Jr was my life saver today we are truck drivers from out of town and was at bufflo run broke down in our personal vehicle this man came out on a sunday to help me with a battery issue he got my vehicle to start we followed him to the parts store he helped us change the battery and got us back on the road. This company goes above and beyond great service. My 2017 Chevy Colorado was broke down, he towed me home great pricing. Next day we towed to the shop, he even took it to the car wash to wash it be because I had been tuck in the mud. Thanks you so much for the help, I got my truck back today new engine and all. Collins towing is one of the best towing services Ive ever experienced. I was stranded on the road on Route 44, and it was Christmas day and he still made it to tow my vehicle, and made sure I got a hotel room and everything I needed. If I could give 10 stars I would!
The owner was awesome, he made sure I was checked into a great Hotel. He helped me get all of my personal belongings out of car and in my Hotel room. The staff at the Homewood Suites by Hilton, Joplin, MO wete awesome!
It was super great and reliable and the operator was very down to earth and cheapest I could find anywhere around.100 percent I recommend there services.

My family was stuck on the turnpike. Collins towing went above and beyond. Once the call was put in a driver was out there in about 25 minutes. We were looking for a place to stay for the night.
The driver recommended a hotel that was right next to a tire repair place so we could get the issue fixed and get back home to kansas city.
I was very impressed with the driver he was kind, understanding, resourceful, and respectful. I can not recommend this towing company enough.

Worst experience of my life dealing with these people. The older guy who was running the place was just an obnoxious jerk. I have needed a tow a few times since I dealt with this place and I'll use literally anyone else over these people. I asked the guy if there was any way he could discount the price of the tow because I was short on cash and he started berating and yelling at me.
Amazing service for a decent price! They showed up very quick and were extremely kind! They even worked with me easily on where to put my car on the property. Definitely will call them again if I need to!
Absolute life saver. My family and I were stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire in the middle of a drive from Chicago to Dallas. My crowbar broke because the lug nuts were on to tight. Collins Towing came when no one else would. He had to spend over an hour helping me because my tire lugs were so screwed up from the last time I had tires put on the car. Most people would have given up, he did not. He literally was a savior. Can’t thank or praise enough.
After receiving a recommendation from my insurance company, I called Collins Towing. James reassured me that he would get my issue taken care of while I had him on the phone. He arrived within minutes! After picking up my car he went out of his way to lead me to the area I was trying to get to in the first place before I hit a giant pothole and blew my tire.. (I had someone that picked me up) Then, he called all of the tire shops in town until he found the one that had the correct tire. He took my car there while I saw my hospice patient and told them what I needed. He later checked in with me to make sure everything was taken care of at the tire shop. James provided fantastic service from the moment he answered my call!!
After a long day I locked my keys in car car with it running! After a quick call JR was there within 10 minutes:)

Dudes are top notch. Pulled our vehicle out of a mud bog in downtown Miami. Wife's GPS somehow led her down a sketchy alley around construction. Bottomed out the front end. Collins wrecker in the area swung by and pulled us out. I can attest to the very reasonable fees they charge for their services. Yall did me a huge favor. Much Appreciated!

I have been meaning to write this review for a while. I never write reviews, but the owner went above and beyond to help me when I was stranded on the turnpike in the evening with no tire shop open for many, many miles. He found me a tire in the junkyard and put it on for me. So grateful for their help and kindness, as a single woman stranded on the road, it meant so much! Thank you again!
I would give them 6 stars if I could. These guys literally saved a lady stranded in the middle of nowhere at 2am with a flat tire. They drove over an hour to help me when no other roadside assistance crew was willing to take the job. They were incredibly professional and reassured me that all would be ok. Even gave me his cell in case something went wrong with the spare tire on my journey home. I hope I never have to use them again, but I know who to call if I do.

OMG! I was stranded on 44 east, right before exit 313 heading back to st. louis. Called so many towing companies in that area and they were quoting me off the wall prices or they were closed. Called an auto parts store and I was given Collins Towing's number. From the first to the last person, nothing but respect, consideration, professionalism, and ready to work with you. However, the mechanic that goes by Jack is who I recommend to anyone having car troubles. He gave it to me straight and not being an ass about it. Told me how much towing and the service was going to cost me and what it would look like it for me if the sitch was more difficult. He fixes my car and unexpectedly fed and walked my dog. He exceeded my expectations and it was an honour to meet him and his family. If there were more stars to give him I would.
