My truck radiator broke and I been here since 9-20 the mechanic Bert he’s a humble hard worker and treated me kindly the way I respected him as well I give him more stars, but the owner Rick and the guy that tows racist. I been here they ordered the radiator and the wrong piece got sent twice the third time it was right Bert fixed it finally was done I was told go hook up to my trailer and wait for them to give me the receipts so I can leave as I’m hooking up to the trailer the owner comes out goes in my truck and removes my keys, I go to the office to what just happened what’s going on and he comes to the window screaming and grabbed my arm when I was being respectful my boss was paying what they told him then they upped the price my boss was tryna pay with credit card they said yes then he says no cash, we had to call the police because he was going crazy when my boss was definitely paying let me tell you something he was judging because of my skin color, when I was being polite talking to them nicely but that didn’t matter long story short if your colored avoid this place and go somewhere else you will be judged and they will rank the price up after telling you one price.
Update one day later and what they was supposed to fix same problem just happened again I look at the radiator and they didnt bolt it in like it was supposed to and there’s pics to see. This man needs to be investigated

Absolutely appalling service from start to finish.
Called this morning at 8:30 AM for a tow out of the snow. I spoke with a polite lady who assured me they could help. She instructed me to text a Google Maps pin of my location and said they’d get to me as soon as possible. She added that if they didn’t arrive, I should call back. Sounds straightforward, right? WRONG.
Fast forward to 2:00 PM—six hours later—I call back, only to be met with the rudest, most unprofessional excuse for customer service I’ve ever encountered. The woman I spoke with was outright hostile, clearly had no idea who I was, and seemed annoyed that I dared call. After explaining my situation, she smugly informed me, “I’m only doing semis today,” as though I should’ve been psychic and known this. When I asked who I’d spoken to earlier—someone who apparently gave me completely false information—she dismissed me with a snide, “Whatever dude, call somewhere else,” and hung up on me.
This company is a joke. Not only did they waste half my day with false promises, but their staff is rude, uncoordinated, and blatantly unprofessional. If you want to experience frustration, condescension, and the worst customer service imaginable, give them a call. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and call literally anyone else.
The batteries sat down, stood opposite the TA, called the master, he brought the batteries, quickly put everything. The challenge is not expensive.
I want to thank this master from the bottom of my heart, he is very similar to the Russian actor Savely Kramorov. Bro, thank you very much, you are a very good master and literally saved us this winter.

I got rear ended on my semi trailer , the officer called this company which i believe their friend ! With out them asking me to call wrecker even though I was talking on with other wrecker , the Aache tow showed up and started working with out my approval and they tow working truck with the trailer just because he said he can ,and I try to talk to the so called police which I believe his freind !! He took the truck and ask $42000 for 10 miles tow away and won't release the truck until he get paid or turn off the refer or let us take the product
Apache Wrecker was the best towing company I have ever used. Apache was very attentive and helpful. They definitely upkeep the 24/7 schedule. I came in early Sunday morning, and they were on point. Despite my terrible night, they were very positive and made my day. They are good people.
While driving to Dallas, TX my wheel came off my truck. Rick came out with two trucks to two my truck and my camper. They took great care of us and our truck and camper.
They went above and beyond by offering to store our Camper for us as we awaited the repairs on the truck.

