Excellent experience. Bob Rodgers helped us load three traffic safety trailers onto a flatbed via their rollback tow truck. They were quick, fairly priced and courteous. I would recommend them for any of your towing and roadside issues!
I was broke down in the middle of a downpour and hail storm, thinking a tornado was going to take me and my van at any moment. Brandon showed up with his tow truck just in time. Hooked me up, and got us the gosh darn heck out of there, just in time. It wasn't 10 minutes later, an f3 tornado took out the bridge. The bridge that I was under. He did save my life, but more importantly, my van's okay. Thanks Bob Rodgers Towing. And thank you Brandon.

I want to say thank you to the driver who got my uncle home after his wreck. I know it took a little longer than usual but that would be due to the wreck happening by a construction zone and 5 o'clock traffic. The whole front of the car was messed up but they got it to the house with no more damage caused. They were reasonably priced for the distance they had to drive also. The way the driver was able to get the car in the driveway and NOT hit my motorcycle give that man a raise.
Absolutely going to keep them in my speed dial after the amazing and very quick service by Timothy. He was so very kind and professional and prompt. I can’t say enough good about how he saved my butt the other day. Thank you!!

Took a minute for the tow truck to get to us but that was to be expected since it was a Sunday evening. The service was well worth the wait, Timothy was personable, efficient and kind!! Highly recommend
The guy who miraculously appeared and help us out of a control arm falling jam was amazing! The truck I was in could have easily been damaged more if it weren’t for his precision and patience. It took about an hour to get out of the road and somewhere out of the way of traffic. It took an hour because he cared and took his time maneuvering the truck on and off his bed. Thanks again!!!
Really disappointed… have used this company for years and called today and receptionist Heather was very rude and when I asked to speak with the manager Courtney got on the phone and told me that Heather was just kidding with me. What??? Not sure Mr. Rodger’s is employing these days but they should be fired! When people are spending money to use your service you should treat people respectful and not make rude comments and be super sarcastic!
I’ve had to retrieve a motorcycle from them before and a show truck more recently. Both were impounded by the city of Bethany.
Can’t say I would have given 5 starts when getting my Harley out, BUT I greatly appreciate them not damaging the bike. Many tow companies don’t ensure that operators know how to secure a motor property. Most blow out the front shocks, break things, even had on lay a bike over while driving. So big points for that.
On my more recent experience with my show truck that was wrongfully taken due to Bethany’s Code enforcement department:
The vehicle is a square body Suburban that is slammed (meaning the body sits 2 to 4 inches at most off the ground. Being that low and long is easy to damage but I retrieve it with no damage from the tow.
Unfortunately I don’t recall the name of the guy who helped us when I went to get it out, but he was patient, friendly and actually helped unlike most places (including Bob Roger’s when handling the Harley). Even stayed a little over closing till we got it loaded up. Was the easiest experience I’ve had handling an impounded vehicle in regards to the towing company.
Never use this company for any reason whatsoever . They are some two women at the front desk smoking e-cigarette and have no idea what they are doing. Very rude and disrespectful. I will advise the owner of this company to fire them with immediate effect. They are going to kill this business with this behavior

Can't remember the guys name but he was amazing. He came to get my truck in a really bad wreck on 140. He let me sit in his truck to cool off and was very attentive. Then Justin kept me informed of every step while waiting on insurance to pick my truck up.(which was a mess!) I highly recommend this place. Very appreciative and impressed with their service. I'm so thankful for them.

I have mixed feelings about this place but it's mostly my fault. I bid on a car that I only saw pictures of. And it turned out to be a total clunker. But the guy got it onto my trailer and helped me a lot with that. So they're a really good company, but I wish they would take better pictures of the cars on their lots that they're putting up for auction
Kind on the phone, timely in response, and the driver (Timothy Clark) was very cautious and courteous with my vehicle. I had two tires on the rim, he laid down straps on the road so that my rims wouldn't get damaged as the truck got pulled onto the lift. Makes all the difference in the world to get that sort of treatment on a rough day.
Do not use this place. Absolute scam. Please do your research people. Don’t let the 24hours sign on google fool you, it is not 24 hours but rather closes at 5. False advertising. They will also CHARGE YOU $45 to retrieve items from your OWN VEHICLE. I am not talking about retrieving the vehicle back but rather a fee to retrieve items back. Ridiculous. Lady on the phone is rude

Bottom line, outstanding, above-and-beyond service from the moment he hopped out of his truck - with the small-town-Bethany service, to boot!
The towing expert even helped me maneuver another car out of the way, AND INTO the exact spot/position I wanted (it was complicated).
He took extra care with the help for both vehicles, got one happily in it's place, and the other to it's destination very safely!
Highly recommend! They show up when they say, and did an amazing job for me!
I don’t typically leave reviews but I needed to have my car towed to a mechanic after my starter went out and the staff here were super polite and chill. 10/10 would recommend!
This is a horrible evil company. I called to ask how much it would cost to get my car out. On a Thursday. Told them I might not make it up there till tuesday or Wednesday and They told me the price plus 20 dollars a day. I repeated bak to them so $×.xx plus 20 dollars a day to which they said yes.then when I was ready to pick up the car the told me there was an extra 300 dollar fee because it was there for 5 days then the receptionist who lied to me the first time tried to say she wasn't who I talked to and when I asked to talk to the supervisor who supposedly 10 sec before told her about this fee she said he had "stepped out for the day". Lying evil co artists
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. I recently purchased a few cars at one of their auctions,however me being new to the whole auction business I ended up bidding and winning multiple cars. When I went in and explained what had happened to the owner Bob, he was VERY understanding and helpful. He spent hours fixing what I had messed up and I have NEVER seen anyone so dedicated to serving customers! Five Stars for sure! Oh and the office girls were very helpful and sweet also! Keep up the good work guys!
Called to pick up one of our trucks when it broke down. Got us to where we needed it to go in less than an hour. Person on the phone was really friendly and even called us to let us know when the driver was done with his previous job and on his way to us. Driver was also friendly and great at his job. 100% would recommend.
I had a positive experience with Bob Rodgers Garage from start to finish. If you want excellent customer service from phone calls to the finish and payment of your vehicle repair, you will find it at Bob Rodgers. Straight forward estimate and didn't try to sell me services I don't want or need. Just did the job and did it WELL! Now that I have found a garage I can trust, I won't take my car anywhere else.
Took my daughter's 2000 Honda Accord in due to it overheating. I had just replaced the radiator at another repair shop. Car would not even run after they worked on it. I had it towed by Bob Rodgers wrecker service to their garage. Turns out it was defective spark plug wires. They were replaced and it runs like a top. They could have robbed me blind and I would have been at their mercy. They could have said it was a head gasket leak, warped head, cracked engine block among a host of other expensive repairs. I am so very thankful that they are honest and hard working. My car was repaired in 2 days for a fraction of what I was dreading. Thanks for the fast, friendly and HONEST service. This place doesn't look like one of those fancy, slick repair shops but don't judge a book by it's cover. I'll use them exclusively for all my auto repairs. Thanks Bob!!!!
Seriously, the best towing company I have ever worked with, from the office personnel to the towing guys. I have sadly needed quite a few tows in the three years I've lived in Oklahoma City, and they were wonderful for all of them. I would recommend them to anyone! Always a great price, always great service, and always quick. If I could give them more them 5 stars I would!
