didn't have one of my parts they had the other one but the parts puller didn't want to pull it because it would of been hard to get to the bolts
Was told via phone that part was good condition, usable, etc. Drove there to find part broken, caked in dirt,and staff surprised i didnt want a broken worthless part. I would never to business with this place.
Called two hours before arriving. Told them we were traveling 85 miles to get part. Get to store and it wasn't even pulled. We had to wait almost another hour for them to go into the yard, pull the part, and bring it out to us.
Very bad service first time I bought wheels from then they said would fit my truck well when the didnt fit they charged me a 100 dollars to take them back and give me the correct wheels and the second time I called asking about tow mirrors for my truck they way over priced them and when I asked what style the mirrors was he said hell I dont have the damn things in front of me if you want to know come look yourself so thats the end of my buisness with them
Called about a part and was told they had it. Show up a couple hours late to get it and nobody remembers talking to me and said didn't have part. Also told me even if they did it would be more expensive then what they originally told me. Tried to tell me I called a different place then theirs after I showed them I did actually call their place. Horrible.
