Ragsdale towed my wife's vehicle after she had a car accident. They were very friendly and their service went above and beyond anything to be expected. They even gave us tips on how to deal with the insurance company on the claim. I could tell that they were genuinely good people that actually cared. This was much appreciated in our time of need.

Was broke down on the side of the highway and Mike came and took care of us within 20 minutes. Great service and will recommend to anyone that is needing a tow.

I regularly drive older cars that I'm fixing up, so I end up getting lots of tows through AAA. This was the best towing company I've used out of the 15-20 tows I've had since I've been in OKC. Quick service, there was even an error with AAA and the driver handled it, and the conversation on the ride home was top notch. I will definitely be requesting these guys for future tows.

Nichole always tries to help the people who come into the office or calls for services to the best of her ability. And tries to make sure the drivers are dispatched accordingly and in a timely manner

So I was frustrated and just over car trouble when I called for a tow. Nichole in the office really helped put my mind at ease that they would get me taken care of quickly and of course they did. It was nice to have reassurance when you are already having a rough day.

I had a tow request with AAA that was issued to Ragsdale. The drive kept canceling my tow request several times and left me stranded on side of road for 23 hours with a motorcycle with blown out tire. After many calls to AAA. They finally got a tow truck from 918 towing. They had to come from 2 counties away. Ragsdale sucks. If I could give a negative number on review it would still be better than Ragsdale deserves. Thank God for 918 towing coming to my rescue.

My son was moving and needed help moving a heavy toolbox. He called Ragsdale's they were the most reasonable. They came in a very reasonable time to help us! Then a few days later same soon was on his way home when truck broke down, Ragsdale's to the rescue. They have been so professional and very nice!! This is who we will continue to use! I was stuck in the middle of nowhere and Tylor and Mike came out there and were extremely professional and kind. They got my car out of an impossible spot with no issues or damages and made sure that everything was fine with the car as I was driving away following one and the other behind me. We were in an emergency situation tonight while trying to get my sister out of a domestic violence situation. Mike came and towed my sisters car that was sabotaged by the abuser so it wouldn’t run. He showed up and got the vehicle out of there very quickly and efficiently so that we could get her out of that situation. He was so kind and caring. I would recommend this company a million times over after our experience with Mike tonight. Thank you so much!

My mom and I were locked out of my truck at the Jones cemetery. I called Ragsdale to use my roadside assistance. Nick showed up within 15 minutes. Got the truck unlocked and billed my insurance. I will definitely use them again!!

Ragsdales is the best in the business!! Mike Clausen came out in a severe thunderstorm and pulled me out of a mud hole. A true professional!! Nick has a great staff. They are “Good People“ and that’s something rare these days.

These guys are great. He got to me a lot faster than I expected. He was polite, easy going, and he took extremely good care of my car. I not only recommend Ragsdale’s I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my ride. I was so sad to see her going to the mechanic, but I know she was safe and I didn’t have to check to make sure she made it. I’ve never seen this level of service before. Imagine you owned the wrecker truck and it was your expensive sports car you were loading up, it was somehow better than that. Thanks again guys.

Very kind service. They really helped me get my paperwork taken care of for insurance company really fast. I s was also able to get the pictures of my totaled vehicle. One of the workers even stayed late so I could get my ID from my car. They’re a wonderful business with great employees.

Mike was on scene in under 30 minutes and had my 2008 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic loaded and ready to go in under 10 minutes. He genuinely cared about not getting a scratch on my pride and joy. His professionalism, appearance and the cleanliness of his truck was beyond perfect. Highly recommend them for not only your car, but motorcycles as well. Best in the business.

I have a 2021 Jayco Melbourne class C motor home and it died on the highway. I tried calling places over the course of 24 hours and no one was able to tow me since the RV was too large and they didn’t have the right equipment. I was referred to Ragsdale by another company. Nick was able to come out about an hour later and tow me to the Mercedes dealership with no problem. I am forever grateful for him. THANK YOU NICK!!!!!

Watching this family help others and grow a quality business is exciting ! Customer service and custom trucks to fit most any “experience” you have found yourself in ! My favorite is their River Rat to assist those that find themselves over their heads in local mud and rivers. They do it all and with a pretty good sense of humor for responding often in the middle of the night. This is a community service family with backgrounds in Law Enforcement & Vol Fire Service .
