Was stuck on Lake Hefner Parkway Sunday evening around 7pm. Raymond with Head 2 Tow was there within 30 minutes. He was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again in the future.
I have to give a shout out to this company! I won’t call another, I would even wait to use them exclusively. They are quick and detailed. Definitely takes care of the customer and their concerns. The driver even called after finished to tell me my daughters car was delivered and the shop had the keys. I’m going to recommend to everyone I know. I wish I could give 20 ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
They helped me move my husband's 68 Camero I appreciate them for knowledge I didn't have. I'm happy Larry knew everything about the car. Couldn't of had better people. Thank you Larry!
Head2tow was great! I've used the company twice. My driver was Raymond and Jeff. I can't say enough about the class they showed to move my vehicle. My '70 Plymouth Cuda was completely unharmed. They used soft straps. I really appreciate you guys.
Worst customer service ever some lady with dark hair looks middle eastern was so rude because we didn’t bring exact change and from that how are we supposed to know that when law enforcement is involved we had to pay with cash they had no sign. Anything at all. So unprofessional for a tow company I feel so bad the way she treated her representative in front of us belittling her right in front of customers. Worst customer service ever.
Gave me an estimate of an hour took our money and never showed up. Just now got the call 2 1/2 hours later and they couldn’t find the car because another company already towed it. If I could give 0 stars I would.
This place is a shame. They towed the car not even a half a mile to the store location and charged about $60 in fuel. We called everyday checking on the price and was told one price but then it went up about $80 when we got there before after hours. When we asked to speak to a manager, we got Abby. Abby was rude and unprofessional with the way she was talking and her tone/attitude. I have never had to deal with behavior or manner of anything like this from any company. I strongly would not recommend.
Head 2 tow is the lowest price around! After a long strenuous day and literally calling EVERY other place around this was the least expensive place around. The lady on the phone made it easy to communicate exactly where we were and put us in contact with the driver immediately. The driver got to us in 40 minutes and from the second he got there did everything he could to protect the vehicle in transit from further damage. The care and understanding of the situation was unreal. 5 star treatment. Great communication, fantastic protection, and for that price, they can't be beat.
While it is never ideal to have your car towed, Abby addressed my concerns professionally, without brushing me aside, correcting an error even after the fact. She genuinely cared about my situation and I appreciate that more than she can know, Thank you!
Absolute worst. I would not recommend to my worst enemy. My mother in laws car was towed by this company after a car accident. They gave us the run around on releasing the car to the insurance company. They said to bring mom up to sign the release forms, but when we arrived, they said we had to have a release from the PD. We went to the PD and they said we did not need a release. The PD had to call the company to tell them they did not need this form and to release the vehicle at the owners request. This company is rude, they talk over you, don't listen and are very unprofessional. They do not know what they are doing. If this company is your only choice, we wish you luck.

They’re money grabbers. First they were very sweet and professional then told me I wait to wait because of a police pick up ( they never told me this when this happened, I had to call and find out)
They cancelled my pick up (though I never agreed to it) had me waiting 4-5 hours for a pick up I was there 10 mins before them GAVE THE MAN MY KEY they called my husband (even though he gave them my number and I spoke to them several times) and claimed there was wait time when I LITERALLY JUST SAID IN THIS TEXT THAT I WAS THERE 10 minutes before them, and left my key in the car and then tried to charge an extra $50 for me being there minutes before them … how can you charge $50 for what wait time ?????? Yall cancelled smh… I don’t know don’t care. The service was extremely unprofessional, the drivers pulled up eating a pizza and everything never again. I should have trusted the ratings .
