Triple A uses this service and I waited for a tow truck that never came. There was no communication with the driver who was supposed to come and we waited for five hours. As soon as we pulled off they decided to give a call. I don’t think I want to use triple an again if they continue to use this towing service.

We have AAA and requested help to change a tire in my dad’s truck after he ran something over in the road. They sent Donnie from Red Beard Towing and let me tell you he was absolutely AMAZING! He was so nice and talk with us the whole time. Explained things to us and was just all around a great guy. Made the whole situation just a little better considering. He knew exactly what to do. Will definitely request them again if we ever need help again. Thank you again Donnie!!

If I could give zero stars I would…. Was dispatched to them from State Farm. They came out in 45 min. The guy was nice and he was new. Sent him on a truck that the lift was broken and no straps to tow my son’s vehicle. This was unacceptable. At least send a new guy with the equipment he needs to tow vehicles! Now I’m waiting on another tow company to help us out.

I am very pleased with Red Beard Towing, my son locked himself out of his car, and they were quick to go to where he was and unlock his car. If the need ever arises again, I will use their services again. I recommend them highly.

Chris called us just a couple seconds after RedBeard had contacted us. Chris told us 13 minutes and he arrived promptly. Very efficient, helpful, friendly, and polite. This exact same thing had happened just a few weeks earlier with my husband. When we explained how we had BOTH used accessories, Chris was able to tell us what had gone wrong and how to avoid it in the future. Very, very helpful. Thank you Chris. He got us educated, car started, and back on the road again. Totally Satisfied. Will say it took longer, about 30 minutes, for AAA to contact Red Beard and Red Beard to contact us, than for Chris to drive to our stalled vehicle.

Had a nasty blowout on the highway and spun out. Ended up stuck in the left lane shoulder. AJ was able to make it there in 30 minutes and really helped me calm down. He was quick and very friendly. Highly recommend!

Chris was great. He was really a help when my car was stuck and wouldn’t start in my parking lot. I appreciated him trying to get AAA to cover my battery cost since I bought with AAA a few years ago. He made several calls but unfortunately my battery was too old. But I still appreciated him really trying! He was very kind. Thank you!

I'm deployed to Kuwait ?? and my wife works full time in OKC, yet we found ourselves needing one of our cars towed from our house to our normal repair shop during business hours today.. After calling AAA to arrange a tow, a lady from Red Beard's called me while I was still on hold with AAA.. She told me they had received the assignment and one of their drivers, Kyle, was in Norman finishing up one of two local tows there, then would be out to our place to pick our car up.. Kyle W. called me a little over an hour later and said he was headed down to our place.. After another call to assist him in finding the house, he loaded our AWD Rogue onto the rollback, sent me this pic, and then headed up to my requested shop.. He sent me a closing text letting me know the car had been delivered, we exchanged pleasantries, and then the job was done.. From my initial call to AAA to Kyle's arrival at the house, it was right at two hours, pretty much in the window their dispatch promised.. Red Beard's is trying to break into the central Oklahoma market, and I want to wish them well.. They certainly earned my business today.. Thanks, Kyle!! ??

Had to use the towing service today for my car to be taken home. Kristoff was our driver and he was AMAZING! His ETA was right on time, explained to me what he was doing took GREAT care of my car. My car is LOW to the ground he was patient and knew exactly what he was doing and got it on the truck and off with no problems. Definitely will be using them again if needed.

I received exceptional and excellent service from the Tow truck driver Dmitrly who is a very knowledgeable and professional driver who works for Red Beard’s Towing. Took excellent care of my Mercedes Benz that would not start due to a bad camshaft sensor. I would highly recommend this Towing company and especially this driver. Five Star Service is so extremely rare nowadays.

Had to get my mom’s car towed from her driveway to a repair shop. Dmitriy was the driver that came out while it was raining and was very professional and courteous. Even in the rain he was mindful of not blocking the street since my mom’s house is on the corner . Overall, i had a great experience with Red Beard’s Towing and Dmitrily.

These guys are the best! My driver Bradley Clevenger babies my Classic Camaro . It sits so low to the ground that a soda can won't fit under it. Which makes it hard to load and unload. He has towed her twice. He genuinely cares about his customers and their vehicles. This is why Red Beards Towing is my one and only choice for towing.

A friend of mine is not satisfied… if I could give 0 stars I would. Here is what happened… On Saturday May 28th 2022 I contacted Audi for roadside assistance due to having 2 flat tires. Audi’s roadside assistance contacted redbeard’s towing to come get my car and have it delivered to Audi of Tulsa dealership to have the two tires fixed. The car was picked up and the driver took 4 photos of each corner of the car. On Tuesday May 31st 2022 the dealership sent me a picture of my car which showed damage to the passenger side bumper, spoiler and sensors. This damage was not present when the car was removed from my possession. I called the towing company and they denied any wrong doing. Said they had taken photos. The only photo that was taken at drop off was 1 of the driver side (non damaged side). I asked for the video footage of my car being dropped off because the owner (Mack claimed to be the owner but refused to give a last name) said that the trucks have video cameras on them. He has since not sent me any of the videos and has not contacted me back. I have tried to contact him a couple times now and have been unsuccessful. Estimate from the dealership is $8,963.30.
