Terrible terrible people,I ordered a tow truck and after waiting over an hour stranded with my two small children they never showed up!When I called the lady and told her I was never notified that they weren’t coming she hung up the phone on me!Will never EVER use these people.Beware
Twister is great to work with! Professional and polite, called before coming over, the driver Nick was personable and helpful, and Tequisha in the office went out of her way to be helpful. I’ve used them several times and they’ve been consistently great to work with.
Great service from driver Wade with Twister Towing today. Service was booked thru AAA Auto Club. Communication was excellent as well- Wade called when he was on his way and provided an estimated time of arrival as well as calling when he arrived at the pick up location. Promptly picked up my car and arrived at the destination. Appreciate!
I have used this company for 6 years towing unauthorized vehicles or stranded vehicles from my lot. I called to see what they would charge me to tow a personal vehicle for 3.3 miles and they told me it would be $175. Told me the was the state rates. What ever happened to I scratch your back you scratch mine. I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!
Drove an hour one way to pick up a car I bought at auction. They were closed on Saturday ..My fault for not calling ahead!!! Just figured there would be staff around to collect $$$ and move auction stuff.
Our insured was stranded on a Friday evening. Young girl her father came out to be with her while waiting for tow truck. Father is hearing impaired but, very much capable of reading lips. Driver (BEN) unit 8. NOT explaining to the dad. Twister Towing took the vehicle 11 miles and charged $245.00. When I called to ask for Twister Towing to send an itemized bill for payment, I was told that, that is a flat cash sale. And even though a portion could be covered by insurance there is NO itemization available. DONOT USE THEM!
There are too many good ones out there but, NOT Twister Towing!!! Obviously, their flat cash sale means how ever much they need to make that night! Especially if they can’t give an itemized statement
Nate is AMAZING! Stopped on his way home (with hot dinner) to help my family! He wasn’t even on shift. He worked fast and smart to keep everyone safe, towed the vehicle off, & assisted us so politely at the tow yard the following day. I’d recommend him & this company for any towing needs!!
I’ve been having such a frustrating day with my Tesla 12v battery dying and after 3 hrs trying to MacGyver this thing, it came down to needing a tow. Unfortunately, the closest Tesla towing service is 2.5 hrs away from me and it was already 9pm. Just my luck. Nate from this company was amazing! He had such a positive attitude that it made my whole situation less stressful. He provided updates to when he was arriving and just being so supportive that he will be able to take care of whatever situation it was in. His personality matched his customer service over the phone and I am so appreciative of his positivity. He also did a great thing by sending me a picture of my car arriving at the service center. Thank you again Nate you deserve a raise!
Brandon is a nice and knowledgeable guy. Had him pick up a huge toolbox with zero problems and deliver to my new job. Very easy process with no worries. Definitely recommend him. Thanks again Brandon.
This is a terrible company that scam ppl out of the money they have an auction and sale cars they know are trash and lie about it and when asked to fix the car before we actually bought it a group of unknown men jumped in the car and never return the car back!!!!! Never seen anything like this in my life!!!! Scamlikely should be there name! Definitely reporting them to the bbb!
Months ago, I wrote a review under Naomi. Our accounts were switched. But I wanted to set the record straight. This wrecker company did not steal any of my property including a brand new chainsaw still in the box. I feel so ashamed of the way that I acted. I found my chainsaw in my storage unit. once again so sorry
Daniel or Dan (he called himself dan) was the assigned tow person through our AAA roadside assistance. I had a COMPLETELY flat tire on my truck and when he arrived, I had asked him if he could simply help me just stick the spare tire key to drop the spare tire instead of towing (couldn’t figure it out.) and he implied “nope. i don’t change tires, i get paid to tow vehicles.” which i can understand to an extent, but still. he then pulled passed my truck, and advised me to “back the truck up and drive it onto the flat bed. first off, my tire was FLAT FLAT. the reason i called to get it towed by AAA was due to the fact i did not want to drive it and possibly ruin the tire by damaging the side wall, or my wheel. secondly, i have NEVER been told by a tow company to drive my own vehicle onto the back of their truck considering that is a huge liability. he was unprofessional, and would not hardly make eye contact with me. he towed my vehicle to the nissan dealership down the road, and instead of backing the tow truck up to where the dealership asked him to lower the vehicle, he pulled farther passed it and advised me to “drive it off the truck.” . the dealership even said we should not be driving it off the truck, he could lower it or at the least drive it off himself considering it’s a huge liability had the truck fell off his truck, etc. long story short, I would never use this company again or refer it to anyone i know. if there was an option for 0 stars that would have been my true rating.
