This is the place to call if you need a tow! Don came out himself and really helped me out of a pickle. I was pretty far out of his way and on a deadline, but he made it happen. He was very friendly and kind. A true businessman who went above and beyond for his customer. I will be using Hook N Roll from now on.

Anyone looking for a tow...do not hesitate to call Don! Hook N Roll should have a loyalty card because it's my go to. Don't pay other tow companies absurd prices. Not only does he get to you quickly, but he is such a genuine kind soul. He gave me a ride to work after dropping my vehicle off at the shop. Wouldn't take no for an answer. Don told me the 1st time he gave me a tow that he is in this business to help people and I wholeheartedly believe that!
These guys are great! I had a blow out and unfortunately my husband couldn't come help me. I had a good friend of mine send me their number, they were there is about 2 minutes and got my tire changed out! I will definitely be keeping their number in case I need them again! Highly recommend!

Had to call for a tow for the grandaughters car today. Called Hook and Roll, they showed up promptly and was very helpful and friendly. Fast and very resonable service. They will be my go to wrecker from now on. Give them a call if you need a tow!
I use for a cash tow there were very reasonable and got by broke down minvan with a repair estimate more than willing to pay. There pick up the minivan at shop and brought to house where I pay him cash for tow. He even recommend a shop which I have not finished testing yet. It was a short tow about 2 miles he was only willing do for a fair price.
Everyone I dealt with was friendly and nice. It was an easy tow. They were there when they said they would be, hooked up the car and had me a receipt sent before they were down the street. Will definitely call again.
I couldn’t have been happier with the service call! I ran out of fuel in an 18 wheeler and they not only brought me fuel, but they also had to go refill the tank and come back to make sure that I had enough fuel to make it down the road to the truck-stop. On top of that, they followed me to the truck-stop to ensure that I made it safely with no other issues!
Everyone was so friendly, from the dispatcher that answered the phone to the tow truck operator/roadside person, and respectful that even though I was stressed, their professionalism and kindness eased my mind. That is a very sought after attitude, when you’re the customer in a moment of panic and crisis.
I called Brown’s Towing first because they were the only local “tractor-trailer” towing company and when I asked if they could bring me 10-20 gallons of fuel, their exact response was “No I’m sorry we don’t have the capabilities to do that.” What towing company doesn’t have a gas/fuel can? Seems a bit more like they didn’t wanna roll a truck out to me just for fuel because they didn’t see as many dollar signs. Absolutely ridiculous.
But thank goodness for Hook and Roll Towing and Recovery because they took very good care of me by bringing ~12 gallons of diesel to me,, got me back on the road, and they DID NOT charge me an arm and a leg just because I was in a tractor-trailer, unlike others (Loves, Brown’s towing, etc.) that charge us over $250 just to bring us 10 gallons of fuel.
10/10 Highly Recommend!!
Called to have my truck towed from 240 and Anderson and the response time from when I called to when they got there was unbelievably fast!
They took care of me and my truck was kind and attentive and best of all the rates are unbeatable!
Would 10/10 recommend using them for all your towing needs and I will be using them in the future.
