Great guy that owns the place will match most prices he is very knowledgeable and usually knows what you need recommend ok auto part to anyone that is his way needing a part he will go above and beyond to help you
Locked my keys in my trunk and had to take the backseat out. Needed a torx socket. and came up short 3 dollars and the owner accepted it. It was all I had. Ended up getting the wrong size came back and he let me exchange it. The owners a great guy I won't be going to O'Reilly's anymore. This is a great store and has better prices than the big parts stores
Nice guy and you can check prices of batteries yourself if you dont believe this but his interstate battery price was over 75 dollars cheaper than anywhere else including the interstate store in Owasso..

They have been there for years and for years they have been very polite and nice. If they don't have your part they can get it to you within the next day I have used them for years.
OK Auto Parts is a good place, wonderful customer service. Great people and very kind. These guys are very helpful. I'm rebuilding my 2006 Ford F-150 Super-Cab XLT, 5.4 V8 3 valve, 4X4. I got most of my parts here. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
If they can't get the parts you need, they will tell you. However they will do everything they can to get the parts you need.

Let me tell ya about this place. It's a small town parts store. What that means? It means there's some spark plugs hanging on the wall, and the man at the counter knows which one you need. It means I walk in a give the man behind the counter a part number for a Wix filter and he gets it off the shelf instead of asking me year make and model. It means knowledgeable customer service. It means asking for a foot of heater hose and not being asked two wheel or four wheel drive... I love the place. It's a bare concrete floor. The floor is uneven. The windows are small, and parking is diagonal on main street. I live in Owasso, and I drive pass a lot of box chain parts stores to get here. Prices are the same or better than the big box, but atmosphere is the best.
Small mom and pop place, best customer service Ive ever had. Would rather buy from this store than the big corporate places. Prices are just a tiny bit higher than the big corporate stores but the customer service, loyalty to their customers, and welcoming feel you get when you walk in are well worth it.
I dont know what inola would be like without this parts store here. They've always have the part in stock that i went after. Very friendly, very patient, and very helpful.
Their prices are very competitive with the corporate chain stores. Besides, if they were slightly higher. Im still saving money and time, by not having to drive 20+ miles.
All i can say is if you live in the inola area and you dont get your parts from here.....you got more money and time than i do.
They are an asset not only to me, but to the community as well. So give them your business and support.
Great mom and pop store family-owned family ran I highly recommend their parts then anybody if they do not have them in stock they can have them the next morning