Even though it was a very tough and expensive time for me, these guys were very nice. They did everything they could to help me out without ripping me off but at the same time run their business. I had zero issues with anyone on their staff. Everyone was nice and made a complicated process as smooth as possible.
I had a blowout on my RV on the turnpike and John came out took off the rim to change my tire when he did there was a lot of damage he went above and beyond to fix my problem and get me back on the road I am very grateful for your help and kindness couldn't have made it home without your help unbelievable service...Thanks John you rock
On Oct 6 I was headed to Texas when a trailer tire blew carrying my SxS. When I called Rick he immediately sent out a truck. He was there in 10-15 min. I was on the Indian Nation Turnpike, Oklahoma where they have a lane blocked off for road construction. I was really in a bad spot when I came to a stop. The jack would not get trailer high enough we had. Immediately got it jacked up high enough to get bad tire off. Then the spare I had the rim that came with the trailer was not the correct rim to match the trailer. He took the blown tire off the original and put the good spare tire on the original rim. Could not have been more impressed with the quality of service we received. Thank you both again for not hesitating to help a person in need right away.
They were very nice!! Driver picked us up from the Hiway Inn, towed us to the Chevy dealership & then took us to Enterprise rental car. Couldn't have asked for a nicer driver...just sorry I can't remember his name. Thanks a bunch....from Texas!!!!
Absolutely best company I have dealt with in years. Stranded on the freeway for hrs with a broke pickup and loaded trailer. They rescued us, took us to a hotel for the night. Fixed it the next day and we were on our way. Fun bunch of guys made the experience even better. Thanks Rick and John for your professional service.
Apache 24 Hr Wrecker Service is the absolute BEST!! The best wrecker service in SAVANNA, OK !!! I needed there service for a towing with my car, but they did that and went ABOVE AND BEYOND with helping me and my spouse get back home 5 hours away! There was NO other towing service in Savanna, OK that was willing to come help me and my spouse while we were stranded on the side of the road with our phones on 1% and a dead car. Me and my spouse were 5 hours away from home on our way to Dallas, TX for my birthday trip. Our car cut completely out and we were stranded with no where to go, and didn’t know what to do. Rick and John two ANGELS saved the day!! They were sweet enough to give me and my spouse a lift to their lot and tried to see what was wrong with my car and if they were able to fix it. Unfortunately they said the car locked up so we should contact our dealership to get this situation handled. We didn’t know WHAT TO DO at that point. Rick and John knew my spouse and I was far from home and wanted to get back. They offered us a deal on a van they had sitting on the lot that is dependable and can get us home. Rick made one heck of a deal ( It was a really funny deal too🤣). He is such a COOL WISE MAN. We got the van left our car for the dealership to handle and went home! Before we got on the road they checked our fluids on the van and drove behind us a couple of miles to make sure we were good. We made it home! Oh Ms. Reliable got us home and we love our van! We thank you all so much for your service and helping us get home! Our new Savanna friends🫶🏽
Rick and Burt took great care of us this weekend! Bolt came out of my steering rod, and the death wobble sent us into the guard rail cables. They spent a long time patiently working to get us out. (Previous experience, tow drivers aren’t always patient if it isn’t a simple tow). They let us ride with them to their shop, fixed the steering rod, and let us keep the truck at their shop for no extra fee so we could finish our fishing trip. Very reasonable price too.

These guys go above and beyond. My son blew a tire on a trailer and took a motorcycle out of the truck to ride back to Apache. They stayed late to help him out. I went back a couple days later to buy a spare tire and they refused an extra $20 that I tried to give as a thank you for helping my son. Honesty and helpfulness are hard to find these days. Can’t give these guys enough stars! I had a blowout yesterday evening on New Year’s Eve and everything was closed. I didn’t have a spare or a way to get mine off and they came to my rescue. One of the best experiences I have ever had with any wrecking company. I was stranded on the highway and had already been waiting over an hour for a tow truck for my flat tire. I gave up on the other tow truck company and called these guys which they immediately came. So very thankful, they are the best and sweetest people you will ever meet!
I called Apache Wrecker Service to help me in a bind when my 1972 Ford Gan Torino broke down on me while headed into work. Rick was very well spoken and headed out to get me taken care of immediately. I hated leaving my classic on the highway but Rick and Apache Wrecker personnel took great care of me. They hauled my car safely and without issue to their wrecker lot and offered to take a look at what the problem could potentially be. I kid you not, they promptly showed up, hauled my car to the lot and had it back to running and ready to go in around an hours time. I can’t thank this company enough!! True professionals and extremely knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone who is in need or considering a tow. I wanted to take a moment to write a review about John and the team at Apache Wrecker Roadside Service. My son was recently stuck on the side of the road in Kiowa, Oklahoma, and I can't say enough about the kindness and professionalism that John and his team showed in helping him.
They went above and beyond to make sure that my son was taken care of, towing his car to their shop and finding a new battery to ensure that it was road worthy. They even made sure that my son was able to continue his trip to his grandmother's house for Christmas before a snow/ice storm blew in the next morning.
I can't thank John and his team enough for their help and support during this difficult time. If I could give this business 1000 stars I would! I ran out of gas on the turnpike tonight. Not only did he bring me gas but when my sensors in my car started lighting up he stayed and disconnected my battery and reset my system on my car!!! Not only that he followed me through the turnpike to make sure my car was running OK and make sure that I was going to make it to my destination safely!! He went absolutely above and beyond what he had to do and I am very thankful as a woman out alone at night! If anyone could tell me his name I would really appreciate it! This is a very caring business and they deserve all the stars!
John is an excellent mobile mechanic. He repaired my coolant leak for Freightliner Cascadia bunk heater with new hoses, clamps (all while parked on a busy ramp). I am a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Apache. Thank you.
