Blew out two tires after hitting a curb by the Science Museum. Couldn’t get in touch with my insurance company to get a tow. Called my wife, who works for State Farm, and said Thunder is who her office uses. Called Thunder and Joe, one of the partners, gave me an ETA of an hour and a half. It was a Friday night after all. Called my wife back and told her it would be awhile. Several minutes later Joe called back and said the other partner, Scott, was en route. Got towed all the way back to the Edmond dealership where I work, bending Scott’s ear about my wife’s cancer during the drive. The short of it: professional, good human beings. Quick response, excellent service, and very kind! I found myself with a flat tire in a nefarious part of town. Thunder Wrecker arrived 20 minutes earlier than expected and worked quick to get me back on the road! I was impressed! Highly recommend.
I cannot rate their service because I had to cancel the pickup. I scheduled my car to be picked up 2 days in advance. They did not show up at the scheduled time. I waited 25 minutes and then called them. They said they had another pickup but they should be there in an hour. It would have been considerate if they would have called me when they knew they were not going to be on-time.
no one is ever happy when their car breaks down especially on a holiday weekend. Was told 45 minutes showed up right on time. had my car loaded in a busy parking lot in less than 10min. Highly recommended. Prices are fair. Timely. Professional. Courteous
If I could give them no stars I would. I am not one to be a negative person. They impounded my car and I was totally ready to let it go and call it a day. All I wanted was my son’s brand new skateboard he got for Christmas and the only picture I have of my deceased daddy. I said they can get in the car and give it to me, that I didn’t even need to personally get in the car and they refused. So needless to say I would put them at the bottom of my receive a Christmas card list.
Don't use this place! Towed my car to a completely wrong address. And my car recieved damage during transfer just my luck.. I don't think so. Others have had similar problems. Don't use these guys and you won't regret it

Family and I were stranded at the mall in Shawnee when I reached out to Life360 for towing assistance and they sent me Thunder Wrecker from OKC area! I have had my fair share of towing companies save us in the past but this company was by far the best to come to our rescue! I will definitely keep them in mind if I'm ever up that way and in a bind. Wish I could of remembered the guys name that came to save my daughter's car at 1 in the morning but he was so kind and kept me updated and we have nothing but good things to say about him & the company! They took good care of my car but the prices didn't add up they said it was 19 and some change a day my car was there for 19 days it was Over 800 to get it. Their very polite people that run it. They have cats inside of the building and it smelled of really bad cat urine. I had to hold my breath the whole time
Lady in the office is sweet as can be. However the tow truck driver that delivered the vehicle just now, not so much. Wish I would have caught his name to post how RUDE he was!
My Tesla blew a tire just outside of Tulsa. Scott’s team was the nearest certified tow service with an estimated arrival time of 3 hours. Scott busted his tail and got to me in 2 hours and brought me some water after sitting in 100 degree heat. After dropping my car at the service center he even dropped me off at my hotel down the road. Great service and great person. Highly recommend!

Great service! Answers phone and is fast. Very professional. I had my car towed to the dealership. Even the dealership made a comment about good they were.
I called and spoke to Scott earlier last week. He gave me a reasonable quote and sent Joe partner out in about 25 minutes as he stated he would do. Joe quickly got my son's P/U loaded on the wrecker and dropped off at our house a few miles away. The tow was after business hours.

My sisters car broke down and we needed it towed. I just called and the car was delivered within minutes.Very pleased, outstanding service and pricing. Don’t look elsewhere!
Predatory fees that aren’t disclosed at the time services are rendered. My original tow invoice was $212 but 2 days later it was $596 and those two days were during a federal holiday. I couldn’t recommend using another service more.
They also have zero interest in providing any service or convenience to their clients. Cash only in todays world is just ridiculous and unacceptable. They are really that keen to save ~3% on processing fees but have no problem tacking on $250 processing fees or $20 postage fees. Not to mention $45 “after hour fees” which apply to Saturday’s at noon when every other business including banks and state agencies are open.
It might take me a few days to type out how terrible my experience with Thunder wrecker was. Every single time I called the price changed, it never stayed the same. From $212 to $309 to $612 and then to $596. All in the course of a weekend. Makes no sense and I have other friends in the tow business that have never heard of these fees being as exorbitant as they are here. I spoke to DPS as well and they are 100% not state imposed fees they just make them up as they go here.

Brad is the only one I trust to transport my very low restored vintage '79 Camaro. Twice we've used him. I saved his info and thank goodness I did because he rescued me when I was broken down on the side of I-35. Super nice guy and he takes care of my baby just like I would.