Great and fast service!!!! Just yesterday my car left me stuck in the middle of traffic completely immobile. I only moved to this area a couple months back and had no idea what tow companies are in town except i drive past twister almost everyday! Communicating over the phone was slightly complicated but they got there so quickly and the price was really good. I’ve had bad experiences with another company before but this was so different. I absolutely would use again and recommend to others.
I have never been treated so rudely over the phone. If you know me I try to be a sweet person. This young lady really treated me like I wronged her just trying to find out about my car that was in her facility. Customer service was so bad I asked the local police to escort me their and they happily obliged. thanks Bethany PD. Shame on you lady. I was sad my car was with you. I had just lost my mother, closed my business, and now have lost my car thanks to someone phone watching, then have to deal with a person so mean like you. Thanks I will pray hard for you cause your life must really suck. Thanks for showing me someone else has it worse. God bless the mean irritable lady that needs a break. I pray she get some rest and maybe a makeover so she smiles more, amen. #werenotenemies
Received a letter that a vehicle stolen from me was in their impound. When I called the man was rude, gruff and hostile. All I wanted was information. No argument from me about the fees or any money. I understand that they probably get tons of calls from people who are rude but how about a little compassion and understanding for those of us who have already been victimized. Your customer service skills need improvement.
Unfriendly, hostile guy apparently thought I was trying to retrieve my (stolen & recovered) vehicle without paying and lectured me about where I should & shouldn’t drive, in spite of having no clearly marked business identifier & conflicting names (are you “Twister” or are you “Superior Rescue”?). Even after apologizing and explaining why I was confused, I was treated rudely and my vehicle was moved to pretty much the least accessible spot possible in the near-empty lot for my own tow truck to retrieve. More details available on Yelp - not repeating here but definitely a worthwhile read if you want to see how honest, cooperative first-time customers are treated.
Brad is professional, responsive, and timely. He showed up when he said he would and kept open communication throughout the whole process. He really helped our family to salvage a road trip that quickly turned sour after our vehicle broke down in Texas. He went 4 hours out of his way to help us out. I highly recommend him and his company.
Had a breakdown around 4pm on 4-9-2021. I called around to a few different places and everyone was around a 60 to 90 minute wait. That wasn't gonna work for me so I called one more place that google maps didn't even show me the first time I searched "towing near me". It was twister towing service. They didn't have the greatest star rating but the lady who answered the phone was very nice AND she said she could get someone out to me in about 20 minutes! SOLD! Only 15 minutes later the truck showed up. The driver, Brad, was great! My daughter, 6 years old, thought his truck was so awesome and Brad was so nice chatting with her about his truck while he was loading it up. He did a great job! After he drove off with my SUV, we got in my wifes car and my daughter kept saying how nice that guy was lol. We drove to the dealer we agreed on and met Brad there. The dealer said they could not work on my vehicle because it was a Ford. Luckily, Brad hadn't unloaded the SUV yet and we explained our problem. He said no worries, I'll take it down to the next dealership free of charge since it was just another half mile down the road. Thank you so much Brad! We will definitely be using Twister towing service if we ever need a tow again!
Brad was my driver and he was very prompt and patient and waited while I ran to atm. I they were very affordable, other places wanted to charge me 175 they only charged 95. So I will be using them more often. Hi would highly recommend them.
My driver was Brad, he is very friendly and knowledgeable I felt really comfortable with him transporting my car. I will be using their services if I ever need them again, and I will recommend their services to everyone that has a need. Thanks for all you do.
Hate to write this review because I had a good experience the first time I used them, but the second time, they greatly damaged my car. I could barely open the driver’s side door after I got my car back. I called three times and left three messages in two weeks, and never heard back. I asked the receptionist for the owner’s number, she said no. I asked for their insurance number, they said no. BEWARE of using this towing company. If they damage your car, your only option will be to take them to small claims court. They will not work with you.
Very fast response time, and got my car off the side of the highway super quickly and safely. Brad was very friendly and helpful. If I need their services again I will definitely request him.
Excellent experience. My driver (Brad) was super friendly and quite skilled. From dispatch to final destination drop off was very quick. I will definitely use them again, if the situation presents it's self.
Very prompt service, and my driver, Brad, was very kind. Brad even offered to drive me back to my work. The phone operator could've been more forward/informative about the cost of the service ($75), but that's my only minor complaint.
